Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. Would very much recommend Plumbing Plus, and I'll definitely be calling again if necessary.  Darryl Fountain and Tyler Smock came out to my condo for a hot water slab leak after a separate company couldn't complete the job.

Darryl and Tyler rerouted my hot water line bringing all of it above ground.  They were punctual, professional, polite, and completed two jobs with minimal down time for me.

Also, the customer service from the initial call through completion was above standard.

We needed quick assistance with a water pressure issue.  After calling and explaining the problem, CSR was able to get someone out to our house the next morning.  Julio was honest, personable, and worked efficiently.  Painless process, reasonable rates and job completed totally to our satisfaction.  Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service! John responded within minutes via phone, and within an hour of that, their technician Denver was out at our place. We had some leaky old plumbing in the outflow from our bathtub. He replaced the leaky plumbing with modern pipes and even did a little touch-up caulking in the bathtub for good measure. Denver was very professional and super friendly and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do at each step. I can't say enough good things about him! Highly recommended and will return for any future plumbing work!

Not long after moving into a new house, the first time we did laundry, water started backing up into the bathroom showers and toilets. Needless to say this was horrifying and a major problem.

Tried to go through our home warranty to get it fixed, but that was a joke. Ended up calling Perry Plumbing at our realtor's recommendation. They sent someone out the next day to take a look. He was on time, professional, and very straightforward about what was needed, and how he would handle it if it were his home. This lead to us having them replace/repair some plumbing work that had been done during our home's remodel by unlicensed plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix the issues. Additionally, they quoted us for having our mainline (which was still cast iron) relined with epoxy to extend it's life. They were very patient with us, answering all our questions, going back over the information again where needed, and seemed to be really honest and genuine people.

All the repairs took place over the course of a couple weeks (the pipelining had to be scheduled a few weeks out), but they got us up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. They even humored me by letting me crawl under the house with them once finished to see what they had repaired and where.

Nathan, one of the managers was excellent, but honestly the whole crew (we had probably 5-6 different workers over the two projects) was stellar. I was very impressed by their courtesy and punctuality, and their work ethic!

I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call them in future should we have any plumbing needs (but let's hope not!).

This plumber is a GOdsend! I've dealt with a few other plumbers before from sloppy scammers to passable plumbers. But GO is an expert engineer! Not only is his work skillful and neat, his timing punctual, his manner cordial, his presentation professional, and his knowledge base of the California code expansive, but his pricing is perfect. I had a shower valve replaced and he worked with me to get the best price possible. I got the quality part I wanted from a local hardware store and had him install it.
    He charged me a reasonable price that allowed him to fix my problem and make a living and not a killing---unlike the gorilla from two years ago who charged me so much that I had to borrow money and go on a 12 month payment plan for the exact same job GO did for much much much less, while doing a much much better job than anything I've ever seen.
 I'm sticking to GO Plumbing. And if you're reading this and live in the San Diego area, I highly recommend that you go with GO!

Great guys, planned around our schedule easily, got special order parts for us and put up with our crazy HOA people who sent 4 overpaid people to supervise a leak inspection.  Patient, clean & friendly
