My water heater went out last night and WyattWorks was able to respond right away and sent out a technician first thing the next morning. Kevin was both courteous and professional. He laid out the different options I had and was able to remediate the problem right away. Highly recommend if you are looking for great communication and a professional service done right.

Used Wyatts based off positive reviews.  They did not disappoint. Service was timely, fair, and trustworthy. The tech assigned, John, was pleasant, knowledgable, competent, and respectful of his surroundings. Will use again and recommend to others.

I had Derron and Pat out yesterday to diagnose and fix an issue with our floor drain backing up.  Pat was very knowledgeable as to what could be the cause of the issue and was able to correctly diagnose it within minutes. He offered 3 estimates for different services and I was able to choose the option that worked best for our budget. When Derron arrived, his professionalism and experience mirrored Pat's. They were able to clear the clog in a timely manner and showed me with the camera that the drain was open. Before leaving they cleaned the area they worked in and offered ways to prevent the issue from happening again as well as an estimate for replacing the pipe in the floor so we had an idea what we might be looking at in the future. It was a very satisfying experience and did not cost as much as I had anticipated. WyattWorks has earned a customer for life.

I called 2 days ago and scheduled someone to come to my house.  I did not want to wait 2 days because there is a leak, but they told me they would make it for sure Thursday.  The office person also told me that they would call today in the morning to let me know what time to expect them.  By 10:30am I had not heard anything.  I called and the owner told me that someone would be here today and NOT to call another company.  A different person called me at 2:45pm to tell me that they had not forgotten about me and someone would be here soon.  At 3:30pm, after I waited all day and our water leak  continued they said they were not going to make it today (which is Thursday) but could come on SATURDAY morning!  This company obviously has no respect for me or my time.

In addition, when I voiced my frustration the woman on the phone expected me to understand that things come up.

So...
Had a hot water heater issue. After a few visits we figured it all out. It took two visits due to Jamal trying to save me money as well as my older house had some very confusing pipes (hence why I called instead of YouTube university) causing the issues to be multiple things and hard to pinpoint.

The negatives a bit pricey and hard to schedule. My reasoning your paying a little extra because you get extra. The service was perfect, Jamal wasn't rude about me hovering to learn or was he aggravated by my suggestions. He was upbeat knowledgeable and patient, because I'll admit I'm very inquisitive when it's something I don't know. So price is offset by service. I can't blame scheduling on them either I called the day before Christmas so that's my fault as well. I only mentioned it because some places who don't care about there employees as much would rush some one over. So it's kind of a plus in my eyes.

Positives. Everything... if you're in the Cleveland area and don't mind a little extra for a ton more service you MUST CALL these guys first. I'm not a major 5 star guy I cap at 4 unless your exceptional, and these guys are.

WyattWorks Plumbing was able to get Jamal over to our place on short notice to install our new gas range. He was timely and courteous. He inquired about any other possible plumbing issues after providing an initial quote. We had actually just noticed an issue with our basement plumbing. He was able to address BOTH concerns in this one visit, saving us time and money (a second visit) down the road. Thank you, Jamal! We will certainly use WyattWorks as needed in the future, and will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors!

No one likes plumbing problems, but the people at Wyattworks are the kind that help you through the leaks and breakdowns of every-day life, with relative ease.
Ben and Jamal have made recent visits to our home for various plumbing concerns, and the service we received was outstanding.
Both men are excellent in their abilities to diagnose and recommend the best repair solutions in speedy order.
Knowledgeable, efficient, very thorough, and reasonably-priced work has been our customer experience, thus far, with Wyattworks.
The service visits are always characterized by thoughtful consideration for our needs and wants, as homeowners.
Consistent cleanliness as work is completed and respect for our home and belongings is a top priority during Wyattworks visits.
We plan to keep them on our top tier list of home maintenance professionals.

Josh Wyatt and his trainee, another Josh, were prompt, thorough, communicative and considerate of the house as well as two kittens running around underfoot. They broke out options and prices, returned with supplies efficiently, and completed the job quickly and successfully.

Update - I just relied on Wyatt for another toilet repair; this one we replaced. Luke Wyatt was also extremely polite and thorough in identifying the problem and fix options, and again the work was efficient and successful. Clean-up pristine!

I first heard of WyattWorks Plumbing through their commercials on the Christian radio station I listen to. The commercials are cute and homey. I called because we were having an issue with one of our toilets. The person who answered the phone was cheerful and very responsive to my issue. The appointment day, I was kept informed of when my repair person would arrive. Pete was on time, was very courteous and very professional. He was quick and efficient and kept us informed at each step. WyattWorks will be our plumbers from here on. I highly recommend them and our super repairman Pete!!!

