I knew this was going to work out great, the second Leo responded to my Yelp request for plumbing. It was a Saturday, and I didn't expect anyone to reply, let alone within 10 minutes. I called Sunday morning, and arranged for a visit on Tuesday.

The real star here was Billy. He not only arrived on time, but was here 2 hours early and even placed a complimentary call to ask if he could come early. When he arrived, he explained everything to me in full detail, and even gave me tips like how to flush my water heater to prevent black water build up. I was not upsold on anything, and there was nothing fishy going on here, just a professional doing a superb job. Billy did a lot of work in both of my bathrooms, in a very short timespan, and his experience definitely showed in the quality of work done. I will be going back to Plumb Professionals for ALL my plumbing needs moving forward, as I am a new owner of a condo, and I was very nervous about finding a good plumber -- it's nice to know that need is put to bed. Thank you so much Billy for being a great person, and knowing your craft so well, you made my day.

Had a refrigerator leak which ruined my laminate flooring and had mold damage to the wall and cabinets. Tony and his team did fantastic work for the water mitigation and fixing the damage. Tony was very responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. Will definitely be using this company for any (hopefully minor) future repairs!

Disappointing.  After doing plumbing work, they reported that both my hot water heater AND my furnace would not turn back on.  After spending a long time to figure it out without success, they broke the glass window out and lit it by hand, leaving an open hole with a flame behind it.  This visit cost $1100 and they didn't get to the hole in the drain line I had first called about which still leaked.  The next day, their furnace expert charged another $69 to clean and inspect and announce my furnace's mercury switch had died and I needed a completely new furnace for $6700-7300.  (Both it and the water heater were fine before their visit.)  

In the end, I fixed the furnace myself by simply vacuuming a piece of rust out of the pilot light nozzle that was apparently interfering with it.  And the alleged mercury switch?  It and the furnace are working just fine again.

What's worse, I called to get credit for the furnace visit, wrote a long email that same day explaining why, and mailed a letter a week later....all without a call back or response of any kind.  This tells me alot about their interest in customer concerns.

It also makes me wonder how many old ladies and homeowners who are unable to inspect their own furnaces end up getting up sold new equipment that wasn't really necessary.  

One last thing...I called my furnace manufacturer.  They were surprised at the price quoted.  They noted that their distributer sells a replacement unit with the same exact venting valve configuration as mine (making installation very simple) for $1995 delivered.  This puts the $7300 quote in perspective.

As a realtor walking buyers through the home inspection process, JF Plumbing has been a valuable resource as well as a great company to provide corrective action.  Often times a small plumbing repair timely done results in significant savings.    Always available and timely, I highly recommend JF Plumbing.

I called on a Monday morning and left a message. He called back later in the day and we discussed my plumbing problems. He said he would stop by later in the day or on the next day but, after two weeks, I haven't seen or heard from him. I guess he's too busy to take care of my problems.

This company is so awesome! I own a home in Alexandria, VA but live in hawaii. So when my tenants had a few issues with broken doors, and old faucets, Richard responded within minutes and trended to these issues within a day! He is efficient, quick, easy to contact and pay and affordable. Great company!

We are very happy with Opata Plumbing.  While visiting friends in Savage, Maryland, we were replacing an old vanity in our bathroom. We had already purchased the replacement and new new faucet but realized we needed help when one valves didn't turn off the water easily. We researched on Yelp and connected with a few plumbers with good ratings. Mathugh was responsive to my questions, reasonable in price (peace of mind with a flat rate for a tight budget project), and communicated well through the entire process.

Mathugh was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, even wore a mask during this crazy Covid time. He pointed out a leaky valve, which we were already concerned about a potential issue. Fortunately he was able to correct the issue before installing the vanity. Mathugh cleaned up his work site and removed our old vanity without us having to worry about it. He even took a moment to check out an unrelated possible gas leak at our old range top, and to educate us on the dangers of such leaks. He gave us great peace of mind after checking. We now have a plan to replace the old old gas stove top, but we also added a plan to pressure test the lines as soon as possible.

We enjoyed working with Opata Plumbing and will be calling again for additional home improvement and repair projects.  We recommend Mathugh Opata and his plumbing services. Even though the bathroom still needs an update, the new vanity makes it all more beautiful. We love our new vanity.

I got Sean's phone number from another plumber that could not respond to my emergency, Sean answered the phone and was able to come to my business the next day at the time he said he would. He took a look at the situation and got the problem fixed quickly. There was one mishap when his snake cracked the tank cover of the toilet but he ordered and delivered a replacement two days later. I highly recommend Sean and No Limit Plumbing.

After our pipe burst we called several plumbers but Mahon Plumbing were the first to follow up in a timely manner. Their plumber, Sean, was professional and efficient. He even cleaned up after finishing the work.

My experiences with Clover have been great. They have a very responsive customer service team and great HVAC and plumbing techs. They really do care about the customer experience!

Ibrahim was here in a blink to help me with a water pressure issue and fixed my shower in seconds - not an exaggeration. He explained what was wrong and promptly fixed it with no issues. I loved that he was respectful and also had his mask on. Saving his contact information for any future issues!

My AC system (split heating/cooling system) stopped blowing cold air.  I called OHA at 3 PM on a Friday.  Brendan showed up within the hour.  Before his arrival, I received a text that he was coming with a picture of him and his van (nice touch to know who's going to show up at the door).  Brendan quickly troubleshot my system, figured out the problem, and serviced the unit.  Price was fair and work was done right.  I was very impressed with OHA and I highly recommend them.  Great job!

David was very prompt.  I called late one afternoon and he scheduled a time the next morning to come fix my tenants leaky toilet and replace a valve.  He was prompt, keep me informed of his arrival time.  He explained the problem, fixed it quickly and left the space clean.  5 Stars!

From the first phone call to the timely completion of my problem, I was impressed with All American. They were able to get to me within two business days (non-emergency). They called for a reminder. They called with an update to my time window. Then the plumber himself, CJ, called to review my problem and discuss options along with how much each option would cost as I was not available at the rental house. He fixed it in less than an hour, provided me with a detailed explanation and photos via email, and I was then contacted to make my payment over the phone. It was very helpful for me being a landlord!!!

As a part of a furnace replacement, we paid an allowance for a Fairfax County Permit. No permit was ever pulled and no inspection following, but Cropp Metcalfe kept the fee.

Patrick, and his team- Steven, Alex and Pat Wolfe,  installed a tankless water heater , 3 toilets and a kitchen faucet and they were great!!  I will definitely call A Better Plumber for any future plumbing needs.
