We had 3 sinks that required maintenance. Ian provided excellent service and exceeded expectations! He was very knowledgeable, quick, and took time to answers my questions. The guys at Buckeye plumbing were great to work with. They called the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm when they would be able to swing by. They helped listen to my concerns and provide recommendations on what needed to be fixed as well as what could be left as-is. They were prepared with all of the necessary parts so that everything could be completed right there. Quick, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and quality work. Would not hestiate to use them again for any future needs.

Installed a new vanity today. Easy to schedule, quick, fair pricing, and he seems like a nice guy! Definitely recommend!

Water supply pipe broke where it entered into the house. I called @0715Monday morning and had a pleasant conversation with Kristen(sp?)  She scheduled someone the same day to arrive between 3-5pm. Kept me updated when they were running late. Austen stopped by gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled work for the next day. Everything came together like clockwork. Utilities were mapped out, city of Columbus had someone find the shutoff valve in my yard (house is app 50yrs old so it was buried and full of mud) Everything was done as planned. This is a great small company to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Give them a call. You won't be dissappointed.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies.  We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased.  Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Great service. Basically provided a consult via phone (and text pictures) to ensure they knew the problem before arriving, and that they would show up with the correct parts. They dispatched a technician only a few hours after I called, despite it not being an emergency. Technician was masked up, professional, and resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommended.

I've used Amanda plumbing on three occasions this year, and their work has been outstanding! Their technicians are extremely polite and professional, and I would recommend them for any plumbing need.

Chris has replaced all the pipes in my entire house and snakes my main drain line yearly. He is always on time, professional, and does great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. It was a swap of the same model on warranty since the 3 year old tank was leaking. They came to take a free look, then left to go get a replacement tank after 30 minutes. They returned back, 1.5 hours later, claiming they had to go to two places to find the correct tank. The tanks were swapped in 30 minutes. I was charged $1,016.00! This was just for labor as the tank was a free warranty replacement!

Apparently, I was unknowingly paying them hundreds of dollars per hour while they drove across town, to two places, to pick up the water heater. Based on my math, I was charged $406.40 per hour for this water heater to be picked up and then swapped. I was not given any specific breakdown of the cost. This pricing is absolutely astronomical and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this company going forward. I do NOT recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

PRICE GOUGERS ALERT. Luke quoted 4X the price of the quote the
company gave me a year ago for the same work. Could not get line opened that his mentee got open last year. Their non-negotiable prices are quite high and I will take my work elsewhere.

We had a leaking hose bib, and the water was running down into our basement. We called on a Friday to schedule an appointment (non-emergency, as it only leaked when we had the hose running) and got someone out on Monday. Tracy came in and quickly found the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner. He kept us informed on everything he was doing during the whole process. The charge was reasonable for the work done, and our problem was fixed. We would use this company again for future plumbing issues.

Useless.   Had a leaky outside faucet and kitchen faucet is loose - just needs tightened.   Dude from Calhoun comes over, looks at the outside faucet, says 'I can't help ya buddy'.   So I said 'can you tighten the kitchen faucet?'  He says 'oh that needs a special tool, I think I have one in the truck'.   Comes back in and gets under the faucet and looks around and after a while I got another 'I can't help ya buddy'.   I just thanked him and he left.   I guess the dude was having a bad day?!   WTF

Great experience both times I have used them.  Called ahead, arrived as scheduled, price was reasonable.  Very accommodating when I had to change our appointment date at the last minute.  John was very professional and his workmanship was excellent.  Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

I was living in a friend's house while she was gone for two years and she requested I use Muetzel, so I had a couple unremarkable experiences with them then but decided to call them when my sink was leaking because I wasn't sure if it was my dishwasher, garbage disposal, pipes or what.  They were able to come the same day and immediately confirmed it was the disposal.  The guy was friendly, helpful, and when my toilet water supply line burst while he was there (what are the odds?) he quickly helped me get it under control and both gave me a quote for that and explained how to fix it myself.  I would definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service. They  charged me 152 dollars for a free estimate and then told me they couldn't fix the issue. I tried calling them about it and they were so rude on the phone and hung up on me. They also treated me like I was stupid at my house and knew nothing just because I was a girl. Very disappointing.

I read the other reviews on their page, they may be good at plumbing, but not at showing up. I was quoted a two hour window two days in a row, the first day I waited 4 hours and had to leave, they contacted me and offered a discount of the inconvenience and quoted a two hour window for the next day, again, a no show. Unless you have a lot of time to wait around, wouldn't recommend these guys.
