These guys do amazing work and are as friendly as can be!! I've been going to them for years and every job (even the odd ones) they handle with ease.

We called at 7pm and got a call back an hour later. Our sink and dishwasher were all backed up. Oscar came and fixed everything and even took a look at some of our other pipes. He was clearly very good at his job and the price was reasonable.

Terrible repair man. Was informed that I have pneumonia and just had emergency sinus surgery. And not to run the furnace in my apartment. Did it anyways. Keep up the awful customer service. Your reply is unsatisfactory and there is no working thermostat your repair man didnt know this because he didnt speak with me. I stand by my review of the way you operate thanks for making presumptions. This is first and foremost about my health and your lack of regard for my well being.

Christmas day disaster. My sewer was plugged and shower was leaking. Lucky Joe Muro Plumbing came after the holiday and took care of it. They were neat (no mess in my house), reliable, reasonably priced and fixed the problem quickly. Exceptional service and at the right price. Felt like I could trust them to do the job right! And lucky for me sewer and shower back in service!

T-Mark has installed our furnace and AC, as well as our boiler and hot water heater. We have also recently had them out to fix a clogged waste line in the basement. They are always fairly priced and the work is excellent. What impresses me most is the quality of the people. Always friendly and they have consistently gone out of their way to help out with some extras... from tidying up pipe work unrelated to the job to fixing a faucet issue that I'd brought up only in passing. When our hot water tank stopped working the night before a family vacation, they showed up a few hours later on Saturday morning and got the job done. I don't expect the extras, but they have never seemed hurried or disinterested in our questions and concerns as homeowners and have come through for us every time. For that, they have my business as long as they will have it.

I've lived for 20 years in my current residence on Grand Island and up until 6 years ago never had a plumbing problem. When I did, I had a Niagara Falls plumbing firm send in a plumber to fix leak problems. A time came when the leak again started. Since plumbers are way over priced and I had a problem with that first one, I thought I'd try Erie Plumbing here on Grand Island. (They also go by Buffalo Backflow.) It wasn't long after they left that the problem recurred and I also needed a new faucet. So I brought Erie back in. After he left I took a good look at the work and found he had installed this goofy handle without my permission. He later told me he never would have done this without asking me - a lie. And he also played dumb concerning not knowing about the traditional handle I thought should have been put in. Not too long after, there was again leaking and Erie came in. He was there about an hour to simply replace a basket but a fair amount of this time he was on the phone. He charged me $141, an outrageous fee. Obviously, and at the very least, there should have at least been a discount since it took him so many visits to get it fixed. All this time he was charging me the full fee even though its obvious his repairs should have lasted much longer than they did instead of his repeated visits, especially since I went 15 years without a problem. The basket he installed was of inferior quality compared to the one that was originally installed. I had never ever asked about a warranty but it then occurred to me to call him and ask about this. He still has yet to return the call. I then called two other plumbers and found their rates to be about 20% less than Erie Plumbing.

We had a small drip in the bathroom tub, not an emergency. We called at the end of last week and got an appointment for today (Tuesday) and were given the window of between 11-1. A very personable young man showed up at 10:50 and got right to work. He looked professional with a Hertle Hardware polo on. He took his work boots off at the door and got right to work. The whole job took about 15 minutes, he showed me the part he replaced and explained everything to me. I felt that they charge a fair price and do honest work. We would definitely use them again.

Very knowledgeable staff and amazing as far as customer relations, they've done all the work at my house and then handled an emergency at my elderly parents house when a pipe broke in no time.

Nelson responded quickly to my call and came out the same day to provide an estimate. He completed the work in a timely manner and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope we're done with plumbing issues but if necessary, I would surely call him again.

Bait & Switch - Run.
I hired them to run new plumbing, and added on easy things (swapping out fixtures, re-route sump pump line) while they were there. It was supposed to be completed in 10 days.
After 6 weeks of excuses and partial progress, they refused to do most of the pipe installations I'd hired them for, only did the easy work and inflated all the prices.
Their gas work leaked. National Fuel refused to hook up the gas meter to the meter connection I had them move outside from the basement because it was so leaky. CEF came back, fixed it and the gas piping still leaked outside. The same National Fuel rep came back, after it was fixed and he took pity and fixed it for me because it still leaked.
Later I had a separate firm work on my furnace. They asked what hack installed the hot water tank next to it because they used the wrong type of pipe - it was CEF who installed it.
I declined them swapping 4 fixtures for $400 total - and asked them to do one. They did one, left a poorly cut, hole and dust everywhere, and charged $600.
For good measure they ripped a downspout off my house and didn't put it back on, or mention it.
Unreliable after they get your deposit. Many problems were identified by other plumbers years later.

Installed new toilet at my ma's house, after a 6 week wait. The toilet started leaking after a few days. Called Doug, he said it was just sweating. The leak at the base of the toilet, got so bad after a few weeks, we called him back, he finally came over and said nothing was wrong (??really) we continued to mop up water everyday, and look for a new plumber. FINALLY we found out from another source, the seal was probably too small. SO, my husband, brother, and I, took the toilet out put in a bigger seal and re-installed the toilet. Problem solved, after weeks of water ruining the floor! Never will I recommend them.
