Didn't use these plumbers for my plumbing issue. I did get an honest response to what I was proposing in a potential bathroom remodel.  The estimator didn't give me an exact dollar amount because it's unknown how much labor would be involved in opening up the floor, installing a new water line and drain pipe for a new vanity. He didn't make false promises or deceive me with a low figure to get me to do the remodel the way I was thinking. This I appreciated. I might call them back for a different plumbing job in the future.

They answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon which was a great first impression. I made an appt for the next day to fix leaky toilet.

Technician was pretty much on time.  He was quick and did a good job, but was a bit unfriendly and rude. He made some off-putting comments.

I do my best to keep my house clean, while working 60 hours a week. I do not need house-cleaning critique from a plumber, though.

I don't think it was necessary for him to ask for cleaning supplies so he could clean my nasty toilet. Yes, he said it was nasty. Who asked him to clean? Not me.

It's a toilet, not a rose. Dude, you're a plumber. You are wearing gloves. You will likely see brown stuff, yellow stuff, and other stuff from time to time. That's like a surgeon who gets sick at the sight of blood.

I like this company, the price was fair. I just didn't appreciate the veiled insult. I would call T-Mark again but would ask for a different technician.

So, our old tub drain just totally dislodged when we tried to replace the drain tub (for aesthetic reasons). After trying to call Ed Young's but with no answer or quick response, my husband tried T-Mark.
Kevin came out the next afternoon and completed the job the next morning. Any guess on how much?! Almost $600!!! What?!?! I bet half of that goes to whatever their office expenses are. Kevin forgot to use the $20 off coupon I had, which would have helped a bit (not much, but in today's world enough).
Anyway, I am thankful that the tub drain was done relatively quickly, but I really don't get the price for a less than 2 hour job. Plus, he put silicone putty all around the tub drain inside the tub that was like 1/4 thick and bulging out the sides. Not cool. It looked terrible and we took it off.
Anyway, just watch and make sure everything is to your liking before they leave and don't feel bad if you need them to fix it. Let's try to hold our house repairmen accountable.

great service, quick response and professional.
my heater stopped working (thermostat wouldnt dictate) and the usual heater repairman could not find the problem and was suggesting replacing the board, pressure sensor, etc..($500++). I refused and called t-mark. Greg T came in the same day, reinstalled the board that the previous person had taken out, found the problem in 10 minutes (the kids had plugged the outside exhust pipe!) and fixed it in less than an hour and only charged me for the visit!
A+++

On August 20, 2020 we had central air installed in our home.  After getting estimates with 3 different companies we decided to go with T-Mark Plumbing Heating and Cooling.  Every company we met with advised us that we needed to replace the furnace because it was an older unit.  We knew that going in, that our furnace was over 40 years old and that we needed to replace it soon.
Our two questions to every company that came to our home to give us an estimate for central air was, 1.  Can we wait to replace the furnace, since it is still operating effectively? 2.  Are you able to install central air on our existing furnace?   Each of the 3 companies (including T-Mark) said yes to both questions.  We decided to go with T-Mark because we thought Ian did a great job explaining the process.  So in short, we decided to go with T-Mark because of their wonderful employee. Too bad all employees at T-Mark did not live up to the demeanor or professionalism as our sales rep.
On September 27, 2020 T-Mark sent out an employee named Jeff Balcerzak, who I later found out was their service manager.  Jeff was rude from the very beginning.  Upon entering our home his mood/body language seemed off.  He allowed me to tell him the situation and he said very little.  My husband met him in the basement and Jeff immediately said, We installed central air on this... our guys should have walked away from this job.   My husband came back upstairs and said, that guy is in a terrible mood he must not feel like working today.  When Jeff came back upstairs he repeated what he told my husband.  He said, We should have never installed central air on that thing... that furnace is 41-years-old.  To which I replied, it worked fine, it's just when we switched back to heat from cooling we had an issue.  He said, no other company would have installed central air on that.  He questioned me as to who was my sales guy.  I told him Ian.  Jeff went outside and called Ian on speaker phone (knowing that I could hear his entire call) and was very rude and basically accused Ian of making a huge mistake.  He said, They may have gotten other bids, but now we are in the middle of a shitty situation.   He continued, A 41-year-old furnace and they want us to fix it, the thing is probably leaking carbon monoxide.  Ian had to reassure him that it wasn't leaking carbon monoxide when he inspected it, he said, ...had I seen a crack I would have said no, it's old and they said they were probably going to replace it in the fall.  Ian asked Jeff, if he was alright.  Jeff said, No, I shouldn't be in this situation.  Jeff went on to say, I wasn't even supposed to work today.  Clearly Jeff was upset. He was even rude to the NEST company rep that he called for assistance.  He mocked her lack of knowledge after hanging up with her.  I felt like asking him to leave however I felt helpless because we needed our central air and heat to function properly.
To end a long story Jeff ended up finding a bad/broken wire that he had to replace in order to solve the problem.  That took him 2 minutes.  After he replaced the wire the furnace was able to switch from heat to cooling without an issue.  Problem solved, he found the cause.  The 41-year-old furnace was not the problem.  The ambitious sales rep Ian was not the problem.  The rep from the NEST company was not the problem.  Neither was two friendly homeowners with the old furnace.  In short, if Jeff Balcerzak, the service manager for T-Mark would have just took, 2 minutes to inspect the situation he would have determined that a 2-dollar wire was the culprit.  His lack of professionalism and his terrible attitude was the real problem.  Folks please be cautious of whom you decide to allow to enter your home.

Buyer beware.  The job they did was fine, however, they charged almost double what other companies charged.   Our fault, we pushed ahead because of the need , but what other companies have since told us would cost $4000.00, they charged $8000.00.  The workers are fine, the job was done fine.   Communication could have been a little better, but it all comes down to the fact you can have it done much much cheaper.

They were on time  and did job  but the price for what they did  just left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.  Problem is we have no choice and the trades people know it   If they used $25.00 in material it was a lot  so they got $460.00 for less than 2 hours work.   What I was told they did was a lot less than what the invoice says they did.

Scheduled a timeframe of 2-6pm to come fix my AC unit. My phone is upstairs charging while I wait out front of my apartment for them to show up. since I didn't pick up the call alerting me they were in their way, the worked decided to clock out early. I called back in and was told nobody was available to take the service call. Why give a 2-6pm timeframe if someone isn't going to be available?

Fairly quick service, had a call on Sunday, came on next Tuesday. Toilet need to pump some air out, the tech did a nice job to fix it. Charged for $250, plus $21 tax, along with 6 months of warranty.

PLUS - The company offered service in a very prompt fashion, the plumber was personable and a good, capable worker, the problem was resolved. Explained issues well.

MINUS - The plumber DID NOT WEAR A MASK, he was unaware that his company charges $99 for a the first cleared line, he at first quoted us $245. Left large puddle of water on tiled basement floor because he said he didn't have his shop-vac with him. Used one of my wrenches w/o asking or cleaning it when done.

COST - The total bill was about $396 to clear the sewer line.

T-Mark has installed our furnace and AC, as well as our boiler and hot water heater. We have also recently had them out to fix a clogged waste line in the basement. They are always fairly priced and the work is excellent. What impresses me most is the quality of the people. Always friendly and they have consistently gone out of their way to help out with some extras... from tidying up pipe work unrelated to the job to fixing a faucet issue that I'd brought up only in passing. When our hot water tank stopped working the night before a family vacation, they showed up a few hours later on Saturday morning and got the job done. I don't expect the extras, but they have never seemed hurried or disinterested in our questions and concerns as homeowners and have come through for us every time. For that, they have my business as long as they will have it.

Definitely the company to call if you have plumbing problems!! I called 5 different places for estimates, Pat from T-Mark came over right away and gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was done over 3 days, and everything that was promised was done beautifully. There was no last minute price hikes, no 'oh, we encountered this so it'll cost more' episodes. I am one extremely happy customer.

Highly recommend for professional, prompt, and honest service.
My wife and I received a quote on some plumbing work. A few weeks passed before we decided to move forward during this time we weren't pestered to make a decision as we have been in the past with other home improvement contractors.
Our serviceman arrived right at the beginning of our given two hour window and set right to work. Once he set to work he was able to present plausible simpler solutions to the issues we were having giving us options with how we could proceed. Never being pushy one way or another he was able to save us $$ on our quote based on the what he saw once involved.
In the end we received the results we were looking for in a timely manner from an honest tradesman.
We'll be using T-Mark again, though hopefully not in the near future.

Can't speak to their work or staff as they never showed up.  They didn't even call me until two hours after they were supposed to be here and then said that they wouldn't be out tonight.  So with sewage backing up into my basement I am scramblinbg to find someone else.  Very unreliable, do not recommend.

