Feichtner Plumbing came out to my home to fix a clogged vent and to make long story short there was a miss communication when it came to the bill. At the end of the day the owner was more than happy to make things right.  All and all I believe Feichtner Plumbing is out to do honest work!  Thanks again!

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Joys of home owning. Had RBS come out for plumbing this time. Not sure why my first review was not recommended for the electrical work I had done.
My main valve into the house was badly corroded. Rob put in a new valve and a PRV.
Work done quickly and very reasonable.
Once again I can't say enough good things and highly recommend !!

Very happy with Queen City Plumbing and I will use them again.  I had two slow dripping pipes in the basement.  Mike showed up the same day and fixed them within an hour.  Very amicable and professional.  Hire with confidence.

I called Jim to help fix a simple project gone wrong. He was able to make an emergency call and I couldn't be happier. This was my second call to Jim and I would definitely recommend these guys for any size project you may have. They are friendly, quick, professional and priced fairly.

We have used Massie Creek a couple Of times now and I found them through a google search. What a pleasant experience!! Very clean, nice, professional plumbers showed for our service call. They were knowledgeable and efficient. The office scheduled us promptly. I just hope they don't get so big that they won't take on smaller jobs. They are GREAT!!

Be careful of the charges! $400 for a job that was less than 2hours! Had a simple job. Replace the faucet in my powder room with the one I bought. When making the appointment the receptionist never asked if it was a single or remote handles. Apparently those cost more. $403.00 to install. The tech was a wonderful guy. My job had no issues . Easy removal and replace. He said that they base the price on jobs that are complicated. I would not call again without asking the base price.

I have used this plumber twice in the past and would recommend with confidence to friends, family and colleagues.  

I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter.  After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out.  He was amazing.  He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible.  I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke.

A++ Use them.  You will not regret it.

Had a 40 gallon gas water heater installed the other day at their LOW FLAT RATE PRICING.
Quote was $1200.00.  Gave me 50.00 dollars off for not having to haul it off. If that sounds
LOW to you please get at least two other quotes. Oh by the way they did drop another $50.00
off the bill just to make me feel like I got a good deal. It didn't work.I couldn't change the stars. Two at best.

I have used them numerous times over the past 15 years. The last few times I have been very disappointed.  Their miminum pricing has gone up and the workers have been padding the time. They starting charging from leaving their shop or last client. I have complained but only received a small credit. The last time I had them come to fix a leak in our  yard again that they previously fixed. The crew came and said they werent the right crew eventhough 1 of the people was involved before. Since they were already here i had them look at 2 drains. 10 minutes of work for 115 dollars. I was happy in the past with a replacement battery backup sump pump and new water heater several years ago but i draw the line at dishonesty.   The leak was eventually fixed after their 1 outdoor crew cancelled multiple times and 1 month of waiting. I expected to get a credit based on the lack of service of the last visit.  Didnt happen. I wont use them again.  I like supporting local businesses but there are many others to use.

$150 later my toilet still has the same problem but now the bowl is scratched up. Avoid these guys.

The problem I have the most is that the $50 fee that they charge for a technician to come out and assess is for nothing. They have no tools no tactics to diagnose an issue. Just lets try it and bill you

Edit: they refunded the service after i contacted them. They didnt make me jump through hoop for it either.

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

Called this place to get an estimate on my remodel. When he was leaving he saw my neighbor parking her car on the street behind his van. Guy lost it and approached my neighbor yelling and cursing. She's the sweetest woman I know and she has this jerk yelling in her face, I was worried he was going to do something to her. Threatened to call the cops if he didn't leave her alone and leave immediately. Can't believe I let this guy in my house.

DO NOT do business with them!!!!! Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They broke my washing machine in attempt to fix a pipe above it and refuse to fix what THEY broke stating it is my fault. Brueggemann Plumbing is AWESOME and always super friendly! I would refer everyone to do business with them and not this poor excuse of a company.

Prior to this last visit, we were extremely happy with the plumbers and the job they did at our house.  On this particular visit, the plumber was here for 1/2 hour to replace a fill valve and flapper.  He charged us $193.  That is totally unreasonable.  The last time the plumber was here, he replaced the toilet guts, fixed the sink, replaced a pipe, and fixed a few leaks.  He was here for over two hours and charged us $175.  Granted, that was in 2011, but I don't understand the complete price hike from 6 years prior.  I don't have any complaints on the job they do, but their prices have become outrageous.  We'll be calling a new plumber next time.

Have used Geiler several times over 25+ years for plumbing services.  Did great jobs!

I was looking for a new water heater. I purchased a one time visit from a seller of annual visits.
The plumber came and perfuntorily checked his list but did not go throught it with me. He tried to charge $3999 for water heater and installation. This was with a 5% discount.
I checked home depot and they will sell and install same type water heater for $1789.

This was a mediocre to poor experience. I would never recommend them for anything.
