Company snaked exterior drain at the bottom of the stairs.   Drain was clogged allowing water in to the basement door.  Property serviced is a rental and they called to speak with me once there to answer any questions and confirm the cost.  The sent a text when the tech was on his way and I could pay online.  It was a convenient and easy process.

Had a refrigerator leak which ruined my laminate flooring and had mold damage to the wall and cabinets. Tony and his team did fantastic work for the water mitigation and fixing the damage. Tony was very responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. Will definitely be using this company for any (hopefully minor) future repairs!

I called Thomas E Clark to fix my A/C after it stopped working. They offered to come the day I called (Monday) evening which was great, and asked for a $104 overtime charge rate in addition to any service provided. It seemed fair and I agreed. The person came and fixed a clogged pipe quickly. When I looked at the receipt ($~450), I noticed that I was also charged for an overtime rate on the service. So overtime charge, and then additional overtime rate which turned up to be 30% more. This I was not told. Few days later, the A/C stopped working again. So I called the same company and they said they will send someone, but again are asking for an overtime charge and an overtime rate. I agreed thinking that if they will come back to fix their work they may not charge me again. The new technician said he is diagnosing a new problem, this time with the A/C unit wiring, and will have to replace the wires. He did replace them and got the A/C running again, and charged $~600 for the service. He also recommended that in the long run I should add protection to the wires and he will send me a quote. The next day, the A/C stopped working again. When I called the company, they claimed that it is because I haven't added their wire protection and it is my fault (even though this is not something that the technician said is necessary immediately and definitely did not imply that the A/C can't work for even 24 hours without). With that approach, and while I should have insisted they come and fix the problem without charging me, I decided that enough is enough and I will take the sunk cost and call another company. The other company came the same day, fixed a completely different problem and added refrigerant all for less than 400$ and A/C is working flawlessly since. Will not call them again.

Just moved into a townhome in Silver Spring and was already having some trouble with a couple of the bathrooms. One was loose or something and leaked at the bottom onto the tile as soon as it was flushed, so that made a bit of a mess that had to be cleaned up. Another one had some deteriorating pump materials inside the tank, particularly the rubber flapper, that had come completely away from its connections and prevented the toilet bowl from refilling with water, so basically it would not flush. Put in a maintenance request for all of this to be addressed to the property manager, and within two days of putting in the request, a plumber from JF Plumbing and Heating arrived, earlier than the four-hour timeframe the company had originally indicated, and he got right to work and was done within 15 minutes. Fixed both toilets; basically the one that leaked had to have a bolt re-tightened at the bottom that holds the commode to the floor, and the other one he put in a brand new, functional rubber stopper.
I was expecting to be there at the house all morning waiting on a plumber, but he was quick and I ended up going back to work quickly. So glad they were considerate of other people's time and appreciate them for sending someone who took care of the problems. I also liked the fact that as soon as the plumber noticed all-wood flooring in the home, he tied plastic bags over his boots to ensure he tracked no moisture or mud through the home.

Extremely responsive. Extremely professional. Definitely pricey but thorough, clean excellent service. You have peace of mind things are done right.

Called C&C as a representative for a roof leak I was having.  After looking at the issue, they suggested I call the insurance (which, TBH, I had not even considered) to try and save some money... low and behold, insurance came through with half an entire roof fix!!! C&C completed the work in a timely manner at an unbeatable price with quality work.  Since then, I've also used C&C for several other handyman issues around the house, including:
- Plumbing Consultation
- Electrical Consultation/Completion
- Construction debris removal
- Ceiling Repair work

I would truly use these guys for any work around the house that needed to be done!

Matt came out and snaked my sink drain. Very prompt, efficient, and professional. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I'll be calling and requesting Matt.

It seems so hard to find reliable contractors in Baltimore. I needed a drain snaked, faucet installed, a leak fixed and washer machine hooked up. I scheduled a Saturday appointment with All Nite. They were able to come when I needed them on time and called ahead to confirm our appointment. All the work was done quickly and correctly. He was also able to check my sump pump. All Nite Sewer and Drain did it all. Their price was very reasonable and fair. When I need a plumber again, I will definitely call All Nite. They were even able to refer me to another contractor to complete other work. Go ahead and give All Nite a try. No complaints here!!!!

