Our Northern Kentucky & Cincinnati based licensed and background check approved team provides heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation. Brian Arlinghaus has worked in the HVAC business for 30 Years. He started at the age of 16 helping during the Summers. He then met his wife Heather and after being in the business for several years, they decided to start their own business in 2008. Brian is extremely dedicated to providing the best products and services to the Arlinghaus customers.

I had no heat a limited budget and a big problem with my furnace. I'm talking exposed wiring and more. Billy was my service pro and he was just great! I chose Arlinghaus and Trane for my new heating and AC unit installed in March.  So far I'm on my 2nd malfunction with parts needing to be ordered.  This time I've been without AC for 4 days, was told they would arrive this morning and still waiting at 11:00am.  They told me the technician was doing an install and would be here when finished.  So, if you want service don't choose Arlinghaus.  All this with a 5 month old system.

After having had inspectors/salesmen from 3 different HVAC companies, I contacted Arlinghaus.  Finally, somebody who actually understood what was going on in our house - then they fixed it!  The salesman even had his supv. come out (after we signed the contract) to see if he had missed anything.  He found several more problems which were fixed during installation.

The builder (almost 40 yrs. ago) put a return air vent in the laundry room - which was actually just a hole leading to the roof over the garage and letting in tons of cold air.  

The other thing we discovered was that the soffit in our kitchen had actually been carrying air from the dining room plus all 4 upstairs bedrooms.  Our kitchen remodeler failed to understand that 17 yrs. ago and took the soffit out, extending our cabinets to the ceiling, thereby blocking all upstairs return air flow.  Arlinghaus was able to create air flow from other spaces making the house much more comfortable.

We couldn't be more pleased.  Good Job, Guys!

The salesman came out and pitched how qualified he was to install a new heating and air conditioning system. Prided himself on being a journeyman, his certifications, etc. Imagine our surprise when he's not the person who showed up to install our new $10,000 system.
Less than 6 months later I noticed wetness on the floor in front of our new system. My husband called on Saturday morning and was told no one could come out until Sunday. Sunday came and no one came, no one called. Monday morning the office manager called to say someone dropped the ball and forgot to let the technician know to come out. Supposedly someone would come around 4pm Monday afternoon. It's now almost 7pm and we're still waiting for someone to show up.
I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want any kind of decent customer service. Don't use Arlinghaus.

Called about service on a simple gas furnace and they flat out told me that they would not come to look at it. They claimed the reason for refusal of work is that we are a business. They have been here twice in the past to service other furnaces. Times have certainly changed in service industries.

I had new furnace, ac unit and thermostat installed 7 years ago, 2010. All went well with the install. This is the 2nd issue I have had, so not bad. The service response was great. Same day service and friendly , helpful person on the phone. However I'm a lil miffed with the pricing. The tech found a low voltage wire that was faulty, they reused this wire on the install of the new system, this wire must be well over 30 years old and I feel should have been replaced with the other components I paid for. Service call was $89.00, Then the repair was $200.00 to run 40 feet of low voltage wire. The service was good. I just feel this should have been replaced with the new system and the current replacement price seems quite The well informed tech informed me that the warranty on my Furnace is good for 10 years, because I registered it online, however the ac unit has expired in 5 because I did not register the unit online.  I was mistaken that when I registered on the Trane website it covered both. I wish this was made clearer. Overall still a good company, just not happy with this experience.

Arlinghaus replaced the HVAC system in our 80 year old house with perfection. We found them on Yelp. They were one of three companies we considered. Every part of the experience was excellent. Jake our sales rep was most helpful, responsive to our needs. He is very knowledgeable with a lot of good experiences that helped our decision making. Billy and Roy did the installation perfectly. I had a number of questions during the installation which they handled happily and professionally. The new system is dramatically more effective than the old which was also high efficiency system. This company is so far and away better than any heating/cooling we have ever worked with that I would nominate them for a Malcolm Baldrige Award for total quality if I could.  nist.gov/baldrige/baldri…

Emergency heat not kicking on. What do you do? You get on your trusty YELP APP and check reviews for top rated HVAC companies in the area. Called Arlinghaus Heating and Air Conditioning. Pat B with Arlinghaus was at my house within 1 hour on a Saturday morning.

