Best Gas Furnace Repair in Chicago IL

The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets!  My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite,  and HONEST! Not to mention- the costs were reasonable. If you don't contact 24/7 Service Team for ALL of your plumbing needs- you'll be disappointed!

They fixed an issue with a rocking toilet and identified an issue before it became worse. I appreciate Gabriel's candidness and helpfulness.

Just the other day we had a major emergency at my house . Needed an electrician right away and called Onestoppro. Talked to Chamille and she  had Robert call me within minutes. Boom he is at my door in no time . Explained my situation an he went to work. Found the problem quickly , and gave me the plan to repair and the next morning he had his guys on it. Team was awesome,  would not hesitate to use  these craftsman for work in the future.

We called them because we noticed a wet patch on the ceiling which is below a second floor bathroom. Rick arrived the same morning, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it . we payed 250 in labor for the 1.5 hour and 30 something in material cost.  he did a good job and it was worth the expensive rate.

We have enjoyed over 15 years of great service from Armbrust! And they continue to 'keep the bar high'. Recently, our air conditioner went out and I placed a service call with Armbrust. They are so professional and even emailed me a picture of our service technician Jeff, so we would know what he looked like when he came to the door. Nice! Jeff arrived right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great guy who educated us in a meaningful way (pointing out several good suggestions) and was super polite and fun! Would have him back in a heartbeat. Thanks Jeff and Armbrust!

I can't imagine a better plumbing company. I first called them when water stopped draining down our kitchen sink. They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared it. A few weeks later, when we noticed a leak coming from our closet ceiling, I called right away. They came out quickly again, diagnosed the exact problem, explained why the pipe had corroded, and repaired it with no time wasted. Unlike a lot of companies, these guys have always worked efficiently, accurately, cleanly, at reasonable rates, and got the job done right. This is the only plumber I'll call in the future. Thank you!

I did not decide to cancel.  The gentleman I spoke to specifically said that he could not guarantee that someone would be able to come out at all yesterday.  So if you were planning on coming in the afternoon he did not sound too hopeful about it.  And yes I was expecting you earlier because that's when the appointment I made 2 days prior was set for. And if you have to bump someone for other emergencies then common courtesy tells you that you should at least call them and let them know.  Let's just call it a clean break and the best of luck to you and your company.

Great local plumbing company. Second time I have used their service. The technicians were delayed at a previous call and still were able to get out on a Friday night to do non emergency work for me. Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. There was no pushing of additional work or products like other companies do. They repaired my garbage disposal and installed a new faucet for me and were in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend them family and friends.

We wont ever use them again.
2/18 - confirmed gas leak in basement with workers in home, called plumber (Right Away Plumbing, Heating and Cooling) to diagnose and fix. They were having trouble with finding the leaks using their tools and said they found a leak where I couldn't smell anything. Trusting their expertise, we agreed to a repair.
2/18 - paid for diagnostic and repair work from plumber
2/19 - wasn't in basement to smell anything no work was done that day on our Reno
2/20 - Called people's gas to come out because I could still smell gas. Gentlemen came and found leak by old valve and water heater, was able to make a few adjustments to temporarily stop leak and did diagnostics again and found no issue.

I called right away plumber to let them know their equipment was problematic and request a refund on the diagnostic work they weren't able to do. In my opinion, it isn't safe to state you can clearly diagnose and repair a gas leak if you are not able to diagnose it. The person I spoke with (the man who did the repair and who I was speaking with on the phone) screamed at me that the gas company should have cut off my gas so Right Away plumbing could do the job. He said he was going to try to get the guy who fixed the issue for us from people's gas fired. Said he would send some money back though after I made it clear I would be escalating this as I felt this is a very unsafe way to do business.

I called 3/11/2020 because we had not received money back for the diagnostic work. I let him know we have a document from the gas company with what work they diagnose and fixed for us. Plumber again was very combative and laughed and said he was waiting on a lawyer (not sure why???) and he didn't care who I complain to about the problem with his service.

We have a baby and live above where the gas leaks were. I can't believe this company's reactions or response to their error that could have left us in a dangerous position. To this date we have not received the full refund for the diagnostic work that was unable to be completed, or safely.

Very friendly and fair! Not only was the girl on the phone very helpful, when John came out to do the cleaning he was wonderful! They were extremely respectful of our home, we felt very comfortable with him and felt we got service above the price point. I will recommend them to anyone and I'm not sure about some of these other yelp reviews but I felt we got top notch service.

Beware!!!! Our AC broke down last week and my wife called Four Season for service. They were prompt in setting the appointment for the same day. The guy came in to check our unit and he said he can fix it for $800 but he cannot assure it will last. He tired to convinced my wife to buy a new unit instead. Deep in our hearts we know he is not telling the truth so we decided to get another opinion from another company. The other repairman said the problem is not very serious and it can be fixed. Lucky we followed our instinct and we only paid for $200 for the repair. (I was not able to post this because of my busy schedule but COVID gave me time to share our experience).

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes
