Every time we have contact with this company and their staff we are happy.  They are friendly, competent, professional and customer oriented.    Today was just a simple AC servicing with Sean, but in the past we have had major systems installed, plumbing repairs, hot water heaters replaced.   Always the same, friendly, competent, professional and customer oriented.   Cannot recommend them enough.

Once again, a job very well done by Plumb Professionals.  I rarely write reviews, but this company - and service manager Michael West in particular - has responded promptly, reliably and professionally over the past year+ to a variety of plumbing issues, from toilets to sinks to water heater. I respect them as honest brokers, always clear in outlining work that is essential now vs. work that may save further trouble down the road, and leaving it up to me to decide - no hard sell.  They stand by their work, are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them!

I contacted Sean to diagnose and fix an issue with my HVAC; it suddenly stopped working during 90+ degree weather.  Bottom line: They're very responsive, they get the job done, and the pricing seems fair.  Highly recommended.

Mr. Carlton was superb! We reached out to Exceptional Plumber when we felt we were being ripped off by a national brand company known world -wide and for the sake of not being sued in this sue happy country of ours, I will not mention their name, yet I wish I could. The company name being with a L and end with the Plumber. Exceptional Plumber came and did the job for far less than the plumber we called, wanted for to do the job. The other company wanted almost one thousand dollars and then wanted to sell us a new toilet. Way to do business. Not Exceptional Plumber. Mr. Carlton told us what the price would be up front and did an exceptional job to the point that when he was finish, we were surprised it did not take long and the toilet is running like new. We are about to bring them back to do another job in our other bathroom. Thank You Exceptional Plumber for placing consumer confidence back in the plumbing business.

So we went with another highly rated company on yelp originally and when they came out they gave me a quote and said that it would be another week before they could actually fix my issues. The quote was insanely high, to the point I felt like they were ripping off this little lady.

I got an estimate via Yelp from Donzelle and I asked if he could come. There were a couple more follow up questions in an effort for him to dial in the quote even more and to make sure he brought the correct fixtures.

He was able to fix the leak pretty quickly - but didn't bring the correct fixtures (my fault). He came the next day though to finish the job. Also, he fixed my loose toliet seat that I've been too lazy to fix, as well as giving me some maintance tips to keep my tankless water heater working.

I've had big time plumbers come through and I've had small companies come through. But Donelle is my go to plumber from now on. He was polite, efficient, gave me a fair price, and was a stand up guy. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

We are in the midst of remodeling an office space. We have plumbing fixtures that we were not going to use for the business at all. DJ came out gave us an estimate of the work we needed to be done. He was prompt and very professional. He gave us options on what we could do to save us money. Which was a bonus for us since we are a new business trying to get up and running and on a tight budget. DJ came out the next day and did an excellent job on the plumbing work that we needed done. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

I reached out to get under sink repairs. I got a quick response. They were flexible with my schedule and limited availability and were even able to come after work to complete the repairs. They did better than I was expecting and the price was reasonable.

We needed our garbage disposal replaced. Mathew responded quickly and was willing to work with us on the price! Out of the five local companies we quoted his price was the best! He kept us apprised on his arrival time and finished the job quickly and professionally. We will definitely be using him for all future jobs!!!!

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck, and replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom.
The first three quotes were from high end remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive plan of attack from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated.
Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the high end contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials.
First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation.
After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom.
The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate.
As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house.
They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done.  They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed.
I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you.

As first time homeowners, we cannot recommend Jorge and the team at Drainworks highly enough. We moved into a new home at start of year and twice now they have bailed us out on issues that have come up to the point that we no longer bother with our home warranty. You can't put a price on trustworthiness. The prices are more than reasonable and you can feel comfortable that you are in good hands.

I reached out to Sila to get an annual AC and heat tune up for my unit over the weekend and they called me back on Monday to set up a time for the same week. Carlos Reed was the technician who came out to service my unit. He was super professional and explained everything that he was doing along the way, which was really helpful.

Warning: I spent the last two weeks without air conditioning, so you may not want to trust my opinion.

My old system was complete crap. It broke every time we went on vacation and this latest time, was pretty much beyond repair. After shopping around, I decided to replace my AC and furnace from Snell and snag the tax credit. I went with them for a couple reasons, among them was because I didn't get the used car salesmen I was expecting. My options were explained clearly, including how to save money if I didn't plan to stay in house.

The install guys were so nice, I wanted to punch them and offer a reminder that no one in the Mid-Atlantic is that pleasant. They greeted me, were exceedingly polite, explained everything I could ever possibly want to know about the new system, rewired a previous botched install of our humidifier, wrote all the model numbers on one piece of paper to make warranty registration easier and baked a batch of cookies. Okay, they didn't bake me cookies... but I bet they would have if I asked nicely.

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Spending that much cash on home repair is never an easy pill to swallow, but at least working with Snell gives it a chocolate coating to make it go down easier.

JT was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate for the work we needed done - my townhouse if more than 40 years old, so there is a lot of work.  He came back a few days later and finished everything that needed to get done - all new piping under my kitchen sink, installed new faucet, repaired toilets, hooked up ice maker, worked quickly, and I'm extremely pleased with the results.   Everyone has been very professional but very friendly.

I had them come out for a leaking spigot. They were able to come the next day, and got the job done quickly. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Everything seems to have been done right, and they took excellent care of the property. The tech did a great job. The estimate they gave me was basically right, time and materials ended up being within 10% of what they quoted. They'll be my first call next time I need plumbing help!

Many issues with a recent whole house repipe. I was recommended pex which was not a choice i would have made on my own. I wanted copper but was told pex would save me on drywall repair. More on that later. The workers were great guys. Showed up on time and completed the pipe work on budget. There are issues with the work though. First off they were cutting the drywall with hand saws rather than spinning saw. Makes for longer completion time and sloppier cuts. They did not cut stud to stud they just cut holes that are uneven. Even after asking for them to square the holes off they were still very sloppy. This adds to drywalling time. Now for the really bad. They removed an entire ceiling in my home in the laundry room unnecessarily. The drywaller told me that it could have been done with a small hole. Before they left i pointed out my dissatisfaction with the missing ceiling and would not sign off on the work as satisfactory. Now for the awful. The owner of the company then went on a tirade on the phone and with more than 10 emails in less than a day threatening me with the sheriff telling me i was berating him telling me this was personal because i would not sign off on work without getting my drywaller to look first to estimate the damage. Mind you i paid less than 24 hours after the work was completed. They sent me an invoice with pictures of the work that showed all areas except for the ceiling. The owner agreed to give me a $300 credit toward the cost of drywall repair if i would sign off on the work and threatened to rescind this offer if i did not accept it without consulting the drywaller first. He was very unprofessional and heated for no good reason. Ive been told by this drywaller that the actual replacement cost of that ceiling will be $1400 and that his company does the same work eg whole house repipe with pex for the exact same amount they did it for but they replace the drywall as they go for no extra charge. Very upset that they only sent out 2 guys to do the work one who seemed to be training and that i am ending up spending an extra 2-3000 dollars on this job unnecessarily. I hope this review saves others the time money and headache that i am having to deal with.
*UPDATE* Look in the comments for photographic proof that they removed too much drywall. The invoice sent to me on the 10th reflects a $300 credit for additional drywall removal. The invoice he has pictured is the one I received the next day, after paying $7512. And a warrant in debt was filed less than 1 week after I paid this company that amount of money. All I asked for was time to get a second opinion on the work. I have had to deal with this litigation for over a year because they hired a lawyer to sue me for $300. Yes, you read that correctly. I paid this company $7512 on the day the work was completed and less than 1 week later I was served a warrant in debt from the sheriff. Yes, this company has been suing me for that $300 for over a year and hired a lawyer who is trying to collect over $4000 in attorney's fees as well.  Yes, all of this is after acknowledging that they removed too much drywall.
