Excellent work at a fair price. Would certainly do business with them. Cover a large territory as well.

I have been going to OHA for years cause the system installed by the builders was always having one problem or another and about 6 months ago I called them in to do a full replacement of my HVAC system. They did an excellent job and installed a very complicated system in just under 2 days. Basically I have 3 floors but the old system had manual dampers that would never be adjusted properly. Well they installed sensors and automatic damper controls to give me a multi-zoned HVAC system and it works great!
Today I noticed that something was wrong cause my app said the upstairs was currently 32,780 degrees! Since I wasn't on fire or melting I know there was an issue so I called up OHA and they got Steve to come over right away and check it out. He showed up within 2 hours and was decked out in all the latest PPE and started troubleshooting. Turns out the battery in the sensor was corroded (the ones that came with the sensor itself) and that was causing the problems, battery replaced and the sensor back up everything returned to normal! In and out in 30 minutes!
Highly recommend OHA to anyone needing HVAC service cause they are nice and have great rates and response times!!!

Very expensive. Fixed prices by job rather than charging by time. Free estimates. I turned them down and had the work done for less.My guess is that was why they were available quickly.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

It seems so hard to find reliable contractors in Baltimore. I needed a drain snaked, faucet installed, a leak fixed and washer machine hooked up. I scheduled a Saturday appointment with All Nite. They were able to come when I needed them on time and called ahead to confirm our appointment. All the work was done quickly and correctly. He was also able to check my sump pump. All Nite Sewer and Drain did it all. Their price was very reasonable and fair. When I need a plumber again, I will definitely call All Nite. They were even able to refer me to another contractor to complete other work. Go ahead and give All Nite a try. No complaints here!!!!

Clover sent 2 technicians to do a service and safety inspection on my HVAC system. I had purchased a condo the day before Clover came out and was praying my HVAC had some life left in it.
The techs were on time, friendly, and transparent. As a new homeowner, I appreciated their willingness to walk me through my system so that I had a general understanding of what they were looking at and how they determined when the system may need to be replaced.
No high-pressure sales. Fair and transparent pricing.
I will definitely be using Clover again.

I have been using John Nugent for a long time. I have never been disappointed. They provide excellent service. Recently, Ben came to my rescue. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber.

The repairmen are awesome. They came to my house the same day. Were not afraid of my dogs, were respectful of keeping my house clean. So not only was I happy with the service but also the respect they showed me.

My shower and faucet would not turn off this morning! I called another plumbing company, but they did not have a plumber available until the next day. I am so glad to have found Elite Plumbing and Home Services. They were pleasant and professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend and would re-use service.

Very good quality. Saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended. They take care of keeping your house clean by putting on booties and/or protective covering on floor. Kind techs.
First, a review from service before there was Yelp - Duvall was the third quote I received for furnace going bad many years ago. Company 1 (too long ago to remember name) came in and said I needed a new one gave me a price. Company 2 came in and just asked who diagnosed it, they just said they typically agree with them and gave me a price. When Duvall's came in they looked it over and said, yes it's old, yes you'll need a new one relatively soon, but, for now we can do this. It lasted probably ~15 years more. They could've just said I need a new one.
Now, the current review. The furnace died. I did my due diligence and received various quotes even though I wanted them to install it. When they didn't come in cheapest, I called them and told them that though I wanted their service, they didn't come in lowest. Duvall's then changed their quote enabling me to hire them.
They even helped me with a very minor non-plumbing situation,

Great communication and friendly. He arrived early, fixed what I requested as well as other appliances that needed some repair and gave us great, fair price. Excellent service all around!

The team came out and did an excellent job completing maintenance on my HVAC. Would recommend them to anyone in need of maintenance or repair.

Our system hadn't been working for several weeks, and as soon as my husband called - they were able to come out within two business days for repair. They communicated prior to the appointment and when Vince showed up at our door - I knew we were in good hands. He was professional, kind and explained the process to us (me in person/my husband on the phone.)
We're happy with the repairs and would love to recommend Sila (and, Vince!) to our friends.

