Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Washington DC

Scheduled an annual air conditioner inspection and wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I've used Reddick and Sons. Sean performed the inspection and happily answered my questions without trying to sell any unnecessary services which some companies may try to do. I plan to use them again for future work.

Bob and Kur were very helpful and proactive plumbers. They resolved my garbage disposal issue quickly and were responsive and proactive communicators. I would definitely call them again.

I booked an appointment for regular HVAC maintenance. Tyler was my technician, and he was great. He was very thorough, and he explained what he was checking as he worked and taught me some things about how my unit works. He identified an issue or two that will need to be fixed in the next year, told me the cost and gave me a sense of how long I could wait so I have a little time to budget. He's also friendly and chill. I had a great experience with him, and would definitely recommend.

I used to prefer hiring solo practitioners for home repair issues.  But now I've changed my mind.  We moved into an older house a few years ago, and we've had occasion to call Thomas E. Clark three times in the past year or so, initially for an A/C problem and then twice recently for plumbing issues.  I called them the first time because we have an unusual A/C system; the plumbing issues were also significant, not simple toilet or faucet repairs.  Each time, Clark was able to send a technician quickly, and that technician was fully competent and efficient.  They diagnosed and fixed the problems and charged a fair price.  What more could you want?  

I will not hesitate to call Thomas E. Clark again.

Accidentally hired them for $49 AC inspection. Not recommend this $49 service because it only inspection not includes any other mainteuance service.  Snell Heating & Cooling may be performed better service if I paid them with more $$(?). Anyway, I was not happy...:( and not sure what the tech recommended me to change the whole HVAC/Heating unit. It costs me between $10k and $18K. So I hired  another HVAC tech (from RES Cooling & Heating) next day and pay $99 for complete maintenance & repair includes HVAC inspection. Excellent service from RES. The HVAC unit is now in good condition and do not need spend $10K.

And another tech from RES took care of my HVAC/Heating unit and recommended optional service before summer (only cost me $180).

Twice I've had issues with the sole toilet in my apartment and twice W.L. Staton has come out and saved the day. This most recent time they came out 20 minutes after I called and were very professional, fast and efficient in fixing the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again if I had any other plumbing related issue.

We were so happy to have Michael from Plumb Professionals out to hook up the water line to our new fridge. He took care of the problem quickly and was professional And friendly. Always great service!

Great company and even better employees!! The man who owns and runs the business, Sean, is amazing. He's so helpful and professional. I know nothing about HVAC but was curious about what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it so Sean took the time to explain it to me so I understood exactly what needed to be done. He even gave me the best price I found anywhere else and he was 1 of 7 companies I got an estimate from! My family and just returned from vacation last night to discover we had no hot water. I went through the yelp find a business and Kahlid responded within 15 mins and was able to come out to the house within 2 hours! He was able to fix the issue and we are good to go. Muhammad came out and accessed the issue of my sink faucet very quickly. A few days later he came back and installed the new faucet in record time. It looks great and works perfect. He also took the time to check on an issue I was having with shower. I will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing needs and appreciate the quick responses. Wore mask and removed shoes at door.

I called on a Monday morning and left a message. He called back later in the day and we discussed my plumbing problems. He said he would stop by later in the day or on the next day but, after two weeks, I haven't seen or heard from him. I guess he's too busy to take care of my problems.

Donzelle was awesome.  We had an emergency plumbing situation (backup flowing up through my tenant's shower drain...pretty gross), and Donzelle was the first person to respond to my requests.  His communication was excellent throughout, his prices were fair, and he responded immediately.  He was also able to work with the tenant to find a time that worked best for everybody for follow-up work.  He didn't try to upsell or pressure us based on the situation and his quality of work was fantastic.  Sent pictures and updates throughout, cleaned up, and my tenant also reported that he was very satisfied.  Super professional, 5 stars.

This a business that I would highly recommend.  I have used this business for several of my plumbing needs.  The response time was remarkable.  When they showed up, they were prompt, knowledge and gave real time estimates for the completion of the work.  Having contractors show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to complete a job with leaving no question unanswered is very important to me.  I have always been satisfied with the work completed.  Finding a reliable company to complete jobs can be difficult but when you find one, you treat it as gold, and DJ's pluming is that company that a value :o)  You won't be disappointed.

This company is so awesome! I own a home in Alexandria, VA but live in hawaii. So when my tenants had a few issues with broken doors, and old faucets, Richard responded within minutes and trended to these issues within a day! He is efficient, quick, easy to contact and pay and affordable. Great company!

Mathugh was a very knowledgeable plumber and I am glad he was able to make it out on the same day which I requested. Out of the five quotes I received, he responded quickly and provided a great price. My dishwasher issue was promptly resolved and fixed to the standard and codes as it should have been previously. My condo does not so good workmanship. I'll definitely be using Mathugh again!

I'm very glad I found this company on Yelp. They came to fix our garbage disposal the same day I called them.  They didn't over charge and they explained everything.  Jorge and Robert were very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing and heating issues.