Pat B was very friendly, professional, clean, uniform, badge and the whole 9 yards. He listened too my situation and the symptoms I described to him and went right to work. Tested the furnace to make sure all the electric was pulling correct. Checked the temperature of the air when it was actually running. Everything seemed fine and he was thinking it was a thermostat issue. Just to be sure and I also believe to ease my mind he took his gauges hooked to my heat pump unit and SHOWED me in WRITING on the heat pump panel as to where the numbers should be. They were SPOT on. Even with him knowing is was most likely the thermostat he took the time to go the extra mile and show me AND explain to me in terms that I was able to understand what was happening. He was NOT looking for a fast buck. I appreciate this. He offered a thermostat and other recommendations but didn't pressure me to have him do the work, just suggested. This was appreciated very much. After he left went and bought the Nest Thermostat and had it installed in a little over 30 minutes. WARM again.

In this day and age it seems sometimes very hard to find good honest people in really any line of work. You wont get this with Arlinghaus Heating and Air Conditioning. I am very satisfied with their service and the professionalism of Pat B. And would recommend them for your heating and air needs.

Donny T, Roy and Chad....did a wonderful job installing my furnace, air, and hot water heater. They called a few times to post me on how things were going. They were also very concerned about the pets in my house and their comfort during the install. Please-do yourself a favor...call Arlinghaus for your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

The initial persons who came out to inspect our HVAC system was great and when we decided to replace the entire system, the salesman was professional. However, those are only compliments I can provide.

They pushed to install our system the same date as purchased since the company was slow. We agreed given the condition they would need to be out by 5pm. Well they were at our home till 930pm. Left screws and scrap metal on the ground- we have a toddler at home..  

When they installed the new outside unit, they exposed our vinyl siding with a large gap in which water could infiltrate. Took three phone calls to get a response and have them come out to fix it. Was given attitude that it wasn't a big deal by the guy who came.  

Tried to turn on heat since it was a cooler night but it didn't work. They had to come back out again to fix it.

We're stuck with them in order to keep our warranty. Can't wait to see what else breaks down.

Over 4th of July my a/c unit quit cooling the house. It became an emergency because of my dog and cat being in a house that was 90 degrees and no air flow. The floor was buckling and my girlfriend had to take off work so she called this company to help us. The technician looked and recommended a starter and that it would cost 300 for the part and 450+ all together. We payed the 89 dollars for the call and purchased that same part for 40 and replaced it in less than ten minutes. Where's the honesty

Our HVAC went out for the second time in two years and so we finally bit the bullet and decided to replace the entire unit. Arlinghaus was nothing but responsive, professional, and friendly. They updated us every step of the way and even when encountering a few unforeseen hurdles, they were able to take care of the situations in a timely manner. If you're going to make this sort of investment in your home, I recommend making it with Arlinghaus!

Price gouging at its' finest! We had replaced our kitchen counters and sink. At the same time we wanted to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. We purchased the garbage disposal, faucet and sink drain prior to the replacement work. We'd used Arlinghaus in the past for heating and air conditioning work with no problems. The Arlinghaus plumber showed up as promised. He reviewed the work to be done and then gave us an estimate of over $900 to do the faucet and garbage disposal installation. I was shocked at the price, but went ahead with the work because of the inconvenience of not having the kitchen work done if we had to go to another company. By the time the work was done the bill was over $1,100! We will never use them again.

First time I've used this company.  Tech was pleasant, arrived on time, was careful about closing doors promptly so my cats didn't investigate outdoors or my studio.  Identified a water leak in the basement (oh, joy), did a thorough job, answered questions, charged me a reasonable amount.  Happy.

My A/C is an older unit but I was reasonably sure all it needed was a little refrigerant.  I was told, upfront, about their $89 service fee.  I  explained to the lady when I made the appointment that I was on Social Security and that I wouldn't be able to afford much more than that but she said they didn't know what the company charged and that she couldn't give me an estimate.  I know there are many variables but I still think she could have given me a ballpark idea.  When the techs came out I explained this before they started.  They verified it was about 1 pound low on gas but wanted to charge over $600.  I know this refrigerant,  R-22, is obsolete and will not be available much longer but I was able to do a quick lookup and found that it's still available and is much less than what they charge.  So, I'm out $89 and still have a crippled A/C unit.

Our A/C died this summer and I did some research before calling a few companies for quotes. I ended up having 2 come out to the house for full estimates and I was impressed by the service and knowledge that Arlinghaus brought. They weren't the cheapest, but they were competitive, and most importantly, I felt like brought honesty and expertise.

After scheduling the appointment, since it was a few days out in the blazing heat, they brought out and set up two portable air conditioning units in our home for the days between (no extra charge), which was very much appreciated!

