Best System Maintenance in Chula Vista CA

Spoke with a couple companies and decided on Rayne. Dave did a good job laying out the options for us. We decided to rent for a couple months while we make sure the system is what we wanted and if we end up purchasing the rent will credit towards that. Good piece of mind in a significant purchase. Scheduling the install was quick. Adam and Mark installed the system. They were efficient and did a really clean job on the routing of the water connection, the drain and the electrical. Before you make a choice on a water conditioning systems I would definitely recommend talking to Rayne.

Delfino was great. Masked, booted and very professional. He made me feel safe. I've used Plumbing Plus for years and have always been very satisfied with their work.

Cannot stress enough how professional and quick this company is. We had an issue and Ray came out and was extremely patient and courteous making sure that I understood the problem and why it occurred. When I had to step away he explained it all over again to my wife when she stepped in. I called THA because my parent's air conditioning wasn't working and they are getting older. I called on a Saturday, on a hot day, and THA was very helpful. They sent someone out within two hours of my call, and took care of the problem! Brilliant!

The technician was just a little late; but, courteous with mask and credentials in hand.  Now the below did concern me; but, with it being an emergency repair @ 4pm yesterday I did not have time to shop around.

 But; as a 62 year old senior citizen with my senior citizen and retired military (43 years of service) discount applied by the Anderson Plumbing Technician; I was surprised at the $964.00 charge to remove (unsweat) and (braze) one foot of one inch copper pipe and two fittings.  

With the arrival of the technician to departure being approximately 90 minutes; that comes to $600+ dollars a hour for labor.   Now; that did seem quite expensive especially with the previous two discounts applied.

 The two stars are for the overall quality of work; but, at $600 an hour you would expect that I believe.

Kelley is fantastic. Among other things she fixed a 9 foot rolling solar shade that others were unable to fix!

She was very professional, punctual, and closely observed COVID suggestions.

Although she is busy, she is well worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

I called Fabian several months ago.  He was very arrogant and rude and impatient on the phone.  I cannot deal with people like that.  They act like you are doing them a favor when I am paying for their services!

We had three different companies come out to look at adding AC to our 1970's generation house.   One told us they couldn't do it.   Brand WC said they couldn't do it as it would be too difficult.   Famous brand M said they could do it, but it would be well over $20k.   Same day came in around $13k for the same job.   They communicated well, showed up on-time, and did the job in exactly the amount of time they said.   They had several options for AC units including name-brand units, and for comparison, they quoted them to me.   However, their OEM Carrier unit was well priced and has been terrific.   Much quieter than the old single stage unit we had at our old property.   No hidden fees either, we paid what we were quoted and the job was professional.

My heater stopped working and the insurance company sent a technician a week later that told me I needed to replace the heater. After 5 days if not hearing back from my insurance, the company they had sent called me to say my claim wouldn't be covered but they could just come over and replace my heater. The quote they gave me was pretty high and I later found out that the report they provided was the reason why the insurance wouldn't cover the replacement. I started getting quotes and AI called right away. They gave me all the info I needed and immediately scheduled someone to come replace it. Luis came by and told me the connection I had wouldn't be able to fit a direct vent heater. He instead proposed a tankless heater. He came back with all the right gear and spent 6hrs doing a great job reinstalling all the pipes and putting the new heater. He was super professional and helpful.

Quick to respond, same day service during the heat wave. Nicholas Gildark was excellent. Very knowledgable and helpful. Fixed our AC unit  in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend using Tarpy. Request Nicholas if possible.

Joel from Ideal Plumbing installed my new water heater and regulator.  He had to bring all the fittings up to code.  Joel was prompt, courteous, knowlegable and quick.  He left the place cleaner than it was when he got here.  I would highly recommend and use Ideal Plumbing again.  Joel was GREAT!  Thank you.

It's the first hot day of the year in east county and of course my AC isn't cooling. I called Anderson for Saturday service. Cory Edwards was my service technician and he had our system  cooling in no time. He was fast efficient and his positive demeanor made him a pleasure to work with.

I may even sign up for an annual maintenance package.

Heat is restored! An appointment was scheduled on 12/15 for the following day which was a Friday. The technician, Will, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue which required a special order part, with delivery expected the next week. I was notified Monday afternoon that the part had arrived and the technician was scheduled for Tuesday am.  My scheduled appointment was delayed due to a technician out sick but the office staff quickly scheduled another tech, Cody, who arrived a couple of hours later, The part when unpackaged was found to be broken. Fortunately, they had ordered a duplicate. Cody was back in 30 minutes and fixed the furnace within a few minutes. There was an issue where my $50 deposit paid on the first visit was not applied to my account correctly by the office, which I was notified of on Monday. I confirmed that my payment was processed on 12/16 and paid, although Sherlock had no record. I think they have sorted this out. The team's service was professional and courteous. Thank you, Will, Cody, Jasmine, Bob, and Ali!