Response to my furnace/AC concerns were prompt. Service man arrived when expected. Resolve was more expensive than expected, however, did not do my own due diligence by comparison shopping.
Problem solved, serviceman prompt, clean, and informative.

I called for a service quote or even a ballpark price to clear the line from the house to the store to compare to two other plumbers who were able to provide no problem. After an 8 minute hold, someone picked up to say, Please hold. It was another 5 minutes before I spoke with someone. After asking for a quote, I was told someone could come look for $39, which would be taken off the work if I give it to them. I again asked for a ballpark and the phone rep said they aren't given that kind of information, they just dispatch. This is what happens when your company gets too big.

I'll go with the other plumber who answered his phone, gave me a fair and detailed quote, and can be there today.

Over the phone said they would come out give us a quote, came out overpriced and also included a surprise 40$ fee just for getting the quote that took 5 mins. If they had mentioned the fee over the phone that's one thing but little things like that are the type of things that will make me never call them again in the future. Called Franks Mr Plumber and they quoted installed and removed same day for about 120$ less

I had T-Mark install a sump pump with a back up. Pat came out to do the job and did an okay job but he scratched up our brand new washer. I had literally got this brand new washer delivered 2 weeks ago and now there are 3 scratch marks on it. He obviously placed some of his tools on top it and created the scratches. If you hire them, make sure you cover up your appliances or anything valuable because clearly this company doesn't respect your belongings.

My 56 year old boiler...yes, 56 years old...decided at the first sign of Winter that it should not make any effort to heat my upstairs.  As luck would have it, we sleep upstairs. We also have hardwood floors.  So it is basically a medieval form of torture going to bed.  So, having a good experience with a general boiler inspection last Winter, I decided to try T-Mark at actual repair and/or replacement.  As expected, the technician came in and gently explained to me that the furnace, although a good sport, has less life left in it than a Tyrannosaurus Rex.  The decision was made to replace said rust bomb and with an average price and full blown education on how the smaller furnace would actually work to my benefit, we moved ahead.  The wait time was about 8 days due to the influx of need on T-Mark, so we used space heaters to keep us alive for 192 hours.  8 days later, two gents showed and over the course of 7 or so hours, Old Bessie was laid to rest and the new blue machine was installed.  The guys were exceptionally friendly, helpful and thorough.  Without a hitch, it was a done deal.  Cannot wait until Spring when I can call them to figure out the leak on my Central Air.

Terrible.  I had a sewer issue that needed to be taken care of.  I had 4 companies come out for estimates.  T-Mark did come out quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Great!  It was on par with the other companies, so I gave the go ahead.

I received the estimate on a Friday and was told the work would be done the following Tues, Wed or Thurs and they would pick up the permits on Monday.  I heard nothing by Wednesday, so I gave a call to see what was going on.  I was told they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until the week after.

On that Friday (a week after the estimate), I got a notice from the city saying I had to get the work done in 10 days.  I called T-Mark again to see what was going on.  I was told, Oh, maybe we will get to it around mid to end of the week.  And he also stated they must have sent the notice after he picked up the permits on Thursday.  So that is 3 separate times he stated he got the permits and kept giving me the run around about when the work would be done.  Needless to say, I needed the giant hole in front of my house fixed and not having stuff back up into my basement, so I hired someone else.

The company seemed a pro on paper and got my attention with 0% interest for 72 months. So, I called them and there came a pleasant agent. When he quoted for the project, I noticed it was a little high, but I assumed that it would be worth paying for. Then, he asked my social security number as he needed to check if I was eligible for this deal; 0% interest for 72 months. Upon my question, he told me that they were using Wells Fargo for such payment terms and the interest was actually built-in!!! I got very surprised!

Then, I called them the next day and canceled the project as it seemed dishonest to deceive customers by saying no interest but putting the interest into deal this way.

A few days or a week later, I received a credit card from Wells Fargo which said on it  home projects with T-Mark plumbing. I neither needed the card nor ever asked for it!

A few days later, the same T-Mark agent called me and apologized. He said he would talk to the head of the company and make amends, then called me back. That call never came. :(

I ended up calling Wells Fargo and closed that unnecessary account.

TMark was recommended to me by two different friends and I saw the reviews were mostly positive on here and google. I gave them a call on a Wednesday and they offered someone to come out next day but I scheduled for Friday instead due to my personal schedule.

My window was 10-12 but I recieved a call around 9 that he was on his way about 15 minutes out. Early? Ok awesome!