The install was finished within a day and the installers made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before they left. They gave me a quick run-through of all equipment including the new thermostat. The next day I noticed a vibration that was audible upstairs and called. They sent someone out the same day who apologized and made the quick fix.

They coordinated the city inspection for me and made a follow-up call to make sure all was working well. I also got a card from the salesperson right after and a letter from the owner a couple weeks after thanking me for my business. Super service and I expect it to continue with ongoing maintenance!

Had $89 diagnostic service call, replaced parts costing less than $100 and charged $568 total. I verified the price of parts with another service company, WOW very overpriced! Look around for a different service company

My husband and I purchased an Arlinghaus system to replace our 25 year old HVAC system. The sales gentleman who came out to sell us on the system was super friendly and promised that the Arlinghaus system could do everything we were asking it to do however, shortly after install, we found that that was incorrect and while we had paid double for our Arlinghaus product, the other vendors that we looked at could provide us the same service however, they refused to lie to us about the functionality of their system just to get us to purchase.

The air conditioner worked great as our install was in June however, Arlinghaus forgot about the whole house dehumidifier feeding into our thermostat which they had promised us would be an easy process.  After a few phone calls, they finally sent the technician out to install the dehumidifier as it was supposed to be based on the scope of work only to find out that the technician they sent did not know how to install the controller for the dehumidifier into the thermostat. After 3.5 hours of work the poor technician had to tell me that someone would have to come because he didn't know how to actually install the controller as he had never installed one before.  After sending out another technician, Arlinghaus left the wires from the controller hanging all over the side of the brand new system and didn't clean it up.

In early November, my husband and I turned on our heat only to find out our brand new heat did not work. Arlinghaus came out and fixed it, and assured us that there was a pitch problem with the drain that had been resolved. Therefore, water would no longer back up into our inducer motor. This also proved to be incorrect since the problem has duplicated itself three times. Christmas Eve
I had to cancel plans with family so Arlinghaus could come fix our brand new system.  Luckily the nice technicians they sent out spent the hour of time they waited for the motor to cool down cleaning up the work of the supervisor who installed the dehumidifier controller and left a mess.   Every time I call  Arlinghaus to get a service to fix what they tell me has been fixed. Multiple times they attempt to put us off to a more convenient time however, with a five month old system, I tend to stress that it must be addressed the day I call.  We have now had service calls on our new heater five times in the last 2 1/2 months since first turning on the system and nobody at Arlinghaus seems to care or want to remedy the issue. The entire process has been nothing but a joke. Buyer beware go with the other guys who tell you the truth.

Thomas Keissler proved to be professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. We called Arlinghaus because our A/C stopped working, and Thomas checked all our HVAC equipment, not only the air conditioner.  He discovered the problem with the A/C unit, explained it to us, and repaired it---same day, super service, super guy and excellent company.  We have no hesitation in requesting Thomas again, and we have Arlinghaus check our equipment annually.  They continue to be a very dependable company.  Thank you, Thomas, for your help.

These guys are the best.  I've been using them for years, and could not speak higher.  

To put in in perspective, they have put an entire new system in my current home, and in my last one as well.

We got hit with a power surge in the neighborhood, and it took out several air conditioners/furnaces among myself and my neighbors.  I was back up and running in record time, while my neighbors waited in vain.

For regular service, repairs, or a whole new system, they are the only HVAC company I'll ever call.

The service pro they sent...Thomas Keissler...was AMAZING. He took the time to explain everything he was concerned about and WHY he was concerned and then presented SEVERAL options for us to accommodate our budget. I cannot day enough about his professionalism and the kindness he showed when I asked him a million questions and kept him much longer than I should have. Arlinghaus did a fantastic job on our home.  We needed two new complete units as the existing ones were 41 years old.  We took their recommendation on getting hybrid units to save on the utility bills and we have had even comfortable heat in all areas of the house even when it was 10 below outside.  Our first utility bill was a pleasant surprise especially given the size of our home and the extreme weather.  With such a large job it took longer than expected and the installers worked long hours on the weekend to finish the job always in a good mood and eager to answer questions.  I would highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome. My heat went out and they were the only company that responded and came out that same day. Kyle fixed my heat but I knew it was on it's last leg, so I had John come out and give me a quote, he was professional, thorough and explained all my options. I called another company to shop price, and Arlinghaus wasn't the cheapest, but their service guarantee and professionalism put them at the top of the list. They were able to commit to a quick install timeline, and every part of the process went smooth and the follow up and customer service was flawless. Steve and Kyle C came to install and they were also prompt and professional, tidy and thorough.

We had a horrible experience. Our heat pump wasn't working and we called at 8am on a Saturday to have them come out, and they said they would be out around noon. It got pushed back to 2pm and then 5pm. We were understanding as we know things happen, but then they wanted us to pay a fee for having to come out later in the day. We got them to waive the fee, as it wasn't our fault that it was later. The tech came out and said it was our thermostat. We had tried two different thermostats so we were pretty sure that wasn't the problem and asked if he could trouble shoot anything else. He told us no and that we could buy a thermostat from him for 119 or one around 190, but then told us it was around 35$ If we bought it ourself at Home Depot. We declined because we were sure it wasn't the thermostat. He said it was 100% the thermostat. We went out and bought another thermostat, and it made no difference. We had to pay another company to come out and it was the transformer. This would have been something he could have checked but refused to do anything else, causing us to have to pay for two different people to come out for something that was a fairly simple fix. Total waste of money and time.

Their platinum maintenance club makes it easy to get your AC and furnace serviced and they've replaced one of my furnaces and AC units and have a great warranty. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Our AC unit froze up, your tech came out and said it had a leak and he could run a test for $600, but that we basically needed a new unit at a quote of $15k, then dropped price to $13k, and showed my husband the financing you had available. I decided to get a second opinion from another company, they came the next day, charged it up, and they checked the coil, it was bad. They ordered the part, and installed it today. Your tech NEVER checked the coil. So basically instead of paying $13k, we paid $2500 and received a military discount as well. The other company showed us a wire that had been sabotaged in the unit as well, making sure that the unit wouldn't turn back on after charging it. I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone with the type of tactics that were used. I've seen other reviews similar to mine, you should be ashamed running a business this way. I would like our $89 service fee refunded, but I know that won't happen with the way you run a business, and to think I called you first based on your name in the community. Boy we're we fooled.

Can't say much about service but the quote they gave me for a new a/c was over 9k for a 3200 sq ft home. Had some other quotes come in around 5-6k. Also had a quote for a pipe replacement, almost double what it wound up costing me after they tried to sign me up for their treehouse club which costs a monthly fee.

So after all the frustration of trying to get air filters that I paid for a year ago their customer service finally fixed the issue and I received a years supply of air filters.  Great Job!!!! Oh I forgot to mention there the wrong size so there useless to us.  Keep up the great work Arlinghaus!!!!!

Today I had a 6 month check up for my heat pump and furnace. Thomas called to give me his ETA. Once he arrived he got right to work, he was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the process in a timely manner all the while explaining the how, what and why... which I appreciated.
I am sold on Arlinghaus and their team... after speaking with Thomas I signed up for the premium protection plan...
They are one of the best and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a unit that needs serviced or needs a new unit.

This company's customer service is the absolute worst. Two times since I purchased a new furnace from them in January of 2019 ,they have canceled service appointments. One time waited all day, received several calls and texts that they were coming out and at 7 pm I called to check, oh sorry sir we have to cancel your appointment for the day? Next day service manager called, got things worked out. So I called two weeks ago ( middle of may) to schedule an a.c. tune up ,just got a call ( June 2nd) we need to reschedule for July? What ? Whiskey, tango,  foxtrot. Are you kidding me wow great customer service  brian???

This is the second house I have used Arlinghaus to install a furnace and air conditioner. Matt was thorough in explaining how the system works and listened to our wants and needs. Installation began the following day with Greg and Grayson showing up on time and explaining the process and progress throughout the day. When they completed the install, they made sure the system operated correctly and showed me how to operate it. Thanks for a job well done and cleaning up after they were finished. I recommend Arlinghaus to anyone.

We woke up to our house being 59degrees and the furnace not working. Tyler W. Was able to make it out before lunch time and was a great help! Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like.  Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do.

Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

Originally here to fix a shower leak. Was told the cartridge to fix it would cost $500 alone. Plumber put the temperature control valve back together wrong so I didn't have hot water in the shower. Plumber came back out to fix it days later, but put the handle on wrong. I told him but he said it's the only way it goes on, even though the first time he put the handle on correctly. I called a local plumbing supply company and was told the cartridge was $20. Not sure how he got $500. He also didn't reseat the faucet handle correctly. The set screw wasn't all the way in and handle wasn't pushed down all the way. Horrible all around experience. Ended up using another plumbing company who fixed everything in 20 minutes. I responded to a text from Arlinghaus asking me if I was satisfied with the service I received with what I wrote above and no response.

These guys are great. Buying an HVAC unit is up there with a visit to the dentist...something dreaded, but necessary! I had been putting off buying a unit as a replacement for my 15 year old unit for a significant amount of time. But I finally bit the bullet and started shopping. I had 5 quotes. You'd be surprised the range you get.

Feeling I had done my due diligence, I had almost made my purchase. However, a co-worker recommended Arlinghaus, as they had just had a unit installed. What I liked about Arlinghaus is I felt listened to. Yes, I wanted an efficient, reliable, practical unit, but I needed to balance that with the fact that I don't plan on staying in my house forever. That being said, I wanted something good (honestly anything was an upgrade over what I had) but I needed to balance that economically. When I explained my situation to Matt, he didn't try to upsell me. He helped me find the best choice for my situation.  That's hard to find, it seems like a lot of the companies I had out assumed I hadn't done my homework.

Installation was a breeze. It took the better part of a day. Two guys came out and took good care of the floors and other areas they were in. And the follow up is great too. I unfortunately made a mistake on my payment, an error that would have benefited them. They called me to correct it with no problems, even though they already performed the service. Lastly, they've followed up with a phone call check in.

I have only had my unit for a month or so, so I haven't seen my new utility bill. But so far, my house remains the temperature I want it. I know they'd come back out if I had an issue. And, I'm quite pleased with the purchase and a load off my shoulders.  

Oh and if you're comparing or looking for a specific brand, Arlinghaus sells Trane and Westinghouse. They may sell/install some others, but these guys are a definite.

When we moved here from Texas, I expected a transition period for finding great home repair service companies. Having worked in the property management industry for over 20 years, I had some stellar ones and was hoping for the same in northern Kentucky.

Since 2003 we have used 5 and finally found our one. Arlinghaus Heating & Air Conditioning is the service company we will recommend anytime we are asked. We built a new home in 2005/2006 and installed a Water Furnace geothermal system. There we many problems throughout the install but finally had things according to specifications. We then purchased a service agreement, we're unhappy with our provider, went through several other companies and found Arlinghaus in 2010.

The service techs are unfailinging polite, conscientious and honest. When the compressor went out, Brandon made several repair recommendations based on our situation. Wanting to make sure we did the right thing, we consulted 2 other companies. One gave us an outrageous quote for repair of a warranted problem, also stating that the original install capacity for return air was insufficient and the other after an evaluation of the system they installed, denied problems (other than the compressor replacment being necessary). The tech cold not give me a price and never called back with a repair estimate. Ever.

When Brandon called on a Saturday to see if we were up and running, we relayed that no, our a/c was still not working. He immediately offered to bring us emergency a/c units to carry us through the hot, long weekend or until repairs could be made. He was at our home within 45 minutes and had us cooling down after 3 long weeks with no a/c. We asked that he order our compressor and complete the repair. Our parts were ordered and installed the next week and at a price lower than the original estimate.

To sum it all up, we highly recommend Arlinghause for their top notch service. They do what they say they will, when they say they will and are honest with their work. Brandon didn't try to talk over my head with technical jargon and saved our family from misery when it counted the most. You won't go wrong with this company servicing your home's heating and a/c needs.

Had a water leak in basement from AC. Well-groomed, neat and clean technician arrives and proclaims that my whole HVAC drain system needs to be replaced, a lot of pipes and hundreds of dollars. Said it was built wrong and would never work right. I said that it had worked fine for several decades, and probably just had a clog, and he got all snippy, asking how many HVAC systems had I installed?. Then he blew air into the side of a drain pipe and the water did not drain, and he said that proved the pipes needed to be replaced. I pointed out that the pipe he blew air into was open to the atmosphere at the top end, and so his demonstration proved nothing. Caught in a deception, he turned red and threw a bunch of cash on the table, demanding that I bet him who was right. Well, it turned out to be a simple clog that only took a few minutes to clear. This guy was clearly trying to turn a minor job in to a big expensive project.

A better technician came out and was able to explain what the root cause was.  The unit has too many issues to repair and needs complete replacement.  I just wish the first technician had done as complete as an assessment as the last guy.  If so I would have skipped the repair and gone straight to a new unit.

