Tech was on time and very professional. Inspection was thorough and we felt we were being given trustworthy/honest feedback and recommendations on our two units.

Terrible.  Emailed -- no response.  Called the office and spoke with an individual who said someone else would call me back -- never called me back.  Texted another plumber -- apparently he retired and turned over his business to this company.   Texter identified themselves as being from Staton and said they would call me after a certain time -- but no return call.  When I texted that I was done with their non-responsiveness I received a call.  Had an appointment for today -- 4 hour window for them to look at the current water heater and give me an estimate for replacing with a tankless water heater -- NEVER SHOWED and NEVER COMMUNICATED.  I have no idea how these guys got good ratinsg based upon their complete lack of responsiveness.  Absolutely will send people another direction and not recommend these folks.

My family and just returned from vacation last night to discover we had no hot water. I went through the yelp find a business and Kahlid responded within 15 mins and was able to come out to the house within 2 hours! He was able to fix the issue and we are good to go. He was very Courteous and even showed me how to fix the issue if it ever arises again. I definitely recommend Get it Right Services .

We needed a hot water heater removed and a new one installed.  Very fair, flat price for the services.  Kind, knowledgeable, friendly service!  I would highly recommend this business!

Requested a quote and paid $49, got an estimate only for things I didn't ask for. The extremely rule woman Missy who answers the phone repeatedly tells me the fee was waived despite us having a record of the payment and that another estimate will cost another $49. SCAM.

David was great and would definitely hire again for other services. We needed our faucet changed and he was fast to respond, courteous and professional. We were able to make an appointment quickly and he was efficient once he came.

David came to our home to discuss installation of a water filtration system for our kitchen. Instead of simply selling me what I asked about, he interviewed me about the load the system would handle and about skin/hair health and water use in general. We purchased a home water filtration system instead so that our laundry, cooking, and bathing have the benefit of high-quality water. This is important because we drink a lot of tea and coffee through our instant hot water system, and lots of plain water, so clean water and ice was important. We also cook 98% of the meals we cook so again, healthy water is key. Lastly, my husband and 85 year-old mother had skin sensitivities before the home water filtration system installation, but no longer.  And, I felt like the price--installation labor and materials--was fair. We've loved the system the two years we've had it. David recommended we set a calendar reminder for filter changing. The company is coming out soon to do that for us. Looking forward to having them and appreciate the enhanced quality of living David has provided with his expertise.

I had a sewage pipe backup which caused a real mess on the Saturday after Christmas. Melissa was wonderful and Kirk was here within hours to snake the pipe and educate me on why this happened and what had to be done next. Melissa even called me on Sunday to make sure everything was ok. I LOVE this company!!

Our HVAC system was leaking. Clover sent someone to check out the situation quickly and the technician recommended a whole system replacement. I felt like he was making the recommendation genuinely, and he explained his reasoning. I asked for a quote for a new system and mentioned I wanted a baseline model. I received a quote later that evening, and it seemed fair for what I was getting.

They came a few days later and replaced the system in one day. They were accommodating of my schedule. Our technician was Ronan, and he was fantastic. He really made sure everything was right throughout the process. He had great attention to detail and was considerate. He even thought to ask me about whether I had extra wall paint since the new thermostat was smaller than the old one and showed the old paint. While we did have some paint, we also have a newborn and I knew I wouldn't get around to painting around the new thermostat. Ronan asked if I wanted a wider thermostat base instead. He installed the wider thermostat base for us so the old paint was covered. This is just one example of the thought and consideration he put into his work and customer service.

I would use them again for sure. My only complaint would be that I wish the install could have been scheduled sooner, but they were already booked up.

We had an emergency drain problem.  Jerry came the day we called and provided excellent service!  He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and courteously.  We will definitely use 703 Plumbers again.  Jerry is a great representative of the company.

Brice Langford of OHA Heating and Air just rebuilt our 16-year-old gas fireplace.  He performed an OUTSTANDING job, he's a very professional and respectful young man. We will definitely be calling OHA and requesting Brice for our future fireplace and HVAC needs. Thanks, Brice!!!

Cardinal was the only one willing to come out on a Sunday for my hot water heater. Nick the technician was great. Super personable and professional. He was on time or even early (when early gave me a call to confirm it was ok!). I was scheduled for the next day first thing in the morning. He came prepared for a very challenging install. Prices seem reasonable for the area. Emails with picture of technician and when they were heading out sent out were a nice touch.

My rental property had a bad main drain backup in DC and I'm so happy I found these guys. They were able to come out same day and their price was extremely competitive.  I recommend 10/10!

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

Did not check operation of humidifier, which I thought should have been included.
Did not document test results:
Discovered weak blower capacitor, but without documentation, unable to verify.
Claimed pressure switch to be defective, but without documentation, cannot be confirmed.
Subsequent internet research says technician should have used manometer.  However, results of any manometer readings were not documented.  I do not know if tests were performed both before and after changing the filter, which may be all that was needed.
No service club membership program was offered.

be very careful.  I had a service call on a blower that was under warrentee - I informed the tech that the unit was new and should be covered.  He told me it was not and the part was $650.00  I called the office to inquire and sure enough it was now under wanrrentee and the cost was now $325.00.  I called another company and they came right over and the cost to repair was ONLY $15.  THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.....
