Best in Buffalo NY
Owned a home right down the street from Klemat and had to use them a lot.
They were always speedy, great workers, and pretty good prices.
I do miss the old man who would come, barely could hear at all. All I would hear was HEH?! When the other worker asked him questions.
But seriously, loved this place. I recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed by the professional service that I received from Mr. Rooter's staff and especially plumber Louis B. I thought I was looking at the expense of having my main sewer line replaced but after a camera inspection, it showed that I had a major clog in my P-trap which Louis was able to clear very quickly. I will use Mr. Rooter again in the future and highly recommend them to all

I'm not sure what company these people are writing a review for it maybe the company is paying these people to write a good review but l.j construction is possibly the worst company you can have working on any part of your home.

Great service... had the sewer line from the house plugged to the main They came out and opened if in no time. Very courteous and friendly staff with knowledge and not a sales pitch attitude. Highly recommend!

We had them install some new fixtures in our tub and shower. They were on time and efficient and we are quite satisfied with their work. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did. They also cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend them for plumbing work.

Fast efficient service and excellent tradesmen!
They came in a reasonable time from when I called and didn't mind that I had a few extra things to take care of

We had a very bad experience with these guys today. Stay away.
We had already diagnosed that we needed a new Gas Valve and called to hire them to fix the gas valve. They agreed to this over the phone, but when they got to our house they said they had to charge $79 to diagnose the problem. I already had the boiler taken apart, so he walked downstairs and said, yep, its the gas valve. And we were charged $79 unless we wanted to sign up for a membership.
Anyway, our boiler cost $1500 new 6 years ago, and we just paid $500 to have the Gas valve fixed. I will definitely tell my friends not to use Reimer.

We used Grand Jude a few months back for water in the basement when no other plumber would even answer our calls or told us it would be 48+ hours. I called them late at night after the scheduled company called at 10pm to tell us they weren't coming as promised and that it would be at least 5pm the next day until they could reschedule us. Grand Jude came the next morning by 8am, did the job, and the price was very reasonable. I called them today due to flooding in the basement. It took them two hours to get here because of flooded roads, however, once here they explained how the issue wasn't with our line. Even though there wasn't anything they could do and they weren't charging me, they took the time to tell me who to call and took me outside to show/explain the issue. I truly appreciate the time they took...they are our only plumber from now on.

I've used Norton's on several occasions from hot water heaters to plumbing repairs and they have done a very good job on all visits. Their estimates are also much lower than most places I've dealt with before in the area.

I found Roto Rooter via a 3rd party internet referral service used to get work prospects.
The phone attendant refused to give me a quote or any estimate Thinking Roto Rooter was competitive, I scheduled a simple clogged kitchen drain. I removed the traps and knew where the problem was but didn't have access to an auger/snake.
The technician arrived within an hour or so. I had gone to work and my wife was home to handle the transaction. She was informed of the price up front but in not on tune with the price of home repairs. The technician worked for less than 20 minutes and was onsite for less than a half an hour. The charge was $365 plus tax. No parts, just labor.
My wife called me to let me know the charge and I was floored! I called 3 local plumbers afterward and was quoted between $175 and $225 unless they ran into difficulties or issues.
Brian from the local RotoRooter called me back today and gave me the standard corporate BS about your competitive rates and how they rate each job individually. I told him it's a 20 minute drive from Niagara Falls NY to Lewiston NY and that the plumber was there for a total of 20-25 minutes ( I was at work and feel my wife was taken advantage of du to the urgency). I had opened the traps and no parts were needed. $365 for labor? I am a fool for not shopping around or calling a local guy. Shame on me.
As a 40+ year homeowner, I have NEVER been so disappointed and angry at a home repair cost.
