I have an apartment building and needed a job done at 10:00 P.M. He was there in less than an hour. He worked until 1:30 A.M when he completed the job. He was quick, professional, and friendly. I then called him again two days later. He was here in a half an hour. I highly recommend you call Kevin!

I am just sick with this company. Asked them to look at a clogged drain at a rental. I wasn't able to meet them and supervise. After two hours of work, they said they couldn't get it unclogged, would have to cut a hole in the wall (not work through the unfinished basement) to access the pipes and replace them. Quote of $1400!!! I had only called them because my regular guy. LIPSCOMB PLUMBING, was too busy.
Lipscomb was available the next day, went out, took apart the t-connection, snaked it with no issue, replaced a leaky trap and was done in an hour. For WAY less money.
I paid Gardner for the work they did the first time, but this will be the LAST time I ever call them. With multiple rentals and a network of landlords, they could have made some good money off of referrals and repeat business. Instead, they tried to gauge me and take advantage and now they will get nothing.
Beware of this company!
