Had a clogged kitchen sink for weeks and the owner(s) wouldn't address the situation and finally said you call a plumber. Well didn't take me long to call Master Rooter. They were here same day. Bobby the service technician was awesome. So personable, respectful and knowledgeable. He's definitely a KEEPER. I can't rave enough. One of the best contacts we've ever made. Thank you Lord for guiding me to call them.

My wife and I have been remodeling our master bath. We got all the plumbing situated last weekend. This resulted in us having to turn off our water main numerous times. In doing so, our water main outside began leaking. It is original to our house and it was only a matter of time.

My wife reached out to Dignity Plumbing who has stellar reviews on Yelp. They responded right away and scheduled us the following day. We received numerous quotes and Dignity Plumbing had the lowest price.

They were prompt, courteous and extremely efficient and professional. They replaced the entire main outlet and included a brand new valve AND replaced the outdoor spigot on the same main. Very thankful Diginity Plumbing was able to respond so quickly! Highly recommended to all my fellow Yelp'ers!

Got Dale of Yelp.  He was fantastic.  Did all sorts of odds and ends that had been needing fixing for quite some time.  Some complicated, some easy.  He was wonderful.  Very professional.  All the jobs he did turned out fantastic.  Reasonably priced.  Will definitely use him again.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

I am very disappointed in this company.   We have used them before and had good service but when our sub pump broke in June, we've had nothing but issues. Their first attempt to service the sub pump resulted in a $600 bill and a fixed pump.  One month later, the pump backed up again and we invested $1500 in a new pump.  Since installation, we've had to call them three times because we keep having problems with the toilet and the shower in the basement.  Just had them out two days ago to fix it again (at $250) and the toilet is backing up again.  Very frustrating and time to find a more skilled plumber.

Louis came out first thing in the morning to repair a leaking outside pipe! Very professional and friendly. Used this company previously for my home inspection. Recommend to everyone I know! Thanks again!

Most recently, I noticed a leak on a Saturday. Don was at my home within the hour.

He was quick, efficient, and comparably priced to other plumbing quotes.

A wonderful company to do business with.  Don and his crew were so good, even when my house gave them problems.  They just fixed the issue and continued on with the job.  When the job was done, you couldn't even tell they had been there, except now our plumbing was working.  I would highly recommend using Simply Better Plumbing and Drain for your plumbing needs.

This plumbing company charges are very high. We were charged $ 839.00 for 2 new faucets on our bathtub. The facets themselves were 3 times more than the same faucet handles at Home Depot. They also wanted to charge $200.00 dollars for a diverter. Since then we had a different plummer install a new diverter for $90.00

This is the third time we have used Kooline plumbing... they are always on time, very professional and quite fair on pricing...
Zane did a very good job and Jay the GM stopped by to do his quality control check... well done guys no reason to call anyone else but Kooline plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I'm sure I will call them again for another plumbing job.
