Handyman Connection was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1991 by two retired businessmen. The focus of the business was to offer services on small to medium sized projects that were too small for general contractors. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Illean joined the Handyman Connection corporate team in Cincinnati in 2000 after working away her hometown with Hallmark Cards for 18 years. She served as a trainer and consultant for new franchisees. In 2008, she purchased her own franchise serving Butler County, Mason and Kings Mills.

Knowledgeable, Professional, Efficient and Prompt. I hired Handyman Connections for a restoration project after my finished basement had water damage. Illean and Mike were great to work with. Illean responded to my email inquiry for an estimate the same day and within five days, Mike was onsite to do the work. Mike's craftsmanship and professionalism was high quality. He was efficient, prompt and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be contacting Handyman Connections for other home improvement projects in the future.

Rob was amazing- very timely, cleaned up great, was punctual and did an amazing job replacing the nasty bathtub in my new home! It was a pleasure having such a professional craftsman doing such a great job. It was great having someone who could complete the big plumbing and a small electrical job at the same time. The entire process was flawless! From the initial contact with Illean to the finished project it was a great experience! Thanks so much!