If Thomas E. Clark Plumbing can get you in a situational corner, they'll take you to the cleaners. They charged us at a rate of at least $877 per hour. They might also walk off with your property like they did ours.
For same-day service of (1) a leaking faucet-sprayer hose and (2) a clogged drain, they charged us $1,509. They said they didn't have the right fitting for a new hose, so the only solution was to replace the entire faucet for $999. They said it would take days to find the right fitting, leaving our tenants without a working kitchen sink for who knows how many days. That was the situational corner they got us in. While the leak stopped if the faucet was off, a good landlord needs to keep their tenant's utilities working. Unscrupulous contractors know that and will exploit it.
According to HomeGuide, you can expect to pay about $125 to $170 per hour when you need emergency plumbing services. For 1.5 hours of work, Clark Plumbing charged us $1,509. Given that the awful faucet they installed to fix a hose leak retails for $193, their rate was at least $877 per hour!
On top of that, the Clark plumber walked off with our higher-end kitchen faucet that he removed. According to him and our tenant, its only defect was that its replaceable hose sprung a leak. He never asked if he could take our faucet, and not being on site ourselves, we were not able to notice and stop him. I'd have assumed that, like other contractors, he'd leave any of our property he worked on, or ask if we wanted it to be disposed of. Instead, on his own volition he decided our property was at his discretion.
That work was done on a Saturday evening (Dec 21), and I called within 24 hours asking them to return the faucet. I was told they disposed of it. However, given that the county dump was closed the entire time and that Sunday trash collection is unlikely, it seems improbable that it could have been irrevocably disposed of. Moreover, it's impossible to believe a plumber would not be aware that he was walking off with a perfectly good higher-end contemporary faucet that only needed a new hose. My second call back on Sunday, asking how they could have irrevocably disposed of it on the weekend was not returned.
Thomas E. Clark Plumbing are bandits with a wrench who ripped us off in every way they could.

The house's AC unit was leaking right before a trip. (what a nightmare). We needed help fast. Snell has excellent reviews so I gave them a call. Each person we encountered when working with Snell was professional, personable and competent. From the call into the office with Champ to schedule a visit to the first visit from Tim, I felt we were in good hands. Tim described the work that was needed in easy to understand terms, recommended future preventative work and gave us options. The work he did solved the problem immediately. The work space was left clean. A couple of weeks later the preventative work was done by Blaine and Rafael. They also described the work that was going to be done in easy to understand terms. They were careful going through the house and left a clean work space. The filtration system was neatly added. Again, I felt comfortable having these men in my house, confident the work was done well and happy about the long warranty period. We also signed up for their maintenance program!

All three toilets had problems flushing, and one was leaking a little water from the top part to the bottom.
Organizing was fine.... it's a big company. They come out - the guy seems relatively knowledgeable. He was really going on and on about never to use 2 ply toilet paper, which was a little crazy, because I'd assume at least 50% of people use it here with no problem at all.
Says he can do something similar to snaking it, but says we should get all new parts for the one making the noise. He said it might be easier / cheaper just to get a new toilet. Toilets are all 10 years old.
He says it will take 10 minutes to snake each one and cost $295 per toilet. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! That isn't his fault... but non-nonsensical. A new toilet is $100 and up, and labor a $40 an hour. I would understand if the first hour was $150 and labor was $75 per hour after that.... but this is non-nonsensical garbage.
At $900 for 30 minutes work. The more I think about this, the more I believe they deserve one star. It was a waste of my time and abusive business practices.

Update: Just had the owner Dominic messaging me, who said he would call me. I just spoke with a manager that explained to me that it wasn't him. It was someone in their marketing team clearly misstating who they are. Hey comment to this review... I think you should be who you say you are! The lady also said the technician misstated prices. I asked several times about the price and he said there was no discount for multiple. Companies lie, and this is one.

Further update: 9:05pm on February 28 I received a an email about my upcoming appointment on February 18th. Nice!

I had an issue with my plumbing backing up so I called them and they came over to inspect. I thought I was on city sewage, so they told me they were going to snake the pipes then if I wanted the warranty, they would have to video scope the pipes. Well an hour later they tell me I have a septic system, tell me to get it pumped, and charge me over $1000 AND DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. Ridiculous. Sounds like another typical St Mary's county experience.

Called for an estimate. Quote was totally off. Very rude technician. The owner is rude just like the employees I encountered. Feel they can take advantage of a female. Military family Please do not use this business. Shady estimates and shady owner.

I should have read the reviews before calling. The manufacturer of the water heater, Apollo Hydro Heat, recommended them as the factory authorized and trained service. Called them, was quoted a $59 service call fee, which I agreed to. Their guy came, looked at the water heater for a few minutes, said everything was ok and charged $150 for 'diagnosis.' Unfortunately I wasn't there and my tenant paid. After calling management they agreed to refund the difference back to $59
