ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Keith and Karen Miller are the owners of Plumbing 911. As a family owned and operated business, we would never send someone into your home unless we know, like and trust them with our own home and family. You can be confident in our skilled technicians expertise and knowledge to insure quality workmanship is executed to our highest standards.

Keith Miller is a Master Plumber with the state of Ohio and is also a Certified and Licensed Flood/Water Restoration Specialists. With years of expertise and hands on knowledge at work, he specializes in all plumbing needs from something as small as a leaky faucet to as major as a house flood or sewer line excavation.

Karen Miller is the Office Manager and Marketing Specialist. As a past student of Cleveland State University, Karen had an internship at American Greetings in 1998, which turned into a full time job for over 11 years. In 2008, she partnered with her husband and became female owner of Plumbing 911.

Had a strange leak. John showed up and diagnosed it. It wasn't easy to diagnose but he stuck with it. Had to cut wall to verify and he was right on the mark. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I thought it was the shower. He said it was the sink drain. He was right
