Our home suffered a number of water issues due to the 'bomb cyclone' weather event. Bob McHugh was incredibly responsive to my panicked call on 12/26 when many other companies weren't open and dispatched a team to address a broken water pipe. Bob also made a call to a water mitigation company to assist with cleanup. They came back a couple days later to address further water issues. Bob and his team are top notch, we have used them for numerous other projects and highly recommend as a trusted plumbing company.

We had a leak from plumbing connected to our tub&shower. The leak caused damage to our 1st-floor kitchen ceiling. Thanks to  Bob McHugh for responding to our call &scheduling the repair. The leak was serious.  Greg and Craig arrived on time & fixed the leak as if they were superheroes.,well organized and so efficient. Tankless water heater install at my parent's home. Luke was friendly, accommodating, and entertained my mother wonderfully with his knowledgeable report of the work he did. Returned for a free quality assurance assessment. Love these guys!

Needed an urgent gas line repair after finding a gas leak and getting our gas shut off by Dominion on a Thursday night. Bob answered his phone at 7:30pm and they worked us into their scheduled and were done with repairs by Friday afternoon. Bob is very quick to respond to phone calls and texts and Matt did a great job with our repair and was very helpful in trying to get everything settled with our home warranty company. Would highly recommend them!

We recently hired Bob and his team to run a new gas line and install a gas log insert into our existing fireplace. Bob came out to get an estimate and came up with a plan that worked really well for our old Cleveland Height house. Greg and Craig came out this week to do the installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we are so happy to finally enjoy our fireplace. Additionally,  its excellent to know that we have plumbers that we can trust.

We asked for an inspection on downspouts. Very unclear as what the diagnosis was. My calls have not been returned. Some of the downspouts were left un connected and blew across the yard within 24 hours. The workers seem to be in a hurry to finish their day,

Owner, Bob, came out after a few days of calling, and he's come out before. One plumber I called said, in two weeks. Unfortunately, the singing and gurgling sink didn't  make a peep when Bob was here. But he did see that the compression tank over the hot water heater was leaning because it was full. So a few days later he sent two other plumbers, Jake and Cam, to replace the tank. It was a quick job. Again tho, the sink didn't sing. So five stars for promptness and concern for my plumbing issue.

I reached out to McHugh's Plumbing for a replacement of two bathroom toilets. Owner Bob McHugh responded immediately to my message, understood my timeline, and placed me on the schedule quickly. He was transparent on pricing, and even though he was out of town, kept me updated on the scheduled repair, alerting me when the plumbers were on their way. I met Bob's brother, Tom, and plumber, Brian. They were professional, neat, and efficient. They also provided the parts I needed, and warranted them (not a surprise- the old toilets were, well, old). They were done within two hours, they hauled away the old toilets, and cleaned the walls where the old toilets once were (the new toilets had a different profile). All in all, I was impressed with the ease of scheduling, the efficiency of the work, and the quality of the work. Great experience.

McHugh's Plumbing is the best in the business for basic and the most complex prompt plumbing work at a fair and reasonable price. We have used McHugh's Plumbing for many years on the complex plumbing problems that can happen with an older house. We have been able to relax on plumbing issues (focus on other things rather than plumbing) because of McHugh's saving the day with reliable, outstanding, prompt, and efficient results at a fair and reasonable price. McHugh's is a family business where all of their staff have years of experience and expertise on all plumbing issues with outstanding capabilities. They do things the right way every time. For them, the most complex plumbing challenge is basic and routine.

McHugh's Plumbing came out the week before Christmas in the cold to replace a leaking gas line in front of our house. This was the only company that took our call on a Saturday, was able to come out the next day, and could get a team together to do the repair in a couple of days. Very detail oriented, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!
