Terry R arrived right on time and got the work all done. He is very experienced and I trusted his recommendations. Overall a great experience.

Was referred by a friend had a few other plumbers come out and they could not fix the issue.  Jason came out on a Sunday and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes came prepared with parts explained a few things and was very fair priced I will definitely recommend his company.  I was super impressed.

Dave's communication was great and he showed up exactly when he said he would.  I would give Garrett Plumbing 10 stars if I could!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Super happy that I found Dan! I live in a home that is pushing 30 years old and with the hard water simple projects turn into much larger issues with valves being frozen. Dan was responsive, able to come out quickly, and reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more and he will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

Dan is a lifesaver! We have a house that was built in the mid-'90s and with Arizona hard water every time we need to upgrade a plumbing fixture the valves are frozen.

Dan is very responsibly priced, always on time, and very clean.

He is so good I even referred him to my elderly aunt and grandmother to use; I honestly can say this is huge.

We called Samuel at Plumbing Done Right as our water softener was eating a bag of salt a week. It was so bad there was salt residue forming as water dried in our shower. He immediately got in touch with us and that evening came over and diagnosed our system. We decided to replace our 20 year old system. He recommended an Ultima system that he installed 2 days later. So far (it's been a week) it has unbelievably changed our water throughout the house. Tap water that we originally would not drink is now as good as our RO system water.
Samuel also replace a frozen valve on our incoming water line that other plumbers were hesitant to tackle. He is exceptional; fast, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about him. Call him as he is the best.

When I couldn't get the pilot light to ignite on my ancient gas-powered water heater, I sent the call out for help/estimates via Yelp. Jerry with GMR was the first to respond, within ten minutes. He was able to schedule Robert to be at my house within an hour. Robert spent some time trying to get the pilot to light, but to no avail. Repair was not a viable solution economically, and with the age of the water heater I decided it was time for a new one. Jerry had Robert and Austin out at my house the very next day, and a new water heater installed by lunch.
I can't say enough about how fast, fair, honest and easy this transaction went. It was the epitome of a clean install. Jerry was completely accommodating and flexible, and understood/respected the urgency of the matter. Robert and Austin were quick, and thorough, very knowledgeable and were able to work within a limited space to get our heater installed and running perfectly. Everything was included in the install, there were no nickel-and-dime tactics for extra parts, and no pressuring sales tactics to up-sell me on this or that. They did provide options to add on to the basic install, but made it abundantly clear that the options were not required and that it was totally up to me with no pressure. Special shout out to Robert for being so cool with my dog Raven, who is a rescue and barked her head off basically the entire time he was there.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting GMR for any plumbing needs. I will definitely keep their info handy.

Rod at Harvest Plumbing is fantastic. My neighbor uses him and we have used him more than once at two different homes and he is reliable and honest and does solid work. You won't have to worry or babysit him, you can rest assured that the job is done correctly.

I came home from work and I had a puddle of water in my garage. It was coming from my water softener. I called my home warranty and they said they don't cover water softeners. So I yelped West Plumbing...called and he came in 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the softener. He drove to Home Depot and brought it over right away and installed it. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely use west plumbing again!

Came from a recommendation from my father-in-law as he has done business with them. The woman on the phone, whom I believe to be the owner, was very polite, professional, and didn't waste either of our time. I needed help with our current home and our soon-to-be on the market house and they came on time, if not a little early, to do both in the same day. I didn't need anything major, however there was a slew of plumbing issues that needed to be done. Scott and Paco took care of everything and were open and available to any questions I had while they worked. They took care of both homes in about 3 hours including the travel time between homes. The work looks and works like someone whom takes pride in their craft. They didn't look to sell anything that wasn't necessary and took on the list of things I needed addressed. Scott even asked if I would run to get some parts they needed at Home Depot because they cost less there than what would it would cost for him to get it for me. I definitely will use them again when the time comes and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a plumber. Thanks!

Good experience all around. They were quick to schedule an appointment and called ahead to say they could arrive early. Nice! The plumber, Louis, fixed a leaky shower for us and installed a bunch of new faucets throughout the house. It was service with a smile and they got the job done right the first time. The price was good, too.

My unfavorable review got the owners attention and all of a sudden they want to do the right thing and refund my money. Two weeks & two phone calls later I'm still waiting for a check. Guess you can add don't keep their promises to the review. Four weeks, by the way, since the 2nd company I hired to finish the job this plumber started & no more problems. So obvious it wasn't done properly by Plumbsmart to begin with, triple the cost or not.
