Plumb Professionals are fantastic!  They are indeed highly professional:  courteous, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable.  They know their stuff, they do a great job,  and their prices are very fair.  No oversell, no ripoff, no incompetence...you don't have to worry when you hire Plumb Professionals.  It's hard to find a quality, trustworthy plumber...I'm so happy I found Plumb Professionals - they are now my go-to plumber!  I've used them twice and will definitely use them in the future.  They also did a kitchen faucet install for my parents, who were very pleased. Highly recommend!

Ruach Home Services just completed a bathroom-closet remodel project for me. From the very start, Ruach has been wonderful to work with through the various stages of this construction process. Notably, from the speedy and detailed estimating phase through trouble-shooting random challenges uncovered from our previous lazy, amatuer builders. There has been efficient coordination of a variety of team members, all who display a diligent work ethic and specific skill sets, with high-quality craftmanship, attention to detail, clean and organized work spaces, and daily reliability. Mr. Harvey and his team were accommodating in adding on extra tasks that cropped up at an affordable price. They always left the project area clean and organized and were respectful when working in the common areas. Mr. Harvey was always available to answer questions along the way and was super speedy in researching possible solutions to unforeseen challenges that came about. I would highly recommend their services and am already saving up for their next project to improve my home.

I decided to get a contract with this company to maintain my HVAC system. Carlos is extremely  professional and takes time to explain to you everything. I will use them again and again. I saw some negative reviews here but even with booking an appointment is very professional and smooth.

Joe from JF Plumbing and Heating responded to my plumbing emergency tonight (Saturday). He was professional, but very kind in calming my concerns about the problem - a waterfall from above in my apartment - and he diagnosed what needed to be done. He got right to it and made sure things were working correctly again before he left.  And he also cleaned everything up!

We use Heil Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. We've used them for years. We don't bother getting other estimates, because Heil Plumbing is honest and competent. You can rest assured that they will do the work well and not let you down. I would strongly suggest that you call them first and have them do your plumbing work for you.

This is my second time reaching out for help with a job I couldn't handle. Today's was demo and haul. I contacted them yesterday and today they was here by 10am and the job is done, at price and time estimates. I highly recommend C&C and will call on them again!

OUTSTANDING service....10 stars!  Fast response times with quotes that were lower than most.  I requested a quote via Yelp while waiting for another service to arrive, which I had contacted 2 days prior.  Not only did he respond within 15 minutes with a lower quote, he arrived to do the work within 3 hours of the request (which I selected ASAP).  Great job communicating with updates on appointment time and his estimated arrival time.  Work was done in record time, and there was no mess to clean up.

After: picture was of bathroom being remodeled. Friendly workers, he responded to messages and contacts quickly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I found All Nite because I became frustrated with the plumber I was using at the time. I paid him a fair amount of money to rotoroot a sewer line and it backed up a week later. He wanted to refer me to a buddy to replace the whole sewer line for thousands of dollars. I called around and found Kirk from All Nite. He snaked the line for less than the first guy and it has worked ever since. He saved me thousands of dollars. I have used him a number of times since for a variety of jobs. He has always been fair and reasonable and will discuss different options. Only downside is that because it is a small company, if it is routine work and not an emergency, it might be pushed back a little if someone else has an emergency. But it is well worth it because of their skill, integrity and reasonable cost.

My mother called Bill to fix a clogged toilet in her DC townhouse basement.  He was prompt and professional and did the job.  When it became clogged again 4 weeks later he brought the video camera and worked for hours in less than ideal conditions (hot & humid - he was sweating like a rain forest) to find the problem in the 70 feet of sewer pipe that runs from her basement toilet to the main line in the street.  He showed us the video, thoroughly explained the problem and worked to repair it.  Good plumber and really nice guy!

We have been having sewer drainage issues for a while and it kept backing up. Originally I called Sean to come in with a camera as we thought there was more of a serious issue. After having other  plumbers come snake it out but not completely and the problem reoccurring, Sean was able to solve the problem for good. He used multiple types of snakes and techniques to figure out and solve the issue. We have a row house in DC and the systems are old. He cleaned out the traps and everything finally started moving. And we don't need to spend the money on a camera! He was courteous, professional, honest and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Tim showed up wearing a mask.  Took out our old garbage disposal and put the new one in.  Very neat and quick and arrived at time stated.  Very happy with job.

The technician came in as scheduled. He looked at the issues and mentioned that the part needs to be replaced and said he will check whether he got them in stock. After this he never responded.

Really I don't see any value in the service.

Mr Loumni rates way more than just 5 stars, and not only for his superior plumbing ability and for his honest assessment...

It is Thanksgiving time of year and Mr L is booked to the max, yet knowing the difficulty of not being able to use a kitchen sink he still came to our house to fix two unrelated problems in two weeks. The first time was to replace an old leaking (into the cabinet below it) kitchen faucet.  The 2nd visit was to repair a stopped-up kitchen drain that occurred Thanksgiving day, also for a  badly rattling garbage disposal. We called him to unclog the drain and replace the disposal but he discovered the problem to be simpler than we thought.  He saved us a lot of money. He's our hero for being a great plumber and a good hearted honest gentleman.

I found Brendan on yelp. My husband and I were impressed from the moment we met Brendan. We had him install and additional unit the upper level of our house. Its difficult to pick one good word to describe him, his work ethic,quality of work. I could go on for ever saying how he performed his work in an outstanding manner, his demeanor and every other positive word that comes to my mind. We are very very pleased with the outcome of the installation and everything. You will not be sorry if you hire him!!!!

Over price. Tried to charge me over two hundred dollars an hour to flush/ purge a tank. Did they get a PHD in plumbing. My proctologist doesn't charge that much an hour.

This company has been in business since 1979. I would like to give them 4 stars. The reason I gave 3 is because they try to charge me extra for the work that has been discussed and included in the contract. I have a condo in high rise and my 30 years AC  system stop working this summer. It took long time to get units from the manufacture. No fault of the contractor. During installation I received the call from the manager. He informed me, that it would cost extra $650 to install a new thermostat on my second system that originally had manual controls. When I arrived to my property I was told that it's more work and would cost extra. Taking into consideration that I already was paying $$$ for the project I refused and ask his boss phone number. I spoke with his boss. Next day I received an email asking when they come back and finish work. Point is, it took a phone call to the company to get things done. They also wasted more time of their staff. The work itself was done very well and I have no complains, but the way they do business should be improved. Make sure you put everything in writing. If they ask for extra call their management.

I had an issue with my plumbing backing up so I called them and they came over to inspect. I thought I was on city sewage, so they told me they were going to snake the pipes then if I wanted the warranty, they would have to video scope the pipes. Well an hour later they tell me I have a septic system, tell me to get it pumped, and charge me over $1000 AND DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. Ridiculous. Sounds like another typical St Mary's county experience.

Quick, friendly and efficient!  Our electrician, Belvin, was even early and was able to complete our job the same day!!
