Best Thermostat Repair in Seattle WA

This guys are incredible! We had a piece of metal jammed in the disposal. We spent an hour and a half trying to dislodge it with no luck. Tommy had it fixed in less than five minutes. Thanks guys!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

To no surprises the team was very quick to get out to provide a free no obligation quote. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful and included a confirmation call the day before scheduled service and 30 mins before arrival. The total cost was a little more expensive then another quote I received but I'm always willing to pay a little move for great service and work. I am happy with the job that was complete.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the reliability of the company and the actions (and quite possibly the integrity) of the technician (Stephen) that was sent to inspect my HVAC system after my tenant complained of a fishy aroma when the furnace activated.
First, I had scheduled an inspection for EARLY afternoon, by 3:30 PM on 8/24/21 no one had shown up nor had any details been communicated about when I could expect someone. I called the company to inquire and they stated that someone was on the way (I'm assuming that they dispatched someone immediately after my call).
Second, Stephan called me and let me know that there had been rodent issues in the crawl space where the furnace is located. I was aware of this and had taken actions (a professional exterminator) to mitigate the issue. He also communicated this to my tenant (a younger, single woman with little to no knowledge of HVAC or how home systems work) and apparently shocked her into believing that the only remediation (he touted his decades of experience) was to replace the entire HVAC system to assure she was breathing clean air when the heating system was on.
Finally, he let me know in order to replace ALL ducting (which, in his opinion was the ONLY way to correct the issue) it would cost $14,345!
I was a professional Firefighter/EMT for King County for 27+ years and have a fairly good understanding of houses and their systems. I had called this company in good faith because I don't have the time to chase something like this down myself. Needless to say, I will not be employing this company and would strongly suggest you scrutinize any work/bids that they deem necessary. When I see what looks to be a shark in the water I feel it's my duty to inform others for their own (financial) safety.
Caveat Emptor!

I had a leaky faucet that revealed corroded galvanized plumbing lines. Joe was able to fit me in and get the repipe done right away.

Joe and his crew were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.  They helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. After the job was done, they left everything clean and organized.

These guys are honest, fair, hard working and did a beautiful job.

Just replaced our water heater. I called many companies of which Washington Water Heaters was the cheapest. The lady at the office was very helpful. I saved $200 by buying the heater at Home Depot which was on clearance. She was very supportive of that idea and talked to me many times to ensure I buy the right heater.

The installation was a breeze. The guy was took 40 minutes to do everything. Their prices are competitive and staff is very professional.

The only suggestion for improvement I have is that one of my old pipe was copper. The tech replaced it with PVC. I would have appreciated a heads up on that. That pipe is not pressurized so I do not mind, but as I said, I would have appreciated a heads up specially when I paid $475 just for installation which includes all fixtures. I also bought the expansion tank from them for a reasonable price ($139 with installation).

I would call them again.

Dean is absolutely incredible - he's very knowledgeable, clear, and great with referrals if he is unable to help himself. He diagnoses problems very quickly and is very professional. Highly recommend him!

Had a problem with my furnace ! Called Brian he came out and and fixed it in short order. Watching him work he is a skilled tradesman and does not waste any moves.Really glad I did  he is very professional and just a great guy. I will always call Brian first. He does not disappoint.

great work from South West Plumbing!  request Audie, he and his partner do a great job assessing the issue(s) and determining the appropriate fix!  what i thought was going to be an expensive, timely, and big issue; Audie evaluated it and gave his expert advice on fixing it and SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY!  what other plumber would save you money?   call them and ask for Audie!  he will take care of you.

Good work and materials but expensive. Be sure to haggle on price. They gave me a 10% break but they'll only do it once.

I had a weekend basement flooding emergency and called their 800#. I was quoted that someone would be out within 60 min. Aaron called and let me know he'd arrive by the 30 minute mark. He was fast, professional, courteous, and understood the urgency of the matter. He took care of things right away and offered additional services and explained associated costs. Will definitely use again!

A bit of pricey but they know exactly what they are doing.
My AC broke down on the hottest day of the century.  I called Beacon Plumbing and they sent Ned and Zerian to my house within couple days. They both are very professional. Just a few minutes, Ned found out exactly what was the issue. The only complaint is $292.75 + tax for diagnostic fee is quite a bit high. I totally understand about $75 for travel charge but it would be great if those amount can be able to deduct to the final bill.
Anyway,  my bill ended up almost $800 just to replace the capacitor :(
I would give it five stars for the service if they don't charge too much for diagnostic fee.
