I just had my master bathroom remodeled by Element Construction and Restoration.  I have to say, It was the first time I've ever had a project done with no stress, they were on time, they were clean.  The project was done perfectly.  My tile work was straight and even, but most important, I was notified when they were arriving, who was coming.  I can't say more about Paul and his Crew, Chris, Mike and Dave.   They were Awesome!!!

Called yesterday. Explained what I needed done. Dispatch says I'm just dispatch, I'll send a tech for a free estimate tomorrow. Great. I get a call this morning telling me tech will come early. Great. Then a bit later a message telling me the tech isn't going to come because they can't do the work I need. SERIOUSLY??? You couldn't tell me this yesterday?
Responding to your response....when I googled move gas line you guys popped up with a bunch of info about how you work on gas lines (it had nothing to do with my furnace). Your dispatche person made me feel stupid for explaining what I needed done to make sure you guys could do it. So yeah, y'all have some issues to work out. I won't be calling you for anything.

I have to say that Jose was professional, polite, and quick working. However, while he did reduce the price a bit, the cost of the installation for two stop valves under the sink, was $450... it was not an emergency, but I was in a little of a time crunch, and it was coming out of my rent so I paid the fee, and happy with the work... BUT, this price is extreme. The parts involved, cost a maximum of $20, and the labor took about an hour. That is a significant labor cost. However, they do warranty their work for a year, so I guess that's were the extra cost comes from... however he didn't even have a cap for the nipple to the dishwasher which was yet to be installed... which also seemed a little odd, as I couldn't use the hot water for 24 hours. Overall, I am happy with his work, but if I had not been in the same situation I would have declined their service based on price, seems very high.

My toilet started to leak all over the floor through the bolts and base whenever flushed. It happened at 2am so I requested several quotes on Yelp, got a few offers but decided to get help from Paul. He came on the same day, kindly and quickly fixed up the mess, and carefully did several checks to make sure everything is good before wrapping up. I couldn't be happier!

Last time for One Time!
Francisco spent an hour doing the two simplest plumbing tasks,
changing an angle stop and replacing a very accessible part of a
sink drain.  And for this the bill was a heady $250!

too much in my opinion.  Where do I sign up to make $250/hr?

This was the second time (and the last time) I'll use them; the first
time he forgot to turn back on the hot water heater.

I thought they were great, responsive, and very intelligent. They knew what they were doing and weren't trying to upsell me. What they did was give me exactly what I needed while not trying to gain any extra money from me. They were really reasonable, very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. Will contact again in the future.

Our toilet clogged up this morning so I called San Diego Emergency Plumbing since they had great reviews and closer to my area. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone got someone to help me out this afternoon. Hansel  came in and saved the day! He snaked our toilet and less than 10 minutes later, I heard it flush from our other room. It was a relief. He explained to us what his findings were, and provided solid feedback on what we can do to mitigate it from happening again. Thanks, Hansel!

RMR Plumbing/Sergio, he was recommended by my Boss, he really helped us in a bind, pinhole leaks can cause a lot of damage!
He did a professional job, he explained, gave us options, prices and was very patient.

Over Memorial Day weekend (on Sunday), we discovered our water heater was leaking. We called around and looked at Home Depot for a new heater. Then we called Plamen. He could come right away, his cost was reasonable and the reviews here on Yelp were terrific. Let us tell you, he deserves these positive reviews. This was my first meeting with John Edwards of Happy Plumbing & Drains in Ocean Beach. He is my new hero. It is Friday before Labor Day weekend & he was first to respond to my calls for help. Do you know how hard it is to get anything done on such a Friday without prior scheduling? The diverter valve on my bathtub spout quit working this morning, so I couldn't use the shower. Not a huge deal except that is the only way to get really clean in my place! He was finishing another job in my area so he was here in 10 mins! Saw the problem, bought the part, installed & tested...all within 1 hour. I thought his charge was totally reasonable & I will definitely call him again. Thank you, John. This is the BEST plumber, I have ever used. When I smelled a gas leak at my home, I foolishly called SDG&E, only to have some doofus show up 7hrs later, shut off my gas and tell me to call a plumber!! I'd heard good things about Happy Plumbing thru NextDoor, so I called Blake. He and his partner came out the very next a.m., found the leak, capped it, turned my gas back on (SDG&E erroneously told me THEY would have to restore my service) then returned on Mon. to fix the leaking pipe and replace the valves on my other gas pipes. All for a very affordable price. Courteous, knowledgeable (especially about my antique O'Keefe & Merritt stove) and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Happy Plumbing.