I recently moved into a new home and the sump pump was definitely a do-it-yourself job that I had no faith in. I tried to give it a go, and it was keeping up pretty well with all the rain we've been getting. That was until yesterday morning, when I woke up and a problem surfaced. I called around in a panic to find someone who could come out and service/install a sump pump that day before the rains came again. I called the office, talked to a rep and they said a tech can come out and service/replace the unit before lunchtime. She even gave me a $50 off coupon even though I didn't know to ask for it. Jamal came out before noon, assessed the job, and only installed what I needed; he didn't try to oversell me. The workmanship was good quality, and he even fixed a leaky pipe in another area of my basement without charging extra. The price of a new installed sump pump was very high compared to just the price of the pump, but I considered it a necessary evil because they came out right away and put it in. I recommend WyattWorks and will use them again.

Excellent job. We had had a garbage disposal that was shooting up water from our sink every time we used it. Also our upstairs bathroom had extremely low water pressure, and no matter what we tried we couldn't seem to fix it even after several YouTube videos and trips to Home Depot.

I called Wyatt Works and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly, asking specific questions, and she was patient with me as I didn't really know much about plumbing.

It only took us about a day and a half before they were able to squeeze us in which was entirely reasonable. The service tech came over, did a thorough diagnosis, explained to us what the issue was, and gave us several options.

They repaired everything magnificently! Our upstairs bathroom sink and flows well now with excellent water pressure.

Our kitchen sink had to be completely redone, for the original plumbing was poorly installed. Wyatt Works did all the work quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Wyatt Works. My only complaint is that we paid almost $700 for maybe three hours of work. I don't see why a plumber should be paid over $200 an hour. I do think that's excessive, so know they are very expensive.

However, this was a significant issue in our home, as far as we are concerned. So if both sinks are good to go from here on, then I consider the job worth it, I guess. Regardless, I would definitely Wyatt Works again if had a plumbing issue. Excellent job!!!

Joshua and Joshua were the ones who did my work and they were both very professional.  I needed four different issues dealt with and they were able to fix them all.  One of the jobs required more work than expected but because they had already quoted me a price, they didn't change it.  When they were done with the work, they left all areas neat and clean and they even wore shoe covers which I greatly appreciated.  I would definitely recommend this company.

There aren't a lot of plumbing companies out there that are responsive, courteous, professional, and reasonable. Wyatt Works is one of them. Our technician Alan assessed our needs and was fair and honest about what needed to be fixed/replaced. He was professional and efficient in his work. We even received a hand-written thank you note from the office a few days later - that's class!

Services were solid but prices are ridiculous with this company.  It was a $20 part that took less than 30 minutes to install.  They charged me $337.00.  I should have researched before agreeing to the service.  Way better values out there in NE Ohio and if you skim the reviews you will see I'm not the only one getting ripped off by these guys.

I just had Wyatt Works come out to my home to address a water backup emergency in our new home. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with their immediate response and how professional their technicians are. Ben C. was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and gave great advice to help mitigate any future issues. I would highly recommend this company (and Ben!!) and will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs!!

Great, dependable family owned business. Very professional and they are the go to person when there us any plumbing need at our residence. 2 years back we hired them to do a complicated meter repair.  This time when I had to hire to diagnose slight gas leak, our go to plumber was wyatt works and did not even think of hiring anyone as i know I can trust them and depend on them to do an outstanding job, which they did.
Benjamin was very professional and Andy the owner  also came in to diagnose and fix the issue.
They are outstanding and will highly recommend Wyattworks for any plumbing work.

Responsiveness was good, but the cost estimates I received on site were far over and above what I was quoted by two other local companies (for the exact same work), and ultimately what I ended up paying.  I question the estimations, which may have been rushed, but were seemingly inflated.

Recommended this company to my son based on their customer reviews. He has been experiencing flooding issues and had the county come out only to tell him had an issue with damage/blockage of his storm line.

Wyattworks were scheduled to come out on a Monday however they called last minute to say the technician had an emergency.....OK, no problem stuff happens.

They then reschedule him for Friday of that week.....well, again, last minute text stating the technician was unavailable and now the soonest they could come out is 3 WEEKS!

Mind you, this was 2 days of taking off work for my son to be home when the technician came and now he's back to square one looking for another plumbing  company.

Truly disappointed and disgusted with the lack of accountability that this company provides when it comes to inconveniencing the customer.

Would not recommend

Jamal and Benjamin came to our home today to diagnose the source of water damage to our living room ceiling. They quickly determined that the cause was water seeping through small holes in a caulked area of our second-floor bathtub. Both technicians were knowledgeable and personable. Everything about WyattWorks is polished and professional, from their modern and clean graphic identity to their brightly painted, late-model trucks and their technicians' neatly pressed attire. WyattWorks is now officially our preferred plumber.

