Best Septic Tank Installation in Charlotte NC
These guys came out, was able to help me reset my sink in addition to unclogging my drain, they were very professional and on time. Would definitely use them again and refer them to others.
Other plumbers wouldn't touch the job til the sink was fixed and these guys were able to do both.

They say that they are plumbers but they aren't. A real plumber doesn't put shower fixtures on backwards and can install a hot water heater without having the city inspector fail it.

Taylor arrived on time and with a mask on. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was also friendly. He took his tome to really troubleshoot my issue without trying to upsell me things I didn't need. I thought the estimate was fair and I believe the diagnostic was done with a sense of, this is how I would want to be treated. I appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic; they communicated throughout the whole process. I also like how they send a photo and brief bio if the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival.

They did the job well, plain and simple. Drain was clogged Saturday night so I went online and requested service for the 9-11 window on Sunday. Got immediate email confirmation, a phone call at 8 am Sunday with an approximate arrival time. Ed showed up at 9:30 and was a consummate professional. Explained what he was doing, gave great pointers on how to prevent future clogs and left no mess behind. I would definitely call Ed back to do other plumbing work in my house. FYI, website has a $40 coupon.

I love posting about a positive, affirming experience... ESPECIALLY with a small business.
That said, here one is! As a new home owner, I have had a recurring nightmare about breakdowns of major home systems, especially roof, plumbing and electrical. My fear is, no matter how much I save while I recover from my purchase, it still won't ever be enough. I received a Home Warranty as a gift (Is it ever, really? he says will an embarrassing level of cynicism. Lol). In my first year in this home, I have had occasion to use the warranty twice: air conditioner and, more recently, plumbing. TWO plumbers have been here over the past month. The 1st came 3 times and still didn't fix the problem which had every point of my water system back up. My laundry room was underwater at one point. The City got involved and were VERY helpful and gave me amazingly educational info about how my system ties into their water sytem. They did a dye test from my toilets to show me where the problem lies. It was clearly on this end. I literally almost came to blows with the 1st plumber, TNT in Charlotte whose owner's name is Garland. He was rude, dismissive (told me to shut up and go in the house) and utterly FAILED to fix the problem. Subsequently, three weeks later, the warranty company sent out a 2nd company without a service fee. RELIABLE PLUMBING was just that, reliable. They were here 5 hours, well into the darkness, changed out 2 sets of equipment and rootered down almost 100 feet to just before the street. They were polite, professional and -most importantly- FIXED the problem! My bill: $0!!!!
Shouts out to Jason Hancock, owner of Reliable Plumbing. He is young, hungry and holds great promise for a successful plumbing enterprise in Charlotte City. I highly recommend him.
Note: I was not paid for this endorsement. Lol

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

Our main water line broke, resulting in a super high water bill. After consulting several plumbers, Ken and his Pro Plumb Plumbing team were the most responsive, and the most affordable!
Less then half of the next lowest estimate!
But, don't let that fool you - It is NOT representative in the QUALITY of their work! He was AWESOME!
Ken and his team were RESPONSIVE, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and EXCELLENT!! He even threw down grass seed when finished.
I will DEFINITELY be using Ken and his services again, and will be referring him to ANYONE in need of quality, professional and affordable plumbing service.
Thank you Ken and the ENTIRE Pro Plumb Plumbing team!!

Huge kudos to Nick with One Call Plumbing! He was able to come out right away and was very helpful with the kitchen sink and tankless water heater. I highly recommend Nick and One Call Plumbing.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit. Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

After getting two quotes on what to do with my tankless hot water heater not giving constant hot water. I looked up BBB accredited plumbers as well as certified Rinnai Pros- both of which North Mecklenburg Plumbing was listed. I spoke to Hal and he was not pushy at all! He was up front about the hourly charges and didn't attempt to solve the problem over the phone. We still continued getting quotes- from replacing the unit to installing a recirculating system (both of which were upwards of $3k). One Co. even lied about seeing error codes. So we called North Meck and spoke to someone else- who again wasn't pushy, but provided a plan of attack. Start with descaling the unit and by a process of elimination see what might be wrong. Dave came out within 2 hrs. - descaled the unit, fixed a leaky faucet and discovered our main cut off switch wouldn't turn and was leaking. Poor man had to crawl under our house- reinstall a new cut off switch/pipe. He wouldn't leave until we had hot water! The whole day- 2 days before Christmas, Dave and his assistant stayed! Thinking I would have to get a second mtg to pay for this, he gave me the bill and I was so happy that it was reasonable- not near the other quotes we received. I know the labor was more than the parts- but I'm paying for that expertise and experience. Dave took a systematic approach to identify the issue, which really showed his knowledge of all things plumbing. I taped the number on the water heater and will certainly refer and call North Meck again. Keep in mind they are BBB, A+ rated and a Rinnai Pro. Worth the piece of mind to hire folks that take this seriously. Get other quotes- then call Hal, ask for Dave to come out :)

I would like to give the highest accolades to AAA City Plumbing in Rock Hill, SC. epecially to Parrish. She has bern nothing but professional throughout my entire plumbing repair! I feel very confident that I am a priority with this compsny and will always call them to take care of my plumbing needs. Bravo to the owner for having the best staff in the office and working as service techs!

Received a quote to install a new dishwasher for $450. (Which is more than the cost of the dishwasher itself!) I could have afforded an army of elves to wash my dishes by hand for that price. Ended up contracting a handyman to do it for $150. No unusual piping issues.

Paid the $69 + tax minimum trip charge today to learn that it costs $275 for Michael & Son to hang a ceiling fan. Asked the office. How much does it cost to hang a ceiling fan? They would not not provide an estimate. Talk to the tech.
So they had the tech (Joe) call me and tell me that he could not provide a price nor a price range until he saw the job in person. His minimum trip charge would apply to any other costs, and that he's got great reviews and he'll be on my side and that we'd be very happy with his work.
Well now he's seen the job and quoted about double what Home Depot or Lowe's would charge to do the same job.
Some of their customers are happy. Others are not. I'm in the second camp.
Rip off alert. Demand a price estimate / price range before you let them into your home. Or call another company who will.
Follow-up note. After requesting that they reduce the charge from $74 to $29 (their previous price for an estimate), they instead offered to refund the entire amount. Advice stands. Demand a price estimate / price range for a service before you let them into your home. Or call another company that will.

Nick Degner did a great job. He did my yearly check up on my plumbing and did a thorough job. He did see a minor problem with my toilet. The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. He wore his shoe covers when he was in my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
P.S. You can tell Nick had good teaching growing up, his politeness and manners are outstanding!
