It's always nice to see that a business has so many customers that they do not need any more.  spoke to Matt who said that he would come by, but could tell that he really wanted to push an appointment until next week stating its Friday.  I received the old no call, no show.

Experience with these guys was great from beginning to end. They were courteous and gave me some estimates on the phone and then gave me a call before they came to the house which happened within 24 hours. A gentleman who came in to do the repairs identify issue very quickly for a shower and fixed it for a very reasonable amount of money. Yep yep

Addam was referred to us from a previous plumber we worked with when he scoped and flushed our sewer lines to solve a clogging issue.  This time, we needed to identify and replace a shower handle that had corroded and broke.  Otherwise, we would need to remove tile to install a new shower cartridge that would have been costly and possibly destructive.  Addam was able to identify the import Asian white label valve that was used so that we could locate a handle to fit.  He showed me where to order it and how to easily install the items when they arrived.  Addam is more than a plumber.  He is an expert consultant interested in solving problems inexpensively and efficiently and approaches customer problems like they were his own.  Working with Addam is like having an insider friend guide you thru a stressful home

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

Great job by these guys. Gave me an honest opinion of their price compared to others, and came within the time frame they said they would. Completed the job (I had a valve break on the spigot for my hose that was gushing water out), and kept the price the same. Gave me future advice if something else happens. Would recommend to my grandmother.

I experienced a leak somewhere within my home, however there were no evident signs.  We noticed it when our water bill went up by 24% in one month.  I was refered to Grey Owl Leak Detection by a plumber.  They sent out a technician with all modern gear (FLIR, audio, etc) and he was able to locate the source.  Once it was located I called a plumber who repaired the slab leak by bypassing the leaking line, routing it through the attic and reconnecting the water to the manifold.  Fast, friendly and reasonable.  Grey Owl Leak Detection will be my 1st choice from now on.

Had them coming out to fix my toilet on Friday. Mike came, he said that he has been working there for a year. Extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Would definitely call again!
It is a bit overpriced. It was over $200 for a new piece in our toilet, however, they found the issue and fixed it and stayed to make sure it worked correctly. It's a family business so I am happy to help support!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. They did an excellent job at our office, their rates are fair and they responded quickly. They help me to hang up some shelves and cabinets, they fix some doors, and they were real professionals. I would contact them any time If I need anything fixed.

Travis & Sons rearranged their schedule to help us when we had an emergency situation with one of our bathroom showers.  Friendly, reliable and professional.  Highly recommend!

They were able to show up the same day and install what I needed in order to install an RO system and they were very professional and NO TRIP CHARGE!! By far the best plumbing company I've used in the Phoenix area

Rip-off report:
I was desperate in 105 heat and was charged $269 for a $15 capacitor ($344 total) with service call. He stayed to check the system for about a half hour.
I ran a electrical business for 30+ years a never charged anyone that much for an hours work. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company was selected by our home warranty (AHS) and we refuse to allow them to service our home repair. We needed a water heater replaced, and they said most likely Monday. They said possibly Saturday (today is Friday and we called Thursday). We expressed the urgency in getting this installed as we have a newborn baby. Our technician Chris was not the most professional. He was examining our garage and asking questions about what was in it. Also, asked to use our bathroom twice within the hour he was here, and did not wear a face mask while here. During normal times, no problem, use the bathroom. During a pandemic, please stop before coming to your service call and use public facilities.

Awful! Worst home warranty company I have ever worked with. There was only 3 times I used American Home Guardian and 3 times I was extremely disappointed. FYI they're not opened on the weekends!  My washing machine broke on a Monday and they didn't get anyone out the whole week. I kept calling, they would forget to call back. Here comes Friday and no one came.  If they can't get anyone out to fix things before Friday, you're out of luck until Monday unless Monday is a friggin holiday (which it was in our case) We went a week+ without a washing machine. I don't even want to talk about our garage door. If your freezer is under warranty your ice maker and other features in the freezer are not. Please do not use this company if you want to keep your sanity.