This is  a follow up to my original post and WyattWork's subsequent response.

I commend Wyatt Works for reaching out and  refunding a significant portion of the original charge.  It was a welcome surprise to receive the apologetic phone call and refund.  Such an act of humility speaks well to a company being conscientious of the concerns of its customers.

It bears noting, however, the service was provided in May and it was not until October that they called  to address the situation.  While I appreciate the manner in which it was ultimately handled, the fact remains that upon my initial inquiry about the overcharge, I was summarily and rudely dismissed.

That said, given their willingness to remedy the problem, I would be willing to use them the next time I have plumbing needs.  In addition, I have passed their name along to a couple of friends who have recently been looking for a plumber.

Great company. They were able to get someone out the same day I called.  The office staff were very sweet and professional. Their fees are pretty reasonable. I have several projects I need done on a 94 year old home. Chad and Larry came out. They were very respectful to me and my home ( & my old little dog). I liked that they were kind and not pushy. Plus they were both very knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with them both. I love that this company guarantees their prices for 90 days plus gives a military/ veterans discount. It made things easier to lay out a plan to fix things as my budget allows. There wasn't just a 2 option fix that you get with most other companies. They gave me 4 options. We chose a few things to start.  I would highly recommend using them! I also liked they use a text message system to let you know when they're on the way and who is coming.

What an experience. I called this company based on good reviews here and on Angie's list. I liked their no non sense pricing. I explained my problem to the young lady that took my call and they were quick to get me scheduled. I explained the problem was with my kitchen ceiling having a mystery leak and I suspected potential mold. No problem, was the response I received so I was very happy. Upon arrival, the technician never looked into the kitchen ceiling. I was charged 49 dollars for an inspection that didn't include the initial problem I called about. Talk about bait and switch; I was told it would be an addition 275 dollars to look into the kitchen ceiling to be sure the problem wasn't coming from there and to see if there was mold when that was the WHOLE reason I called them in the first place. I feel ripped off.

If you need a professional, DO NOT call Wyattworks! I called, talked to a man there who listened to my problem and acted like he could come out to look at my well pump. He then asked if he could call me back in just a few minutes to set up an appt. and of course I said yes. I gave him my phone number and waited .... and waited .... and waited. I finally called them back to make sure they had my correct phone number and the woman who answered put me on hold, came back and said she would make sure he got the right phone number.  Long story short, I never received a call back from Wyattworks. Not a very professional company in my eyes!

Quoted $4300 to install a shower pan when others were much, much, much lower. I had bought the pan and they only needed to realign the drain and supply a mortar base. It was a one day job, so you can do the math and see what they charge for labor.

Called Wyatt plumbing and they got to my house asap. Turned out I needed a new water heater and other things. Joshua and josh were soo professional and kind. They gave me 3 different ways to fix the problem with 3 different prices. We were very very impressed with them from beginning to end. Cleaned everything up also. The next day our water stopped and some one came as soon as they could. It turned out that our 20 yr. old pump. Couldn't keep up with the new system. So they were able to replace that right away. We will use these guys for all plumbing needs from now on!

Husband out of town, water tank broke and required replacement.
They were responsive but I felt they took advantage of me and charged me $2100 to replace the tank. I called the owner and told him my concerns and he tried to minimize it by saying I had their best guy on the job! I didn't realize their prices vary on the person they send out!
The guy was in and out in less than 4 hours! This is a company that takes advantage of people in a unfortunate situation! BTW I don't mind paying extra for same day work,  but feel this was extreme and a total rip off!

We had a backed up drain from the house to the road. WyattWorks was able to come out and help very promptly. The office lady was very nice and helpful. The two gentlemen who showed up at the house were very polite and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the drain. We did have some residual problems not quite a week later, on the weekend. They came out, again, very quickly, diagnosed the problem and cleared it out. They quickly remedied the problem and didn't charge any extra. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, professional team.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and work done the same day as the estimate. I was told that I would be texted the day before to know what time. I got a text on Monday, the day before the scheduled visit, and was told they still didn't have a technician. Then, I was told they like to finish up their days between 3:30 and four. Tuesday came and at 12:30 PM I got another text saying they still didn't have a technician yet and could not tell me when I would a tech, or IF a tech would show up. I took a whole day off of the road from visiting customers. Even if a tech showed up to give me an estimate, I would have to take a another whole day off the road for them to come to do the work....IF they would even show. Bush league way of doing business...wallakadoodle this!

WyattWorks is extremely experienced; professional; responsive and thoughtful!  My 92 year old mother was having a major plumbing issue inside her home that required an emergency call to WyattWorks.  A call late at night I might add.

Quick background on my mom.  She knows everyone in Wickliffe and is universally loved!  WyattWorks didn't know my mom.  They just know that she needed help: after hours.  Wyatt was there immediately; and in a time of COVID 19, the technician followed social distancing guidelines.

He also fixed the problem with courtesy, AND, the company gave her a very generous price break because of her age.

In a time of need and in a time when compassion is needed, WyattWorks plumbing perfectly did their job!

Even though these guys are in Wickliffe, they had received high marks for the west side and were able to come to Mom's rescue.
John, Ryan, Pete and Larry all showed up over a two day marathon to solve a major plumbing problem at my Mother's house in Parma Hts.  They were all thoughtful, respectful and most of all successful.  All of these guys are appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Wyatt works for over a year for my business but no more. Their service is unacceptable. Called in to have them fix my commercial grease trap on a Saturday. The person who answered tried to find someone but was unable to. No big deal, they scheduled me for Monday. Monday comes and nobody was showing up so I called for an eta. They said they're too busy to work on grease traps right now. After me complaining for a little while she scheduled me for the following Monday. Then today (Friday) they called me to refer me to another company because they don't work on grease traps any more. And guess what? Apparently, neither does the company they referred me to. Nice! After 2 weeks of being strung along, I'm done with them. If you're not going to do something just tell the customer right away. Telling a customer yes and then refusing to do the work is bs. Regarding Wyatt Works comment: we're all struggling with this which is fine. I get it. My business is struggling with it more than most. But to schedule a job, then reschedule, then just cancel  is just not a good way of doing business. Just tell someone from the start that you're too busy instead of stringing them along for two weeks and then canceling. That's not covid related. It's just bad business.

Jamal did an excellent job on all my plumbing needs:new toilet flusher, news stems for the faucet, snaked out bathroom sink and fixed the leak under the sink. He even snaked my toilet for free because he didn't like how the toilet was flushing. Jamal is a true professional with a great work ethic!!

I've tried hiring them twice (recommender by HomeAdvisor) for a leaking kitchen faucet.
It's not just a straightforward faucet replacement only, I wanted to provide them better context with what they can expect (email request for pictures), as the first plumber I had called out was pitching me quick fix instead of a proper solution to my problems with water pipes (3 weeks later, got refunded by them for very very poor service)

WyattWorks first thanked me for the call and didn't want to help me fix my problem, which was getting an actual solution and not getting ripped off with a call fee. Obviously if the pitch makes sense, I will hire them, it's not about getting free estimates.
I understood, this is not how you prefer business, but promised I would call back if I would be willing to pay the fee upfront.

Roughly 3-4 weeks later I did so, they were willing to listen to the pre-call summary and got me scheduled a couple days out.
I will call you to update you on the guys with the first call, so you know when to expect them, as you're next at 10am - OK thanks.
She asked for my phone carrier for some kind of scheduling text message, which had just about no purpose.

On the day of the appointment, I'm eagerly waiting to see when they will show up, however 2 hours go by and 30 minutes after the appointment window (not sure if it was a window), I call the office with what's going on?
She tells me how they were still at call 1 and would like to reschedule. From the reviews on HomeAdvisor, I'm not the first customer who went through this frustrating experience when trying to get them to do a repair on leaking faucet.

I asked her, why you couldn't call as you promised? Most definitely should be the case if you want to reschedule. I have other, non-plumbing leaks in the house that I would've scheduled differently for this day if I had known (non of these time-sensitive damages are covered by insurance). So I just cancelled all together. Disappointing how the issue I am facing (leaking kitchen faucet) is prioritized ignorantly. Where they just prefer to make the easy money with drain unclogging, but helping the community is not worth it I guess even if they want to order multiple things.

To the owner: I read how you've been overwhelmed since everyone is at home and requests your service. I would certainly understand and how it can be more stressful (just imagine how I'm facing tough times with healthcare when taking care here of my grandparents), but there are certainly some low effort avoidable steps you could take.
Don't show availability on HomeAdvisor, Train Office manager to be less shady / more peaceful, call ahead if you would like to reschedule, even use the scheduling text service to communicate if you're running late or want me to call the office to reschedule and lastly, if someone is here trying to help you do your work smoother (by describing and picturing the issue) you should take that in as a community member trying to help your family-owned business.
I really wanted to differentiate you from all of my other plumber experiences in the past years, I can't say I've found someone who I liked using.
I've considered expressing my experience, I don't really do so if I don't end up spending some money with the business, but with the lack of empathy and the difficult process to actually hire you for a decent medium sized project was unfortunate (you may contact me for further feedback or to fix mistakes)
