Now the bad experiences
    He didn't have the necessary tools to finish the job! Wanted to come back a few days later! The unfinished work caused water leakage!
    He didn't clean up ANY OF THE MESS HE MADE. I had to clean TWICE!! Also left a trail of sludge on our carpet which was black and streaks while cleaning!

These guys are truly inexperienced.  Cost me nearly $14,000 to fix repairs they completed a few years ago.  the more professional company tasked with fixing Allied's errors commented that the Allied work was shoddy and in no way would have passed code.  Stay away from this company.  No, RUN away from this company.

My shower handle broke off and they came to fix it.  Trip handle was installed upside down and water reversed, hot was on right and cold on left.  They came back to fix handle but did not fix water issue.  Came back and third time with new part for handle but hot and cold water still reversed.  They told me it is supposed to be that way.  Called them today and they want to charge me to fix issue...they didn't charge me but it is worse than when they got here.

Very disappointed received a call Wednesday last week 5/10/17 saying someone would be out for an issue for the third time and no one ever showed up. The previous 2 times they came out about the plumbing back up in my bathroom first guy was fine he snaked the shower drain but informed us that the toilet may need to be snaked but he didn't want to bust a pipe my house has a narrow crawl space my pipes are located in and he didn't want to have to go down there so we tried the shower things seemed to be okay until a few hours after he left we started getting a back up in the shower again. They sent someone out a second time who we informed the toilet needed to be snaked more than likely he gave us the same spiel about not wanting to go into he crawl space if they bust a pipe in the toilet yada yada. It's not like their not being paid to do the work it's more of a not wanting to do the work at this point it has been almost a week and still nothing I was shocked to see this place is 24/7 because I waited up till 11pm with no response and I called back and they said next available plumber would be out and they never came I had to have someone else come out who see I have a hole in my pipe which this is the first I'm hearing about it and I very old pipes which is something they could fix they said they could both times they came out but they didn't . Very poor customer experience.

This company sucks. Only 3 certified plumbers . Take your business to zins plumbing. Supposedly fixed a stack problem only put a bandaid on the problem, then refused to make it right.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Allied Reddi-Rooter.  They got to the house within the time frame they set.  Charles was polite, friendly and honest. He did the job quickly and was on his way in no time!  Would certainly call again if there is a need.
