Best Thermostat Repair in Seattle WA
People from this company quick to respond and communicated at every step of the way so I knew more specific time of arrival. I had an issue with a water heater. Anthony fixed it quickly and answered all questions I had about my water heater and the issue it had. Thank you!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Thanks to Ally - James and David - for a great customer experience. The company communicated about arrival and confirmed our appointment in advance. James and David arrived, assessed our gas rerouting needs, and got to work. I appreciated that they explained what they were doing and why. They answered any question I had and made sure I knew how to get the system online after other trade work was done. I think we got good work and paid a fair price. We'll keep Ally on the short list for any future projects.

A very unprofessional company to be honest I these 5 star reviews have to be fake with the experiences I've had.

Dean answered his phone right away on a Saturday evening and helped me figure out a fuse box problem. Very nice, very helpful, and explained rates and schedule clearly. Would call again, but I hope I don't have to!

Horrible experience-- WIll not recommend to anyone.
Firstly this guys shows up 2 hours late, beyond the 2 hour window during during when he should have been there.
Secondly, takes less than a minute to examine my pilot and burner and comes up with a quote of 1350 + 250 to replace my whole Water heater.
Also, says that to service the burner and thremocouple would be as expensive to replace the whole heater.
Was trying to rip me off, as this was during the weekend and he knew that I had far less choices.
If you speak to them on the phone they will say that there is no cost, for them to come down to take a look at your probelm and it is up to us to take the service based on their diagnosis and the quote given, but then the guys started heckling me to pay him 179 dollars since he came all the way down.
Will not recommend South West plumbing to anyone. Will report these guys to BBB and Jesse.

Scheduled appointment and they cancelled on me. Rescheduled and they cancelled again. What a waste of my time. Best to avoid!

Everett, WA. I called beacon plumbing when I discovered my outside hose bib was dripping steadily. They said it was a $70+ tax estimate charge. I said ok and they arrived in an hour. The plumber crawled under the house to look at where the hose bib came inside the house and connected to the water piping. He then came out and gave me quote of $575+ tax to replace the hose bib. He said it would take 2 hours and the part was $150. I was shocked at the high price so I declined and paid him $70 to leave. I bought the frost free hose bib at the local hardware store for $35 plus tax (same one he was going to use which was an arrowhead anti-siphone 8 frost free hose bib ) and it took me and a friend 20 minutes to install. Save yourself $70 and call another plumber. There price book is ridiculous. Basically even small jobs like this run $500+.
The plumber knew what he was doing, was licensed, and I appreciate that he actually went under the crawl space to see the problem so I would give it 2 stars since they sent out someone who was qualified (just too high priced). From reading the other reviews the going rate for Beacon to unclog a kitchen sink is around $300 LOL.

Called Beacon because they were the only plumber who could come out next day.
First of all, they charge $75 to show up. Then they charge an approx. $600 flat rate to do any work.
They said they would show up some time during the day, so I used PTO to be home for that. They didn't get to my house until late in the evening, so I could have worked, but whatever.
They started by cutting the whole in my dining room ceiling. They determined that my roof was leaking, but decided that wasn't right when we checked the vent pipes in the attic and they were dry.
Then they cut exploratory holes in the master bath and came to the conclusion that my shower was dripping around the fixtures, but there was no actual leak. They did some caulking and started to leave.
I walked back through and immediately identified a drip coming from the hot water pipe, which they hadn't seen. I flagged them down before they left and showed them the leak.
They came back in, charged me for a second flat rate and did the repair.
I called and spoke with Mark about the situation. He said that he needed to review the invoices and talk to his work crew. He said that he would call me back on Tuesday and gave me a direct line cell number.
I tried calling when I didn't hear back and my call was rejected without even going to voice-mail.
I will not be a Beacon customer again. I gave two stars because they did repair the leak effectively when I found it. But I absolutely feel un-valued as a customer. I feel like this company takes advantage of people who have plumbing problems and isn't even very good at what they do.
Very disappointed with the treatment I received from thus company.
