I called them for a sewer issue and they said they would come by the next morning to take a look at it. They never showed up and they never called. I don't know the quality of their work but based on the fact that they ghosted us, I'm not going to find out. I expected the courtesy of a phone call if they couldn't stop by.

Clarence, NY - New Home built 11/2018-11/2019. Benzinger hired by builder to do the plumbing, including hot water tank. Completed 2-1/2 baths, sub pump, pre-plumbed basement for future finishing.
Work was expertly done. Very neat. I used copper plumbing. PVC used for drains, waste and vent lines. Solder (sweat) joints are very neat. Fixtures properly installed. No call backs. No leaks, no drips. Work crews were very neat and well trained.
If and when I need additional plumbing completed I would hire Benzinger without any hesitation.

Great service. I now have a go to plumber for plumbing emergencies. I texted the owner after I found his number on Yelp and he texted back right away and we coordinated the appointment and then he emailed me the receipt when his crew was done. The crew was very polite and efficient and they had the right equipment to get my basement drained and my plumbing working. They did two repairs and I thought it was pretty affordable. Highly recommend Delta P.

I had low hot water pressure. PRoblem appeared to be related to weeping galvanized pipng. They came and gave 2 quotes, one was about half the price of the other. Before I signed I asked what exactly would be done for each quote.
after he explained it I specifically asked if the lower quote would replace the main problem pipe, he said yes. To me what he said did not make sense, when compared to the higher quote. I asked him 3 times about the problem pipe being replaced with the lower quote. So I agreed to the work of the lower quote. a few days 2 workers showed up. they said something about replacing the risers only. I di not allow them to start because that did not includes the problem pipe. After they spoke with their boss they said they would be doing the problem pipe as well. I was satisfied with that result.
Although the original tiem frame was 2 days it took 3, not a problem. The person who gave the original quote came o the final day. He then informed they needed to remove a section of my air duct under the house and I would need an Hvac. and the repair would not be covered by the costs. when I went down and examined what the did they basically destroyed the cold air return and removed the main junction of it. I have worked and installed copper myself and My conecitons were cleaner then these Pros
I now have contacted an HVac company that is not affiliated with Musso's They evaluated the job and said they will need to reroute the tubing that Musso's put in. .
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MUSSO'S PLUMBING. YHEY APPEARED TO BE DESCEPTIVE WITH THEIR QUOTE. when CALLED OUT ABOUT IT THEY THEN DELIVERED A POOR QULITY OF WORK AND PLANNIGN CAUSING ME A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF EXTRA COST
After he job was completed, I still had low hot water pressure. They person who did the original inspection and gave me the quote then said oh it probably is due to a clogged distribution cylinder and gave me a quote of 450 dollars. about 3000 dollars less then they charged me for the work the just completed that did not fix the problem.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could! I have used them twice in an emergency, one for a back up in our basement the Sunday after thanksgiving and the other for a clogged drain and stuck tub faucet before an inspection. In both cases, they were able to show up within hours of me calling and they were able to address and fix all issues. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well, I was actually pleasantly surprised when I got the bill in both cases. 10/10 would recommend.

So I had a leaking faucet. I was pretty sure it's a washer, but I know nothing about plumbing, so I called in for a quote.
They came out, free of charge. Point in their favour, and that makes it 2 stars.
They quoted me $600. They said that replacing a washer wouldn't help, because they needed to do more, because the inner workings would be damaged by now.
It was a small leak, I didn't have the money, so I waited a month and saved up. It became a big leak, so I figured I would replace the washer as a stopgap measure. Looked up a video on youtube. took me 5 minutes to pull out the faucet. Took me 20 minutes to run to walmart and buy a $0.50 washer. Took me another 5 minutes to replace the faucet.
The inner workings were pristine brass. No lime, no corrosion, no scratches. The faucet doesn't leak.
So while they were polite, prompt, and courteous, this was a blatant attempt at gouging me - I ask for a washer to be replaced, they tell me they need to replace the whole faucet? No thanks.

Not accurate on bill. Charged me 1.5 hrs even though he was there 20 minutes. Bill is just a total of labor and parts. Would have been nice to break out $300 part charge? I only knew I was charged $200+ for service because it was written 1.5 hrs. He came @ 2:01 & left @ 2:19 that's not 1.5 hrs. Very nice serviceman but won't call someone who is clearly dishonest. I have no idea what I paid $500+ for 20 minutes.

In my experience this was the most unprofessional company I have ever used. They came in to do my sewer turned off my services and then left early in the day because a little rain... then told me they won't come back for a few days, leaving me without water and sewer for multiple days during the hottest part of the summer. They left all the excavated soil all over city sidewalks, streets and and neighbors drive way, which I had to clear of because they bagged off early for the day. The only reason they came back the next day is because I reamed out one of the receptionists. I work for a construction company that used to use them, but that will no longer be the case and have many friends in the business that also will no longer be using them.

Rich was courteous and friendly, explained ahead of time exactly what it would cost, and did the job to my satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Roy's sent out an outstanding technician to service a tub drain in an upstairs apartment of a rental property. As prearranged, our tenant let him in and from that point on he stayed in close contact via phone to keep us informed as to the progress. He successfully removed a small toy that had become stuck in the drain. He was a true professional throughout the entire process. This was our first time calling Roy's and we couldn't be more pleased.
