HISTORY
Established in 2002.
Plumb Tite is a long-standing family owned and operated business headquartered in Northern Kentucky, but heavily servicing clients in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. A full service plumbing company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing work of all shapes and sizes, Plumb Tite has rightfully earned the reputation as a highly chosen and referred plumber of choice. This is because of the value and level of service we provide to each and every customer. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Dave grew up in Independence, KY, where he began the long and hard journey to become and earn the license as a Master Plumber. This began by working with his father David Lee Talbert (1948-2001), who was a general contractor and deeply inspired Dave's desire to provide a different level of quality and service to his customers. As a result of their father's example of excellence and honesty, Dave and his two brothers Ben and Jay all have since opened and continue to operate successful businesses in the service industry.
After his father's death In 2001, Dave was particularly struck by the brevity of life. Dave and his cousin Bruce Barnjum used that motivation to found Plumb Tite in 2002. Dave and Bruce's greatest pride in their professional lives is knowing that each and every PT customer is treated like any member of their own family.
Dave and his wife Gina still live in Northern Kentucky and are raising the next generation of craftsmen and woman to continue his father's legacy!

Prompt, fixed the issue quickly. Changed thermostat and heating elements on the water heater.
Plumb-Tite came to our rescue when we were let down multiple times by another company. John came out to the house on the weekend (very convenient for us full-time workers), was very knowledgeable, and gave us a fair estimate that was half of the estimate of a well-known company. When it came to complete the job, they showed up on time, they made sure to keep us informed of progress, did a pre- and post-camera scope and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. They also scored points for honesty by pointing out how they inadvertently damaged a small pipe when working in a tight space. They went out to get a new pipe to replace that. We would have never known had they not said anything. We wholeheartedly recommend them and will absolutely call them if we need plumbing services in the future (let's hope we don't!).

Amazing customer service! I have used other plumbing companies in the past, and got plum Tite off Angie's, and I would not use another plumber again. Plumb Tite has been here twice, and each time it has been superior, Customer Service, workmanship, professional, and courteous tradesmen. If anyone is looking for a plumber, I would recommend Plumb Tite.
I had Plumb Tite out to my mother's home late at night to clear a clogged drain. A very professional service technician arrived within an hour and took care of the problem. I would recommend them anytime to work at your home or your business. Keep up the good work!

I had a frozen pipe on New Years Day... I had major problems finding anyone who could help in a timely manner. Contacted Plumb Tite, spoke to Keith, who was very helpful and calming. He set up an appointment within a couple hours to have a plumber at my house. Fortunately, my water started working after in began to get warmer outside. I called Keith and canceled my appointment. Chad, the plumber who was scheduled to my house, contacted me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. This company is fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me, even without getting a dime from me.

We just needed a faucet installed. The plumber, Eric, was friendly, quick, and extremely clean. I'm very happy with the service. I'll definitely use them again.

I needed my ice maker water line hooked up to my new fridge/freezer. Sure Best Buy could do it cheaper, but they would just unroll some copper tubing and put on a saddle valve (which has to be cleaned out every 2 years and dissolves in 8-10.) I wanted a plumber.
Another plumbing/appliance repair company in Erlanger was rude, surprised me with a saddle valve to install for $349 when they showed up, then left me in a lurch when they walked out. (For the record I am not a yeller. I have worked in retail for half my life and know how to get my point across to an angry customer civilly.)
Plumb Tite was awesome.
Plumb Tite was professional and understood the urgency. After the reasonably priced the estimate, I said do it and he went to his truck, got the parts, soldered on an actual water valve under the sink, and was done in 1.5 hours.
I will always call Plum Tite first from now on.

Had a water installed in 2016. Already leaking. And they can't come over until 3 days later. If it weren't under warranty, I'd be calling some one else

The plumber was not friendly at all. He actually was quite rude. My hot water connector needed replaced- to do so, you need to move the washer and dryer to get to the area. He asked me to call a moving place to move it?!! Or my husband and I could move it ourselves that evening and call them back out to come fix it. WHAT?? He said they don't move the appliances because I could come back and say they broke my washer. I had a new washer sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. I said the washer is broke- which is why I need you to fix the connector so I can get it installed. He replied well you say it is broke. I was livid. I called another plumber, Jolly Plumbing and they are moving my washer and dryer to fix the problem.
Very prompt scheduling and professional service. The plumber was friendly and explained everything he was doing. The job was completed in a couple of hours, despite having to go get a part. I would use them again if the need arises.
DO NOT do business with them!!!!! Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They broke my washing machine in attempt to fix a pipe above it and refuse to fix what THEY broke stating it is my fault. Brueggemann Plumbing is AWESOME and always super friendly! I would refer everyone to do business with them and not this poor excuse of a company.
I've had a great experience with Plumb Tite. They have served me well, have great customer service representatives, and are reliable. The reps you call to schedule service are very helpful and get back to you when they say they will. I called to have a hose nozzle replaced after they worked on it a year and a half ago and they had a 2 year warranty for me to get it fixed again. Very reliable technicians, friendly too. I recommend Plumb Tite for all your plumbing needs!

Horrible, mean customer service. They claim to never charge a service charge. Actually that's only if they come to your home during business hours. If your call is after 5, then there's a charge.
During the recent rain from hurricane Gordon, I called due to a flooded basement. They wanted a $75 service charge and said they would call me when a plumber became available. I understand they were busy but it's 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the plumber to call.
When I asked the service rep why their hold message said they never have a service charge he chuckled, said, Have a nice day, and hung up on me.
Thank goodness I have a wonderful friend who came to help me.
I had a slow running basement toilet. They said $225 to snake it. They had to take the toilet off to snake it price went to $375. It still ran slow, next said I needed a pressure hose ran thru the opening. There price to do it went to $1170.00. At this stage what do you do, it took them 15 minutes to pressure clean the drain. I think there a bunch of thief's. I would not recommend calling them.

Absolute Rip Off. Free Service Call means just showing up. They were at my house and diagnosed a problem faucet within 5 minutes and the only two options were to pay $105 dollars for the 5 min service call or $224 to replace th faucet. What a joke. Will never use them again.
I have been very pleased with the plumbers that have come to my home. The office managers scheduling, but the plumber calls on the way, a text is sent with the plumber's picture and rating. They come in the time window promised. I've appreciated the thoroughness of these plumbers and I believe I have been treated honestly.
