Absolutely, hands down the best plumber and one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Jodie, office manager, is on top of everything.  Every phone call is returned promptly.  I manage a large museum-lots of plumbing-and Consolidated Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with.  And I've been working with them for years.  Never a disappointment.  Can't say enough nice things about this company.

Con: They said that they would send me a quote the day after seeing the issue but I have yet to receive anything and I've reached out a least a couple times.

Pro - They were very responsive at first.

Highly recommend!!! Patrick replaced our sump pump after basement flooding and was able to come within an hour of when I first reached out. He even went to get another part to make sure the overflowing doesn't happen again. We are so grateful!! Trustworthy and friendly. We will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Z PlumberZ for their excellent and professional customer service and quality workmanship. So pleased to have found a company that I can trust and count on. Already have them lined up for some additional work.

We had an ongoing leak from our second floor bathroom through the ceiling on the first floor.  I appreciated that Welter communicated about what he would do to diagnose the problem, to appropriately set the expectations of the work.  During the process, at each turn he would take the time to explain what he had done, what he had found and what he recommended for a resolution.  I was very happy with the work he did and for the recommendations he provided.  While I certainly do not want any plumbing problems in the future, I would look to hire Welter, again, to get them resolved.

Bill did an exemplary job. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. His customer service is second to none. He took excellent care of our furnace and addressed all of our concerns. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

Today Phil from Green Energy came over to work on our central air conditioning system. He was thorough, checked out every possible problem and then gave us his recommendations. He took excellent notes on his work and concerns. The cool air is flowing again and we are hoping that his efforts will solve our problems. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!

They showed up at 7:00 AM to do an estimate, saying I had confirmed on Yelp. I had only told them I would be home in the morning. I never heard back so hired someone else. He insisted I had confirmed, and when I said that I had hired someone else already, he became all sarcastic.

They came quickly, did a really nice job of tuning up my air conditioner, and charged a very reasonable price. Technician took COVID precautions. What more can you ask? Flawless experience.

Very professional in setting up a last minute appointment and the visit was painless. He knew exactly what he needed to do and needed little guidance from me (I was on calls and couldn't help much). Installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a couple faulty shutoff valves and even worked with my management company to get access to the shutoff valves for the building. I've found my go-to plumber.

Stupid water heater stopped producing hot water.  Called Baker-Elman and they came in just a couple hours.  The plumber was very businesslike.  He got straight to work and replaced the control unit.  Would definitely call them again for any future work.  No complaints here!

Very responsive, coming out in a couple days for some non-emergency work.  Brandon and Louie were very professional, communicated the scope of work and cost, got their parts, and gott'er done!

I don't get how this company has all great reviews! We have gas leak in one of the pipes. After reading all these positive reviews we called Gomes plumbing heating and cooling. We left 2 voicemails and two days later no response!!! In the second voicemail we asked the guy to at least call us back even if they can't take care of the issue, at least to let us know that they are busy or something. No response! Don't waste your time. They don't care. Gas leak is the serious issue but not for these guys I guess!

100% recommend! Immediate response time, booked service for next day. Lowest price for new water heater. Couldn't have asked for more. Very nice and personable during service.

A genuine professional.  Tony is awesome.  I've called him a few times now and he is responsive, prompt and on-time.  His work is thorough and professional in every aspect.  Not cheap but reasonably priced considering he arrives with his years of experience, expertise and tools to get the job done.  I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Though you may receive good service, you will pay through the roof, and then if you seek feedback on why the cost is so high, the owner will yell at you and berate you.  

The service provided by Andrew Fodera, the plumber who provided my service was great. He was on time, respectful, answered questions and very helpful. However, you will pay through the roof for the service.  Andrew came to my home twice for no more than an hour each time to assist with a leaky kitchen faucet and continuously running toilet.  I was informed I needed to replace the kitchen faucet and he adjusted the chain in the tank and tightened some bolts.  Andrew returned to install a new kitchen faucet that I had already purchase.  The total for the two visits $791.96.

Feeling this was very high for two hours of work, I contacted Ron Pescatore to inquire about the bill and understand the charges. Only to have him yell at me on the phone and ask me repeatedly what I thought his time is worth.  I indicated that I expected to pay a reasonable hourly rate, but am very surprised at 2 hours of time for the work provided totaled nearly $400 an hour.  He continued to yell over the phone about the cost of his trucks and time to drive to my home stating more than an hour to drive each way.

Be advised, you are paying for labor, owners time to coordinate, drive time and god knows what else.  I take responsibility for not getting a cost estimate prior, I have learned my lesson.

I will pay my bill, but I would recommend that no one hire this company, given the high prices and the treatment you may receive from the owner if you reach out to better understand the cost.  Just know that with this company, you will pay through the roof for basic plumbing needs.

The worst company I have ever worked with. They do not stand behind their workmanship and would not come back to finish the job without charging me. Would NEVER use them again.

We were in dire need of a plumber and couldn't find anyone to come and help us (commercial).  Called them on a Thursday and they were in first thing Monday morning and took care of all our issues (spent a few days with us).  They asked what needed priority and repaired everything correctly the FIRST time!!!    Had an emergency called them - and as busy as they were - they took care of our problem on the same day.  Workmen were wonderful.  We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

This is a WARNING review.

ANYONE who would use this company should be prepared to pay an insane amount of money for extra useless work that you will not need; something I like to call a Scam. Here is my story...

Had a problem with our shower called up to get a quote. We were told that they would have to open the wall, find a part, shut this, turn on that, etc. It would take a couple of hours and water would have to be shut down, at a price of $1150. I am not experienced in this field so i believed what they said. I must say, the plumber that came to our house was very nice, put on boot covers and all, so I almost sighed up for them to come back and fix it. (By the way, Allen also charged us $50 just to come make a house call.)  

Decided to get another local small business plumber to come and give us a second opinion. He fixed our problem, installed the parts we needed  and the shower worked perfectly. Want to guess how much he charged us?

Just about 86% LESS then ALLEN quoted us, 165 dollars TOTAL, (one hundred and sixty five dollars; VERY FAR from one THOUSAND one hundred and fifty) and he was out in an hour. Did NOT have to shut the water, did NOT have to open up the wall,, did NOT charge a $50 consult fee, and did NOT have to waste 3-4 hours of my day like Allen had told me it would take. Just had to buy a single small part.

I am not one to go and write reviews of companies on websites, as this is my first ever. I was just so disgusted in this company that i had to warn anyone thinking about calling them, unless of course you want to pay beefed up prices like I ALMOST did.

Also, i see a couple of 5 star reviews... i am not reluctant to say that either these people know someone in Allen, or they just paid whatever price they were given without a second opinion. They probably do great work but they are a joke when it comes to pricing
