Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

Our hot water valve in behind our washer always leaked when we turned it on. We got quoted on at a high value when we first got it checked out. Once our home warranty company got us into contact with sage plumbing, everything was easier. Gary was very kind and respectful of the property. My wife is a clean freak and Gary was respectful of this and loved my dog. Overall was great and easy to work with.

Had a small, non-emergency plumbing issue with one of our pipes rattling in the wall.  Scheduled the appt a couple days out and Josh showed up a few minutes early for the 2hr window I was given.  Turned out to be super minor, embarrassingly easy to fix issue.  He was done in 2 minutes, did a quick pressure test on the house, and off he went.  Will be sure to use Leak Doctors in the future if we ever have a more serious issue.

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

Very happy with these guys! They came out within 24 hours. They were very nice and took the time to explain  what our plumbing problems were. Roots! They even cleaned up the roots and took them away. Something our last plumber left us to do... Then they told us how we can keep this problem from happening in the future.

Had the good fortune of seeing Lou again to do a maintenance flush on the tankless water heater he installed a year and a half ago. He did an excellent job then, explaining everything and patiently answering my endless questions. We have been thrilled with the results and seeing him again this morning I am reminded how important it is to feel comfortable and confident with service technicians coming into your home. Freddy came to my home to install a new toilet. Very fair price. Cheaper than the other 3 plumbers quotes. I mentioned there was a rusted pipe beside the tub that had tree roots growing in it based on the plumber who was here to unclog the drain. I was quoted me $2,700, minus the money for the drain cleaning and a $100 discount from the boss for the grand total of $2,450. I showed Freddy the picture and video and he said the hydrojet would clear out those branches and the pipe doesn't look that bad. The branches were small and he was confident that the could remove them with the hydrojet. You'll never guess how much? $299! Yes a whole $2,400 cheaper and the roots are ALL gone and the water is running better than it ever has. So if you need any plumbing done call Freddy. Don't bother with the others. If you want a plumber who knows what he's doing and is efficient, timely and reasonably priced, then Freddy is the one. Most of the time you don't have time to shop around for a plumber, so don't, just call Freddy. No doubt I will be calling Freddy again and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Freddy for making my day.

They showed up to fix a leak from the AC reservoir holder above my laundry room.  Water was leaking behind the walls, then into the walls, etc. What a mess!  They came and help to get the AC water pan fix and worked with the restoration company for timing.

Best plumber in town! They came through for my clients at the last minute after they had waited all day for someone else to show up. I told them about William and Instant Plumbing and the rest is history. My clients got handled to their relief since they were catching a plane. Give them a call! They won't let you down!

Called up Beach Plumbing when I gave up on replacing a water heater myself. After working all day I realized I was in over my head. Mike was over in no time and quickly told me what needed to be done. He went to work and got it hooked up and I feel so much better that it was done right, and by a professional.  Thank you so much, and for coming over on a Saturday night, so our family staying with us on vacation could shower. Clifton (the owner) showed up at our home for a free consultation at 8 PM after a long day of plumbing.  We appreciated that so much!  He will be fixing our faucets and a leak and have every expectation that our experience will be just as good as the consultation was.  We are new to Arizona and we have found our plumber!

So they came out gave me a price of about 640 to unclog my drains   Worked on them for almost five hours over two days   They were unable to unclog the toilets bath tub shower etc because they said no clean out   Refused to go on roof because of liability  they proceed to give me a bid of 10,500 dollars to dig up my driveway and put in a clean out and maybe repair collapsed pipes   I said no thanks and called another plumber who went on roof with his snake and cleaned out stoppage at a cost of 560 dollars  I think they should refund my money.  Never use them