Brian showed up and was friendly, polite, and respect of  my home. He gave me a quote immediately on my runny toilet and a sump pump replacement. He suggested I  i just replace the whole toilet since it was likely cheaper than replacing the parts  that were broken.

Toilet & labor was $595 - we passed on this since we felt we could do the full replacement ourselves.

I did take him up on the sump pump (still $595 for the full  replacement and installation) he offered to do it right then and there. It was worth it to just get it out of the way and done.

Brian was quick and understanding about only wanting  that one job done.

Honestly we have gotten quotes and hired handymen twice in the last year to do this sump pump job and they never followed up or answered us or completed the job.

T-mark was quick professional and followed through within 2 business days for us. I would recommend them  and hire again for another project if needed.

So last night I went to brush my teeth before bed and when I turned on my bathroom faucet gross slimy stuff started bubbling up from my bathtub sink, instantly horrifying me and followed by me laying awake all night Googling the problem to see if it was a $200 or $2,000 plumbing job.

I opened Yelp and saw T-Mark's name and figured what they heck - id call to see what was up with how they did business. The lady on the phone said that they would send someone over to do an estimate (NO COST for the estimate, which is something in the past has bugged me with some plumbers, where if the come, do an estimate and then you don't use them, you have to pay a fee, but if you DO use them you don't. So major plus for T-Mark since it would be free for someone to come out. ALSO, someone was here within about 20 minutes since they had someone in the area, which was awesome.

A guy named Pat came over and he was super nice and didn't even pick on my disheveled house or that there was pee in the toilet (YES, that makes me sound gross, but when I saw the plumbing problem I was terrified to flush it and had visions of a pee filled bathtub. Sorry - I know zero about plumbing and was 99.99% sure that it wouldn't happen, but I wasn't going to take a chance.) or that my bathroom was all messy. he got here so fast there was no time to tidy up, you know?

He snaked the drain and showed me everything was working and all the crap he pulled out of the drains. He was professional and nice. I also got a quote for another job while he was here which when the time comes I will call T-Mark for.

I am not sure about pricing because I don't know what others charge for things, but I know it was $50 cheaper than the last time I got my drains snaked.

My review is a bit long, however it is the only way to give T-Mark the credit that is due, TRUST me read it!  Back in June 2015 we were in need of sewer help as our line was backing up again (even after we paid to have it fixed 9 months prior by a company recommended by a friend).

We decided to trust another recommendation from friends and this time called a different bigger name local plumbing service in Buffalo.  When I called, I was met with a receptionist with a horrible attitude and who was quite rude.  I was told to call back the next day as my schedule was just too complicated and I would have to change around my schedule for them.  After that there was no way I would call them back.

I decided to do some research online of my own and decided T-Mark seemed like the best choice.  When I called Jessica answered the phone and was extremely nice and helpful.  An appointment for June 12, 2015 was set.  That day Patrick Keenan from T-Mark showed up to snake out our lines.  He was extremely professional, nice and did an AMAZING job!  He explained everything in detail and also explained what else should have been done the first time, he even took time to discuss some options that we may do in the future to our service.  Patrick went above and beyond what any other service professional has ever done and was definitely experienced in his trade!  My wife and I were in the home stretch of planning our wedding at that point, so to have someone be that great and helpful made our lives that much better, married just shy of a month later.

This brings us to last week.  We started having issues with our furnace as we just kicked it on for the first time since last year.  So we immediately call T-Mark and again I speak with Jessica, who late on a Friday was extremely nice and helpful!  I eventually get an appointment for today October 20, 2015.  Ryan Miller from T-Mark shows up; again extremely nice (immediately pays compliment to our small but unique Tonawanda home), very professional and gets right to work.  Again just like Patrick, Ryan goes above and beyond to find out the problem and in what seems like no time at all and fills me in on what needs to be done. Ryan too was extremely knowledgeable in his field.

My wife and I will now only trust T-Mark for our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!  They have a loyal customer in us and we both will/do HIGHLY recommend T-Mark Plumbing Heating & Cooling!

I called on a Monday morning and needed a plumber in the KenTon area ASAP (non-emergency, i.e. not a sewage issue). The friendly coordinator scheduled an appointment Tuesday morning, but said she would call again if someone could make it Monday afternoon. She followed through, called and left a message that someone was available Mon. afternoon, although I couldn't take the call.

