Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. After working with one of the large plumbing conglomerates in town we were referred to Plumbing Plus and boy are we glad. We own a historical home in Mission Hills and the guest bathroom needed a faucet replacement to a large marble sink that is quite challenging. They  have 'fixed' our water heater multiple times but here we are again without hot water. Although they installed it, they never are prepared with parts.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

This company does deserve their 5 stars. I requested a price quote to change two faucets. The job was a bit harder than usual since my kitchen faucets wasn't like any other ones they've seen or worked with. The plumber just worked on it till he was able to get it off and the quoted amount remained the same.

After having to deal with a clogged sink for several days and me trying to McGiver the crap out of it. I finally gave up. Desperately looking for a reliable, affordable and most importantly of all transparent and honest plumber, I called this company. I've unfortunately have had bad experiences with other company that has obviously have the funds for their advertisements, yes, they're well known, yes they've been around for sometime etc. Unfortunately, sometimes they go astray after being around for a while and loses the value we do dearly and desperately need the most, empathy and kindness. With that, I called this company, ABE Plumbing Services. The very next day they showed up. Assessed the issue. And yes, it was thorough. Found out (personally got invited to crawl underneath my house and was showed the culprit.. collapsed pipes.. I asked for the extent of the labor and quote. Being a disabled veteran, I got no other job no additional income  other than what I get from the government. I told them straight up. I'm in a financial difficulty. To my surprise, Juan, this young man, professional man, very understanding and empathetic. Extended his hand to help a man in need. Offered me a very reasonable price for which I was happy to agree. What seems to be a hopeless situation being in a financial constraint, became a relief.
From an old crusty falling apart disabled veteran, please allow me to extend my gratitude for your service and more importantly for your empathy and professionalism. Juan, thank you. Mr. Rooter came to replace the inside mechanism of my toilet. They charged me a very large sum of money ($423.68) that included parts and labor. But besides the large amount - they did a pretty lousy job. They did not set up the water limits correctly, nor did they test it before they finished - so when the toilet was filled, it filled too much and water was leaking from the hole of the handle. Water was leaking for a long time until we discovered it. By then, the water leaked through the walls into the first floor - and now we have a mold problem. Recovering from their lousy job will cost me a ton of money and time.

Had an amazing experience with Fred and Travis at American Ace Plumbing! We dealt with our first leak as a home owner over Memorial Day weekend and Fred and Travis arrived a few hours within calling and was able to fix the leak in our old copper pipes. The price was extremely fair and we will be using them again for our future plumbing needs.

After waiting all day for another drain service who came out, climbed on my roof, ran a snake 75' out (twice), then left saying they couldn't fix the problem, I read the positive reviews on Yelp for J&J and gave them a call. Kerry answered the phone personally and came out within 90 minutes with his son Jason and another plumber JR. The three of them were knowledgable, pleasant, professional, and VERY quickly solved the problem for much less than I had expected, instructing me every step of the way. They gave very expert and professional advise regarding future interventions, and offered to talk to our property owners to explain the problem. Obviously I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. Friendly and efficient, my new favorite plumbers! I called because Lowe's wouldn't install our new washer because the taps behind it were leaky. Justin arrived the next day after my call and quickly replaced both taps with shiny new ones. He also looked at a leak under my kitchen sink and replaced a washer to fix it.

$657 for two $15 angle stops. Service was prompt and professional, but I will be hiring another company for the next job.

Called late on a Saturday after searching through a dozen other plumbers. I had a sink backed up. Nick was out there in less than an hour. Problem fixed in less than an hour. I was charged what I thought was a more than a fair amount. I'll be back.