I can't thank Bryan enough for his diagnosis of my old system.  He was able to quickly and thoroughly give me several options.  I chose to install an entirely new Trane heat pump on a Friday.  Mike and Dewayne had everything installed by Monday afternoon (worked their tails off all day).  Everyone was on time and called ahead.  It's truly rare to get service like this anymore.  I'm extremely happy with Arlinghaus!  True professionals that didn't try to upsell or rip me off.
I'm fairly handy.  Tried a few parts that I could handle on my own before calling in the pros.  Installers were on time, clean and trustworthy.  Again, a rarity these days!  I can't remember the last time I felt good about such an expensive purchase.

Very pleased with our experience with Arlinghaus! We had previously used a different company; had to get our A/C serviced again. After not getting my phone call returned from the other company, I called Arlinghaus based on the reviews from Yelp. Happy I did. Brian N. was very nice, professional, and most importantly got our A/C to work! Got a call before he came which was in a very timely manner. Really appreciated him going over prices and what he recommended for us in the future. Customer service when I initially called was also great!

They keep offering a free AC tune up and every time they come out they don't do anything to the unit they just write up expensive repairs to replace every component. For 3 years they have been telling me to replace my entire HVAC system that has worked fine and has low energy costs. The cost they estimated to replace is 40% higher than average. I was moving out of my house and ONLY wanted a tune up and they STILL wrote up ridiculous estimates to replace the whole system. The techs are friendly but they're using the free tune up offering to drum up unnecessary service

Our furnace went out on what was probably the last really cold night of this season. We're Platinum Plus members with Arlinghaus, so called them out. Unfortunately, it was past regular business hours, so Jake was unable to get the needed part that evening. He did his best to jerry-rig it for the night, but it was beyond help. (He even tried to do some after hours calling from his truck, but no dice). He said he would handle getting the part, and scheduling us for the next day. I decided to call myself anyway the next morning, and was given a 1-5:00 window. After hanging up, Jake called himself, and was there within the hour to put in the part. He was very knowledgable, and answered all my questions as I looked over his shoulder while he worked. And, as an added bonus, my wife says our furnace even runs quieter. We've been pleased with the service we've received from both Arlinghaus techs we've had here, and will definitely use them when we need a new unit (far, far in the future ...).

Man, these guys (and gals) are GOOD!  We found Arlinghaus at the Cincinnati Home + Garden Show after talking with literally 5 -10 potential HVAC companies.  We choose them because we were impressed with their professionalism and clear explanations during the bidding process.  We had a unique install (built a new house inside the shell of a downtown warehouse) and were also looking to achieve LEED certification for tax abatements.  From our initial conversation two years ago at the Cincinnati Convention Center to a follow up meeting just yesterday to work through our final LEED punch list, these guys are ON POINT.  They are professional, take very good care when working in our house, explain what they're doing in very clear terms, and worked very closely with us all the way to completion of the job.  They definitely go above and beyond, including their install manager Doug Keith (who knows his stuff and is always happy to answer questions).  Kudos, too, to the rest of the team including Dan Shields and Matt Hood, who back up their words with amazing service.  They deserve a shot at your business!

We had a man in pink service our older A/C condenser late summer 2019. The technician arrived quickly the day I called and replaced a defective starting relay. At that point the technician went through      'metamorphosis,' and became a salesman. The pitch was pretty good. I did replace the compressor condenser  as suggested and  a hard start kit .  All was good until this spring, (2020). No A/C. I chose not to call the people in pink as their service call was very expensive in my opinion and didn't like the sales part. I had a father/son business come out and first thing they noted ,the  pink service guy had installed locking caps on the service valves, i guess to prevent other companies to service my A/C. I was extremely upset! I have no contract with the people in pink. They overcame the locks and noted the hard start and motor capacitors were both bad again ,I am not sure why??  To each their own, but this company is off my list.

The team was fantastic doing our install. 2 years later, trying to get questions answered and someone to come out, has been miserable. They can't answer any questions, left us hanging and suggested we didn't want the sensor that was offered at install. But it was never offered. Left us with a heat pump we don't fully understand and won't call or come out. We ended up having to take our business elsewhere.

I have no interest in calling. Both my husband and I were very nice when we called. Then being ignored upset us. You can ask Katie and your Customer Service Manager what happened. BTW, s the CS Manager, is very stern when talking and doesn't let the other person talk. She almost completely repeated herself between the two times I talked her. Assuring me, we would be taken care of. I think she tells everyone that, and then drops the ball. Worst service we've ever experienced.