Tuesday morning a nice truck pulls up within the time frame I was scheduled for and the repair issues were addressed. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helped to explain how some of my future concerns could be addressed. He provided me with an estimate for sump-pump installation to get my home up to code.  I'd say an overall good experience and will be looking to this business again to take care of other plumbing issues and upgrades. I appreciated the candid and professional demeanor, but thought they were pleasant as well.

T-Mark is quick to respond and has very fair pricing.  In all, it took about 5-6 people to fix my boiler situation.  I really felt like they were committed to getting the job done and prioritized my house.

They came over to service my boiler which we knew was on borrowed time.  They repaired it but then it became clear that it needed to be replaced so they credited me the work they'd already done toward a new boiler.  Very stand up move!

They also did some frozen pipe repair which could have been better planned but again, they were reasonable in their pricing.

I made the mistake of being pretty casual about shoes/cleanliness so I can't blame them entirely but by the time everything was done, my floors were filthy.  The washable stuff I don't really care about but the carpet in my laundry room took a  beating.  Tip - put down some towels if it's more than a day job.  The first day was fine but once the boiler started going in there was a lot of hauling of stuff throughout the house.

In all, I felt like they really committed to me and now I have a warm, cozy house and I'm really confident that the work they did was superior!  I'll definitely use them again.

Bonus points for being exceptionally friendly ALL the time.

We had a great experience with T-Mark replacing our furnace.  From the first person to answer our call until the salesman made sure that we got things exactly the way we wanted, everyone was helpful, polite and timely.  The quotes they gave were fair and well-explained.  The installation guys were on time, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves.  Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Called them on a Saturday regarding our hot water tank which died. Was told that we would get a call back. Which we received. Was assigned to Rich. Was given a quote and we accepted. Called a few times to schedule installation, didn't receive a call back until Wednesday and the time was not convenient for us. Called to schedule a new time left msg, no call back. Called again and no call back. Went with another company and it has been installed. Very disappointed with the lack of response. I know that companies are busy, but a call doesn't take much time especially since this has been going on a week. As of today Sunday we still haven't received a call.

Came out same day after I called about a clogged toilet that wouldn't flush, was told about $40 quote over phone by a woman but a man came out and saw the toilet and said it cost about $185. Took him about 3 minutes to unclog it. If that's normal pricing for a toilet auger then he did good because it's fixed. If not, then you know the price to expect if you book with them. Cheers

had a new AC put in, wanted more my house to cool off, requested a 2.5 ton unit, they refused. said they could change it to 2.5 tons if the 2 tons won't cool. they put a 2 ton in, it did not cool, when it was hot outside the temperature got hotter as the heat went up outside, usually it went up to 80 degrees,  They NEVER fixed it As the promised. The unit had a 5 year warranty, it died at 5 yrs 6 months. Had a reputable company install a new 2.5 ton, (they also said you don't need that big of a unit) but granted me the wish to have a 2.5 ton, I have not regretted it yet, it's been in for a year and finally my house stays at the temperature, I set it out. The old unit had to be removed,  my new installers informed me that nothing matched And asked who put this unit in? I had received a pieced together AC. The condenser was smaller than It should have been and did not match the rest of the unit.

I love my new AC, since I have the new AC my house actually cools down and does not get hotter as the temps go up outside.

I have even heard bad thing about them from other people.  If you don't wanna waste your money, I would say stay away from this company.

My husband took the day off work for a scheduled consult. We were given a time of between 2-4pm. At 3:30 we receive a call that they have to cancel. Nothing like making us wait around and then canceling. This is a terrible way to run a business. We rearranged our schedules for this appointment and took a day off work for nothing. Now we still have a plumbing issue and nobody to come look at it. Very disappointed! Will never call them again.

Just recently been contacted by Tmark, saying I owe the $185.00 on a service they provided last May 2021. When the lady came out and serviced my AC , she was paid in full    (  at the time of service, ) the charge never lasted as my system was leaking and needed to be replaced. I then had someone come out and give me an estimate but they wanted much more then another company so I had the whole unit replaced in Aug with the other company. Now 9 months later the are contacting me about an unpaid bill. Any paperwork I had with them I did not keep as I have a whole different unit and they are telling me I have to provide proof of payment. I have never know a plumbing company that bills you, payment is ALWAYS made at time of service. Don't know what they are trying to pull, but I am not paying AGAIN. Beware of this company.

We live across from a park and the servicemen parked completely on the grass, digging in deep ruts 6 feet in to the city park. We asked them politely to move their vehicles, but they did not. When we asked again, they asked my roommate whether he wanted to take it outside. Not only unprofessional, but rude and violent.

