Best Sink Repair in Chula Vista CA

ABE Plumbing Services beat out all the other estimates on a project I had to replace two faucets and two sinks. Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have!

Jake was quick to respond to my initial request. He was able to get out the same day and have everything done in a short time. His quote was accurate and better than just about everyone else in the area. He was friendly and efficient. I plan on utilizing him again soon. Fully recommend.

So... I chose BDP based on their reviews here on Yelp. I also like to support small businesses. Unfortunately, this is not a business I can support again and I am writing this review to inform any future customers.

The good news: they were responsive at first. When I needed a technician to come by and look at the prospective work, Shaun arrived the very day I called. I thought I was in good hands.

However, since then, I have had nothing but neglect from the company. I have a mainline issue. I cannot even use my kitchen sink. They are fully aware of this. I explained that I need a quote with the scope of work (i.e. cost for each aspect of the job) so my insurance will begin the process and I can have my sink back.

Here's where things get bad. I've spoken with Shaun and Darin on multiple occasions. Both promised me this quote for weeks. Having now spent a month without a kitchen sink and still no quote, I'm going with a different company.

I cannot even speak to their work on repairs, as they never allowed it to get this far. However, if their delay on a simple quote is any indication of their repair work, I do NOT recommend them. Promise after promise, and I'm still cleaning dishes out of a bucket.

I'll be finding a new plumber. If you need a good and reliable plumber, I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

Also, Shaun tried using Darin's family emergency as an excuse for not getting me the quote. Yet, I spoke with Darin over the phone many times prior to any family emergency. Each time he gave me a specific day to provide the quote, stating, I'll have it to you by Thursday, and the quote would never arrive. I'm sorry for any emergency he may have had, but this issue was unresolved for weeks prior to any emergency. I'm not buying the excuse.

Joe was able to get this done.  There was a little issue but he was able to solve it.  He explained at each step.

I have had plumbing problems for many years due to root intrusion in my sewer main line. I had several plumbing companies out to bid the job and after learning how costly this job would be, I decided to keep searching for someone more affordable. I called Chris at CML, he came out, gave me a quote and explained the entire job to me. After talking to him I knew he was the man for my big job. He stood out from the rest. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident that he could do the job. His price was very reasonable compared to the other outrageous quotes I received.
We scheduled the work and everything went as planned. He replaced my entire sewer line (110 ft). Without any hangups. There were no hidden cost or surprises that came up. He went above and beyond including working after dark to make sure I wasn't without a bathroom or running water. I will use CML for all my future plumbing needs.

We were very please about the service we received today from our plumber technician Darryl.  He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable.  I felt he was very honest and I trusted his workmanship.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Pham and his team were so professional.  It was clear they had experience, they diagnosed the problem quickly, performed the job very quickly, (same day), and restored the landscaping they had to dig up so that the disruption was almost unnoticeable.  Throughout the job they were careful to maintain a clean and safe workspace and were very considerate of my property.  They found some extra problems and addressed those on the spot also without adding charges.  I had to leave during the job and I had confidence that they were trustworthy and this gave me great peice of mind.

Had a main line leak at the entry to the house and it was not in an easy location to fix. Harold came out the day of the call and came up with a fix that was done well with great quality.

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

Great service from Joel and the entire company. Backed up kitchen sink fixed in about 2 hrs from initial phone call til tech left the house. Found them on the BBB site with a A+ rating, they even offer a senior discount. Joel explained the problem and solutions and was very professional. Will use this company again should we have plumbing problems in the future.

Had an emergency when I called this guys and not only did they arrived on the same day that I called them, but whitin the next two hours of my phone call. Quick service, very good price and excellent people. Way to go Anthony and Eric!

Martin arrived on time and quickly provided a fair and reasonable estimate of the work required, water heater and pressure regulator replacement. Once we agreed on the work and price, he immediately started work. He worked hard and completed the job in less time than I anticipated.  He explained how to use all the new equipment, explained the warranty, then cleaned the area and removed all the old equipment and parts. I am extremely satisfied with his work and strongly recommend him for any plumbing work. I will certainly use him for any future work.

If I could give this place -100 stars I would.  The most awful experience with a business I have ever had.   I won't even go into details, but lets just say that I have been dealing with this company for 2 months and the work still has not been completed.

Awful.
