Ultimate Heating And Cooling Electrician
I have lived in my home for 13 years and have always been convinced that the original builder ruined any opportunity for my home to be properly cooled. So, I hired UHC to evaluate my home and they decided a load test on my home would provide the proper insight they would need to engineer the system to properly heat and cool my home. After they completed the test Lloyd and Kyle walked my home and evaluated the duct work on the current system and suggested that this would also need some repairs and replacement. This was all performed three years ago.

I reached out to Lloyd two weeks ago and told him it was time. They replaced the HVAC equipment, added a split system, modified the duct work in the mechanical room, re-engineered the existing return duct work and left my home very clean. By the way, they were impeccable in prepping the home to protect the floor and any wall assemblies from damage. They completed the work and evaluated the system in two days and provided a tutorial of the systems.

The team on my job was top notch A #1. My home has never been so comfortable since I purchased it 13 years ago. The temperature is very even throughout the home and I no longer have any hotspots. UHC is a very good HVAC company and one I would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their HVAC system. This company exceeded my expectations to the fullest. Call UHC and experience the Ultimate service they will provide to you and your HVAC system.

Great work UHC!

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Electrician
DONT WASTE YOUR 59 DOLLORS OR YOUR TIME , TECH SHOWED UP AND WITH IN 30 SECONDS ASKED HOW OLD IT WAS , (97 MODEL ) the30 seconds later he said he didn't like what he seen  I ask why,  looks like the furnace was getting hot , because of a residue on the furnace  (dust)     I called them because the furnace was having a hard tinge starting like a car with a week battery , not an over heating problem ,  long tory short wanted 200 bucks in addition to the 59 to inspect  the furnace tried the scare tactic of bad heater exchange   i pointed out the co detector 15 feet away his response well do you have any children in the house ..  really   through a little research i figured out it was the circuit board bought it for under a hundred bucks changed the filter and its been working great ever since    really all you need to know about this company is how they respond to these complaints on yelp (wished I would have read them first )    do yourself a huge favor and call some one else

Cooper Heating & Cooling Electrician
I have had Cooper Heating and Cooling in my home 3 times now. My home was built in 2013 and I don't think the systems have been maintained. I am so thankful to know everything is in good working order now. Regular checks and maintenance are really important to me. Matthew Carpenter was professional and followed great business practices, explaining everything in advance AND reiterating when we settled up. Very personable man and the service technician with him was also great. I feel I have established a connection for my air and heat needs. I haven't lived here long, so those like me know how hard it is to establish these kind of relationships.

Plumbline Services Electrician
Steve was great; we live in an older place and in addition to fixing a recurring issue he provided insight where other plumbers hadn't. Additionally everyone over the phone was great in getting it set up. Would definitely recommend.

Fix-it 24/7 Electrician
Fix-It 24/7 was recommended by my previous company that I loved (Builders Heating and Air Conditioning) when the owner of that business sold the company. I am not sure why he recommended them. I scheduled an appointment with them two weeks in advance of needing the work done, as the work needed to be done prior to some other construction work at my house. The day arrives for them to do the work, and no one shows up, at all. When I call them, I am told that the technician that was assigned got tied up with an emergency and that no one would be coming today. (I am not sure if they were ever going to call me to let me know?)

I reiterate why I need someone to come out today, because the crew that is scheduled to come the next morning will not be able to complete the work, and ask for any other resolution, and they just say that they apologize.

I wish I would have actually looked at Yelp review instead of simply taking the recommendation from the other company as I would have seen the track record in other reviews. This experience was completely unprofessional, and I highly suggest you find another company that does not waste your time.

Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric Electrician
These guys suck! They quoted $349 as an estimate to fix my brother's phantom flushing toilet, which was simply a way to seriously inflate their price/invoice. The problem was nothing more than a bad flapper that needed replacement with a $15 part from Home Depot and 30 minutes of my time. Their estimate included a water supply line replacement and a valve rebuild/replacement. The guy that submitted the estimate knew none of this was required. Now, I am not a plumber.....and the problem was obvious to me. How in the world any legitimate plumber could submit an estimate like this is so far past my understanding.......I can come to no other conclusion.....except......they tried to rip off my brother. So, if they did it to him......what are they doing to everyone else?

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
Calling your customers lairs isn't a great business practice.
This was our second time using this service but it has come under new management.
Kitchen drain was clogging up. They came out and insisted on running the snake from the kitchen which is upstairs instead of from the access in the basement.  The drain runs the entire length of the basement and he insisted his snake was long enough.
Days later the clog was back and they came back out but this time I insisted they do from the basement.   He told me the clog was feet from the access and when I asked how that could be and he said from people stuffing food down the drain/garbage disposal. We have tiny mess covers over our kitchen drains and no garbage disposal and I said this. His response was Everyone says that. This isn't my first rodeo.
Calling your customers lairs isn't a great business practice.

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
BEWARE-My advice to anyone considering Tipping Hat HVAC; do your research and find a different company for your HVAC needs. I have found several other companies that deliver what they say and are honest. My experience with Tipping Hat was good at first, they were supposed to do an AC tune-up which turned into a rejuvenation (classic up sale). The two guys I spoke with on the initial trip told me both my AC units would be covered under the price for the rejuvenation. I confirmed this twice and one even indicated it was a 2 for 1 deal. This changed the following week when the tech showed up to perform the tasks of the rejuvenation. Classic bait and switch, they changed their story and price once on site. Once they had performed their assessment of my HVAC system, they presented me with many very expensive options of repair and replacement. I priced out the parts needed to perform the recommend repairs at retail prices and found that Tipping Hat was quoting 10 times the retail cost of the parts to replace them. What was quoted to me was a 4-hr job, after deducting the retail price of parts, the labor rate being charged is $900/hour.
As part of the appointment the technician was to verify that the AC units had the proper level of freon in them. This prompted every excuse possible why they could not do this, from The coils are too rusty to I would get a false reading because of X, Y, and Z.  None the less, I am out over $500 dollars and still do not know if my AC units have a proper level of freon.
During the appointment the HVAC tech had opened my main electrical breaker panel and taken pictures of it, not sure why they needed to do this the breakers are not labeled, and each AC unit and furnace have separate cutoff switches/breakers next to them. I found two days after the appt the panel was still open; the tech did not close it upon completion.
Do not make the same mistake I did, shop around and find a better and honest HVAC company.

Plumbline Services Electrician
DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.