I had a great experience with T-Mark this morning. I bought my house a few years ago and it came with a central air unit installed. The first summer here we noticed that the air was not really cold. I called a different company to come out and take a look at it. I paid them for a tuneup then they charged me out the wazoo for an air filter that I could have gotten at Home Depot. He then told me I needed 8 or 9 pounds of coolant at a cost of $89 per pound. Needless to say we bought fans that year. Fast forward to this year. I came across a Groupon for T-Mark for a tune up and inspection of the AC unit. It cost me $24 after Groupon coupon code so why not. My appointment was for noon today but the tech called and asked if he could come earlier which worked out great for me. He was very friendly, quick, and efficient. We had an issue last year with the unit leaking in the basement so I asked him about it. He said it was because the drain tube was bent so he quickly flipped some things around so the tube could drain out properly, no charge. He let me know that the unit was a little low on coolant but we were fine to get through this year. Of course that scared me because of the past estimate I was given. To my surprise he told me it would be about $112 for the amount I needed and that's just because the prices are high this year. He anticipated them going down next year but said I needed less than a pound right now. When I told him the estimate I had been give before he was floored and told me the whole unit only holds 4-5 pounds so now way I needed the 8-9 pounds that I was told before. Finding good honest people for home repairs can be difficult so I was definitely pleased. I deducted one star because it took around 3 weeks to get an appointment for my Groupon service.

Our water tank started leaking on Thursday. We called T-Mark and a technician came to assess our problem within the hour! We needed a new hot water tank and a pipe repaired as well. The appointment was set for Friday (the next day) Two young gentlemen arrived at the time expected. I received text notification before they got here and within a short couple of hours all my problems were solved. The technicians were friendly, professional, clearly experienced and very happy to explain what they did and what our expectations should be going forward. The price was reasonable and I am very, very happy with this excellent company and excellent technicians. We are T-Mark customers for life now!!

FIVE STARS!!!!!
Had an issue with my furnace, and a serviceman showed up to the house within 2 hours of my outreach call to the company. Of course everything always goes wrong on weekends (or holidays), but despite it being a holiday weekend T-Mark was reliable and showed up in a timely manner.

Jeff B. was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional about the job. Had the furnace back up and running within a half hour!
A++++ Customer Service ----
would HIGHLY RECOMMEND T-Mark Heating & Cooling to anyone with HVAC needs!
Good people. Thank you Jeff B. and T-Mark Heating & Cooling!

When our sump pump died a sudden death in October, my husband called T-Mark and they sent someone over that very day. The new sump pump was installed the very next day. They did an excellent job with the install.
The only downside was the price.

Pricey and not helpful. We paid for almost no work. A plumber who is afraid to plumb, that's a new one.

Had an appointment today on 6/6 between 10:30-1200pm and even called to confirm that appointment at 10:30am today. I was told they would be here. No call no show. I called them at 2:45pm and was told the salesman called my phone and my wife's phone and no one answered so they went to the next appointment. This just straight lied they never called anyone. Unfortunate because we are purchasing a new furnace and a/c unit to be installed. If they lie to you before they get your money what will they do after they get it? Horrible service and company and just lost a sale. We are just happy we found out before giving them money.

I was the right lane entering from Main St., Buffalo onto the 33 at 4:45 today. The ramp onto the 33 has two lanes. The left is coming from the 198 and the right is coming from Humboldt Parkway. They eventually merge into one. I was in a tiny 2 seater Miata. My lane was moving at about 15 miles and hour, while the left lane was inching alone. A big T-Mark Plumber Truck decides to have some road rage about the fact there were two lanes and his wasn't moving. He stuck the front end of his truck into my lane in an attempt to stop me from passing him. As I veered around his front end, now sticking into my lane he hit the gas, in an attempt to force me into the concrete wall. From what I could see reading backwards in the mirror the license plate was something like 54239-M5 or 5A239-M5. You might want to have a conversation with your employees about having road rage while operating a company vehicle. Luckily I have descent reflexes ad wasn't killed.

They were clean and professional.

They were actually dedicated to NOT making us spend more money.

We got a drain rebuilt at a very reasonable price. Most of all, we didn't feel like they had taken advantage of, or taken us for a ride. Not to mention their work has a warranty.

We will actually be contacting them for a quote to rip out our remaining plumbing and will also hire them for the bathroom remodel when we get there.

It doesn't hurt to get a quote, at a minimum.