Bill is great. He was able to clear a pipe that was backing up and spilling out into our sink and install a water filter the same day, and we just called him in a last minute leak situation. I could not find the leak myself but he was able to and it took less than 15 minutes. Plus he's a nice guy. Highly recommended.

I have no complaints with this company. The plumber showed up on time, gave me a fair price and fixed the problem. I believe it's a small company so you may have to leave a message and he will call you back. I will use him again and recommend him to family and friends

I've used Clover four times now, for my house and for my mother's house.  I have been very happy with every aspect.  They can usually come within a day or two, they show up when they say they will be there and they do good work.  The guys have always been polite and knowledgeable and also patient with all of my questions as an aspiring DIY plumber.  For jobs I can't do myself I will always use Clover.

Had a very old master bathroom sink that was clogged and wouldn't drain in addition to the hot water supply line continuously running (so I had to turn it off underneath).  Some of the piping was old and rusted requiring some work with a saw.  Job was done well, quick and at a reasonable price.  Every effort was made to clean up and I actually think my bathroom was cleaner after they left than when they started the work.  Will definitely use again if/when needed.

Brice came to clean our gas fireplace and take a look at the associated remote used to turn it on and off and adjust gas flame levels. He did a nice job and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the part we need to fix the remote is pretty pricey, but they offered to apply some of the cleaning charge toward the replacement part so that was helpful. I highly recommend.

I didn't actually use the services of this company, so I cannot comment on the quality of their work. However, the communication is terrible. I've been in contact with David via email and telephone for weeks and he cannot find the time (after repeated requests) to look at his calendar and schedule a time to stop by for an estimate, even after I spent significant time taking and sending photos with detailed descriptions of the work needed. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and do not recommend this company. If you don't have availability, say so from the get-go rather than wasting people's time. It's unprofessional and shows a great degree of disorganization.

TJ did a great job providing quick and timely assessment of the issue with my water heater.  Unlike several other plumbers I contacted, All American Plumbers was easy to reach, schedule, and obtain a quote from.  Not only that, they were able to fit me in a day earlier when something opened up - much appreciated!

Called CroppMetcalf end of January because my tenants had lost heat.  The technician showed up the next day and DEFROSTED a pipe on the unit and said that it was fixed (my tenant was right there watching the whole time). Charge:  $157.00.  

Of course, the heat continued to fluctuate between cold and hot for a week afterwards and my tenants called me once again to ask if they could have CM come back out...which they did. CM did not send the original repair guy, thank goodness, but a more experienced one that checked different readings on the system and told my tenant that the other guy should have ran this test and that test.  Conclusion, needs a new pressure switch which they had to order.  And, yes, they tried to charge us for the second visit, just to tell us what the other guy should have done and to order a new part.

A couple of days later the repairman returned with the new pressure switch and installed it...so far so good.  Took them three trips and many days without adequate heat to get it working.  Then, to top it off, we get a generic bill not specifying what the charges are for parts and what is for labor ~ just a total amount.  So I have no idea how much we were charged for that third visit.

Ugh, avoid them if at all possible.

We called to see what it would take to replace a faucet in our kitchen with a new one that we purchased from Lowes. Patrick came out and gave us a quote for the work and very quickly and cleanly replaced the faucet. He also discussed a few other items with me at detail. I would highly recommend this company (and Patrick).

Total rip off.. he dont even do the job..he sends someone who does it whom have their own independent business.. miss quotes.. dents tech to the house not even giving the tech photos of the job prior to getting here.. The tech whom has his own business was very honest with the work being done and how much the job actually cost with overhead.. straight rip off.. but I thank you because i got a new contractor out of the situation.. the GUY who actually do the work.. plus he charge 99.00 for coming out to take pics and it's not going to the final bill.. lesson learned.. I wish I could give 0 stars... but I hired the actual contractor for future work.. so it's a win for me.. DONT USE THIS GUY.. HE IS NOT A CONTRACTOR..
