Wanted to echo my experience with Russell Plumbing:

Completed my job half way in first call. Specific part was needed to complete the job (fix the faucet over the sink), but it was not available, hence I was told to order it from Amazon. I ordered part from Amazon, since the specific part wasn't readily available with them at the time of first call. Now are charging me again as a separate service call to put the new part (this should be included in original service call). Not a good Service at all.

I've used Russell Plumbing since the owner, Steve, had just started out. Since then the business has grown and he has employees. Today his son in law came and repaired a leak from my tub, and several other small issues in other areas. Not only was I happy with his work and price, but also his courteous professionalism. Thank you Russell Plumbing!

I have used Russell plumbing for years and they are always great. They communicate, do a great job and I've always had great success with their work.

When I ask the plumber who came out what we could expect on our bill, he gave us a number which included the service call and some parts. Received our invoice and it was double. I thought we could trust what we were being told but guess I was wrong.

I recently hired Russell Plumbing to install my new bathroom vanity. Instead of drilling exact holes to nicely fit the plumbing, they decided to cut a large, uneven hole to get the job done faster. I called the company and the wife answered. After I expressed that I was unsatisfied, she told me that this is how they always do their work. She said that I was on her shit list, never call again, and to take my business elsewhere.

We have used Russell Plumbing for 20 years, most recently this past week, and have always received prompt, courteous service.  Their expertise covers many  plumbing areas, and we could not recommend them more highly.

We have had two very positive experiences with Russell Plumbing in the last 3 months. In my experience they have been incredibly prompt, professional, and fair on pricing. We will definitely use them again if another plumbing issue arises.
