The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets!  My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite,  and HONEST! Not to mention- the costs were reasonable. If you don't contact 24/7 Service Team for ALL of your plumbing needs- you'll be disappointed!

My second floor bathroom shower valve was leaking after twenty years of wear and tear. Jason and his partner David were very knowledgeable and professional in in assessing what the job would require to sucessfully complete the repair or replacement of the valve.
Jason determined that the delta cartridge would only require replacement not the valve itself. The job was performed in a professional and timely manner! Thank you Anderson plumbing as a prevouis quote from another company would  have cost me $1,900 to replace a valve that wasn't necessary.

Mr. Burris is professional, informative and knows his business. In addition to addressing the problem that I called him for (low pressure in my multi-unit building), the things that he taught me about regular maintaining my plumbing and things I can do to prevent problems, made his reasonable service fee more than worth it.

Fast service.   Gino came out within an hour of me calling.  I got lucky but he was fast, knowledgeable, and worked in a neat manner.  Wore mask and booties.  Fixed a clogged drain and rodded out 50' of sewer line to make sure we were all good.  He even fixed a slow drain in 2 minutes as a bonus without extra charging me.  Nice touch.  I am a firm believer in a high star review on Yelp and they didn't disappoint.  Happy to have them in my gang of repair folks when needed.

Our furnace started giving us trouble on a holiday weekend. Robert was very responsive, even though parts were unavailable. We ordered a replacement board and he came back to install, bad board. He. Went to his supplier, got parts and returned the next day and tried again.  Will use OneStop again.

UPDATE.....Called one OneStop again.  This time we had a plumbing issue.  Joshua was pleasant and wanted to help fix the problem, not add unnecessary fees.

I live in a 2nd floor condo. Leaks can really cause problems for the unit below to say nothing of strained relations.

Gas hot water heater started leaking, called Stephens at 10 a.m. and by 3 p.m.  had a new heater installed.

Ryan and Kevin were very courteous, professional and cleaned up afterward. They even removed two mice, toy mice my cats managed to hide under the old heater.

I rate them a 5 star because everything with them was straight forward. I definitely recommend Stephens.

15 plus years of excellent plumbing services! Over the years we have come to depend on Armburst Plumbing for all our plumbing needs (from minor repairs to major remodeling of baths and kitchen). We have never been disappointed. Adam C. is the plumber we ask for. He has always been most helpful, direct and a true craftsman (and very pleasant to talk with).
Recently, on a Saturday, we had a leak develop in the cast iron sewer pipe that exits our home. I called Armbrust and was pleased to find that they have weekend service. In a short time Oscar arrived and confirmed that the pipe was cracked. He took steps to minimize the leak.
On Monday, one of the owners (Pat) called at a little past 8 AM. He had talked with Oscar and had reviewed the photos that he had taken. Pat discussed various repair options and gave a ``ballpark'' figure for the repair.
On Tuesday @ 8:30 AM David arrived and in 2 + hours was able to cut out the  cracked section and replace it with PCV pipe. He also reconfigured the sewer pipe so that there would be better drainage. Excellent work at a fair price.

CJ Plumbing is the best! This is the second time I used their services. Each time their service was friendly, quick and professional. I used MR. Plumbing (not sure of exact name as I think these are different owners with a varied name, not sure).  Used to be called M&R Plumbing when I first moved into area,.

I had Art out here on 2 or 3 occasions for different issues.  At one point, I made a statement that the plumbers worked on commission as the quotes came in rather high (this was denied).  I am extremely disappointed in the fact that they do not back up their work (only deny and want to do additional work with a very high cost).  Example:  The natural gas grill outdoors had a smell of gas.  Yes, I should have called Nicor first to trace the leak.  I had a connection replaced and there was still an odor of gas.  Luckily, there is a shutoff valve.  So, Art fixed the same part that had just been replaced, claiming that that was the issue.  I told him that I did not think that was the issue as the part was new.  Charged me a pretty penny for that and, guess what, all he did was replace an already new part and did NOT fix the smell of gas.  I mentioned to him on the next visit and his answer was that the ground had to be dug up and all new piping put in from grill to gas meter and the charge would be over $1,000.  I said, but you already fixed it.  No offer to reduce the price and to take off the previous charge for work done ineffectively.  One reason for my asking if the plumbers work on commission.  While Art is overly polite and respectful, yes ma'am, etc., most of the time it does not appear to be sincere and I am very astute to people's sincerity and behavior.  I did not want to believe that I was taken advantage of because of being an older female, but now I am sure that is what happened.  The one time I called the office to talk to owner, his answers were rude and brief, like don't bother me lady, we will send Art out again.  I used M&R Plumbing almost 30 years ago, upon moving into the area, but am sooooooooo disappointed in the fact that they overcharged me on everything and now I still have no working grill, even though I had it fixed once by someone else and then again by M&R.  I know that this name has been changed to Mr. Plumbing (?), but they claim the same owners???  Disappointed and still no working grill even though I paid a pretty penny for Art to fix it.  Can't say that I want to use them again as I do not like to feel as though I have been used.

We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

We've been using King Heating/Cooling for a few years now.  Not too often, but when something goes out or malfunctions we need someone who will answer the phone kindly, send someone quickly and have that person that does come be knowledgeable and honest.  For us, this company has done all three.  

Over the summer, Jonathon came out to do a minor repair.  It was exactly how a call to an HVAC place should go.  He was great to us.  Good guy.

This week, on the coldest day of the year, our furnace went out and we called.  This time, Vince came out to our house.  He was a friendly, professional, family person and it was obvious that he had tons of experience both with HVAC and dealing with people.  He gave us a very detailed explanation of what was wrong, how to maintain the furnace, what to look for in the future, what else was showing wear and gave us many, many options and ideas going forward.  

We very much appreciated the high level of service that Vince performed and also the integrity that Vince showed.  King Heating and Cooling is very lucky to have someone like Vince working for them.

Four Seasons came out at a time convenient for me to check out the air conditioner that wasn't working.  After extensive review, it was decided that I needed a new unit.  They came back the same day and installed the unit.  Very professional, both the company and the techs that installed it.

I recently contacted escobar construction to fix my attic excellent experience the contractor Cristian Escobar was very detailed with the estimate since the beginning that's what calls my attention when they were here in my house they cover everything no dust were going into the rest of the house they cleaned every single day they worked I have no complaints at all these people are very humble professional responsible. This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes
