Needed a light switch replaced in a bathroom that gets a lot of traffic in the house and is pitch black without the light.  Although not a big job, was able to get a same-day appt.  The guys showed up  on time, were very nice, and worked quickly.  Good job. I will use Reddick again.

Got an estimate and scheduled very quickly on a Sunday, and came out the next day.

Sean and Adam replaced my old water heater and did a great job. They had a few curve balls with the setup in my home, but were able to solve the problems and get everything running properly in just a couple of hours.  They also did my AC coil while they were here, after noticing it needed a cleaning and did good work.

Great service, friendly, and professional. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.

My family and just returned from vacation last night to discover we had no hot water. I went through the yelp find a business and Kahlid responded within 15 mins and was able to come out to the house within 2 hours! He was able to fix the issue and we are good to go. He was very Courteous and even showed me how to fix the issue if it ever arises again. I definitely recommend Get it Right Services .

Will and Joey showed up and time and were polite and professional.  They explained the what the issue was with the prior installation that another plumber had done and did a great job.  

Their price was reasonable (it's always more than I expect) but the service was good so it was worth it.

I've been screwed over by many contractors as a Virginia resident of only 2 years.  The experience with Plumb Professionals was so good I felt like I needed to write this review, and I've never done this.

Leo and his partner (I'm sorry I forgot your name) were excellent.  Because of the Memorial Day weekend no other company (Home Depot, Lowe's and even the smaller ones) could fit me until after Tuesday, May 31, 2016.  My water heater failed on May 27.

Leo was available the day my water heater failed (arrived at 5pm, Friday, May 27, 2016) and quickly diagnosed the issue (12 year old water heater finally died).  Before he did anything I was impressed on how clean he was down to the boot covers he wore slipped on prior to entering my home.  Leo patiently went over the options with me, and I ultimately decided to replace the water heater tank and a few other parts.  

Within 24 hours (3:30pm, Saturday, May 28, 2016) Leo arrived with his partner to replace a water heater, outdoor hose bib, and another plumbing item that wasn't properly pressurizing the home plumbing system.  He and his partner covered my wood floors and promptly went to work while answering any questions that I had.  Within a few hours they were done, cleaned up and everything worked even better than before.  I had friends over 30 minutes later, and they couldn't even tell a contractor had been there.

I have finally found a contractor that can be trusted.  Take it from someone who has been screwed over many, many times.  If you have a plumbing issue then don't hesitate to call Leo Rowitz at Plumb Professionals.

He's there when you need him. He's responsive and communicative. He removed bottom cabinet from my kitchen and helped installing compact wash and dryer machine. All with excellent quality work. I am very happy with it.

All I have to say is that Ramon saved my marriage!! My wonderful husband can't change a light bulb (ok, maybe it's a tiny exaggeration) so Ramon is more than a handyman, he became part of our family, helping us with every single work at our new house just as he did at our former house. He is very knowledgeable, professional and he does everything with a big smile and a can do attitude. We are fortunate to have met him!

Bill is #1. I was lucky enough to get next day service,  since he was in the area. After running the washer in my new home, the sewage backed up into the 1st floor drains. What a pain.  Bill showed up and provided service and information for what was occurring and how to move forward with the issue. Highly recommended.

Ruach Home Services, and its owner, Tony Harvey, did an outstanding job remediating a long-neglected black mold problem in my basement and entry hall.  I first hired him to take care of mold that had grown on the vaulted ceiling in my hallway.  He and his very professional staff removed the drywall from the ceiling and other affected areas, treated the mold, then replaced the drywall and repainted disturbed areas.  I could not tell there had ever been a problem.  Although Tony counseled that I should have my basement checked for mold, I delayed.  Later, after another basement flood, with the basement mold spreading, I called him again for help.  He came immediately, drained the water, and assessed the mold situation, which was extreme.  He and his staff took care of getting a dumpster, removing furniture and other stuff from my basement, and waiting for me to decide what to save and what to trash.  In the end, he had to remove all of the drywall from the basement.   When he saw what was behind the drywall, he advised me that I should consult a foundation and waterproofing expert due to unusual features of my foundation.   Bottom line:  I feel very lucky to have had Tony and Ruach  tackle my problem.  They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and fair.  Big plus:  Tony is a licensed contractor, and experienced in many construction fields (important to me), and all of his workers are extremely pleasant to work with.

I am a native Washingtonian, and my family previously had used and liked Thomas E Clark for over 20 years.  In particular, the technician named Jason is stellar.

Their admin staff and scheduling has recently gone through the tubes, and they are not worth the hassle.  I recently placed multiple calls, emails, etc both during office hours and during off hours over a four week period to request an appointment with Jason.  In spite of spending a lot of time repeating the story and my request, they failed to ever contact me.  The people who pick up the phone fail to identify themselves, but are actually dispatchers who are utterly clueless and inept.

A couple of weeks ago, and only after voicing my complaints, the dispatchers finally put me directly through the HVAC dept, and they scheduled an appointment with me between 8-9 AM this morning this AM.  He failed to show up, and after multiple wait times with the dispatcher and my members of the HVAC staff, I ultimately spoke with an exceptionally unprofessional rude person by the name of Mike Hartmann.  He is rude, horrible, and terrible.  As a result, I will never even bother with Thomas E Clark in the future.

I got Sean's phone number from another plumber that could not respond to my emergency, Sean answered the phone and was able to come to my business the next day at the time he said he would. He took a look at the situation and got the problem fixed quickly. There was one mishap when his snake cracked the tank cover of the toilet but he ordered and delivered a replacement two days later. I highly recommend Sean and No Limit Plumbing.

Mahon Plumbing did an excellent job. They were very responsive. When our water heater got fried on Easter Sunday  night during the COVID19 crisis, they were the very first to respond. Chris immediately dispatched his technician. Mike took care of the burnt panel and the leak and recommended the tank replaced. The following morning, the crew (Shane and Ray) replaced the tank. The whole transaction was very smooth. We will definitely call again for any plumbing work. Thank you!

I called Clover quick as my stellar countertop folks ripped out my disposer and faucet leaving me high and dry. Clover responded quickly, honored my yelp coupons, and sent Tom H., the miracle worker to save the day. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

I had a serious leak from my kitchen sink and the toilet in my basement was giving me problems. I tried calling several plumbers and no one would call me back! I called Burch and he came the same day on a Friday night at 6:30 p.m. He was honest about what the problems were and he fixed them both within an hour. He even asked me where there any other little things that needed fixing around my house. This company is a one-stop-shop! I will definitely be using them in the spring to install my irrigation system.  I am so happy that I discovered this company and will be using them again in the future for everything!

Submitted a service request (via online submission form) April 29th. The first date they can come out and perform maintenance? JUNE 12. No way. For those keeping score, that's over 6 weeks (SIX WEEKS) to perform a routine checkup of an HVAC unit. Don't waste your time if you're a new customer, look elsewhere.
