We lost water in our house Friday evening.  They showed up at 9:00 AM Saturday.  Replaced well pressure switch and water logged pressure tank.  After testing system, they found the well pump had burned up.  It was 20 degrees outside and they were not too excited about replacing the well pump on a Saturday in the cold.  They had it done in less than 2 hours.  Very professional, capable, courteous, friendly.  These guys are the best!!!  Highly recommend!!!

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right

We have used McHugh's Plumbing for many years on the complex plumbing problems that can happen with an older house. We have been able to relax on plumbing issues (focus on other things rather than plumbing) because of McHugh's saving the day with reliable, outstanding, prompt, and efficient results at a fair and reasonable price. McHugh's is a family business where all of their staff have years of experience and expertise on all plumbing issues with outstanding capabilities. They do things the right way every time. For them, the most complex plumbing challenge is basic and routine.

I called yesterday, they came in the time slot provided, they called 20 min. before arriving. Adam was very professional, he replaced the hot water tank, (and it was old and was a mess,) he updated a few things. I ask if he could replace the garbage disposal, he did. He removed the tank and the old disposal from the house, cleaned up everything. I am very pleased with the service and will call them again.

They are nice people, very professional. Came on time and did good work. But beware how they charge. They parse out every different action, each of which triggers a significant fixed separate charge.  First it's $80 just to come out.  Then it's $215 to install a toilet. But wait, toilet installation needed the pipe snaked, which only took a few minutes but still incurred a separate $190 charge. Nearly doubling the bill. By the time you're done, it's $500 for 2 hrs of work (plus the first inspection trip).  Lesson learned. Next time I'll try finding someone who charges by the hour instead.

Came out for a estimate in June 2020. Nate the sales representative was very short and spent maybe 5 minutes in my home. Threw a verbal quote of $3k for a furnace and offered to do a gas line relocation for free if I agreed to the job. He hurried and had no interest in listening to me. Said he would call me and send me an email with estimate. Never heard a thing for over 2 months. Called the office today to see why I never received a quote as I am if I am finalizing my estimates before winter. Turns out he did not have my name, number, and email right in the system. Was told by the representative that answered the phone I would receive a quote by email. For once the quote actually came and was not $3k. Poor customer service and cannot ever keep their quotes correct.

Ohio Buckeye Plumbing finished 2 projects projects for us.  First, they installed a new gas line in our backyard for an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.  

The team was very professional and pulled the proper permits, started on time and didn't leave a mess behind.   The bobcat they used to dig the 50 or so foot trench didn't even leave tracks behind.  

On the same day, they installed 2 new sump pumps in our basement.    They completely cleaned the wells and hauled away the old pumps.   I highly recommend them.  A+++

Sam replaced our old bathtub drain pipe setup that was continually clogging all of the time. we are very happy with our new drain set up and it was a pleasure working with Sam in our home. Sam performed fast and professionally. the price didn't break the bank. great service.

We've been using Smylie One for just over five years at our house. We bought a 'fixer upper' and they've worked with to slowly upgrade furnaces & add UV-C germ reduction, replace AC Units, plumbing fixtures/toilets, sinks, and we even added a slick Reznor natural gas powered garage heater last year. We purchase their Annual Plan that provides some checkup services & a discount on labor/parts for regular & urgent appointments.

Great response service when we call & they try to pinpoint the exact service time within a reasonable 2-3/hr window. Their service folks put on blue booties in the house & they're always kind to my over-eager dogs.

We've worked with Rodney at least two (2) times for different jobs in the last 3 - 6 months: (1) Water Heater replacement and (2) Vanity / Shower Trim Kit/Drain install - and he is fantastic and does amazing work.

Sean was super helpful in helping me fix a toilet at my mother's house.  He was responsive, personable and professional.  I thought he did a thorough job, explained to me what he was doing and his price was very fair.  I would highly recommend!!

Husband out of town, water tank broke and required replacement.
They were responsive but I felt they took advantage of me and charged me $2100 to replace the tank. I called the owner and told him my concerns and he tried to minimize it by saying I had their best guy on the job! I didn't realize their prices vary on the person they send out!
The guy was in and out in less than 4 hours! This is a company that takes advantage of people in a unfortunate situation! BTW I don't mind paying extra for same day work,  but feel this was extreme and a total rip off!

Josh got here faster than I can have a pizza delivered. Excellent service, very friendly, good price. Highly recommended. Yes, I will call him again if needed.

Don't waste your money. They came out to fix my boiler and they said nothing was wrong and charged me anyway. Turns out that they were wrong. Now I have to get some other company to come fix it

12-14-17 - Just to clarify, the receipt says that for 30 days if there was an issue I would just have to call and they would come out but I would still have to pay for the continuation of labor, that was on November 2nd, more than 30 days ago so I was under the assumption that I would have to pay the service charge again as well as the labor costs. I have been in touch with the owner who has offered me a refund and I will update if necessary.

Very professional service! They came out right away to see what the problem was and they were fast and efficient. Final price ended up being less than they originally quoted as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

This company advised to put a camera into our main sewer line to find a clogged pipe. We were charged $252. The plumber advised not to snake the pipe he felt it wouldn't work. He advised to dig up the pipe $6,000.
We called a honest plumber who snaked the pipe for $155. Now our clogged pipe is clear.

I requested a quote for my furnace replacement and Kurt reached out to me to set up an appointment. The appointment was for Monday the 25th of October between 10:30 and 1:30. I took off of work in order to be available for this appointment and when 1:30 came and went, I called back. Call went to voicemail so I left a message. Literally no call back. No follow up. This is absolutely ridiculous. When the only number I was able to use was for a guy named Kurt with no business name in the voicemail box and a personal email address, I should've been leery. But many contractors are like that so I gave him a chance. Never again. I will be seeking my services elsewhere.
