Best Water Heater Repair in Santa Ana CA

I chose this plumber based upon Chelsea H's review here on Yelp and because it was the only plumber anyone took the time to review on Yelp in my area.

I was very happy with the results.  We had a major clog in our kitchen sink and I got them to come over.  They quoted $95/hour for getting it done without an upfront estimate.  I was nervous at first to move forward without an estimate, but went for it.  They were very upfront and communicative about how it was going and managed their time well.  I live in an old house and they found the bigger of my problems (about 40 years worth of fermented food causing it to drain really slowly).  They were over for about 1.5 hours, but just charged me for 1 hour.

They also said they offer estimates for $40 and if you use them after the estimate, they apply that to your total, so you don't pay twice.

I had a decent sized hole in my stucco (about 18 x 28 after a plumbing repair) that needed fixing and painting. The estimate for the repair was a little more than some of the others that I got but the questions that Teo asked about the job and requests for photos to make sure he could match the texture made me feel better about his estimate and attention to detail. Teo explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and showed me what was going on ask I checked progress during the job. Afterwords, Teo cleaned up the area (cleaner that it was when he started in fact). I'm very happy with the results and will hire him again if I have and electrical, minor plumbing, or more stucco repairs.

I've never experienced such awesome customer service.  My AC stopped working in this 100 degree weather. I really didnt have any money to fix it,but I called Robert to find the issue. He made time for me, that same day. As he addressed the issue and quoted me a price, he was even nice enough to make a payment arrangement with me. His genuine concern was my kids and I to be in a comfortable, cool home. He worked on my unit for a couple of days because it would stop working, yet my issue was always his top prioprity. The problem he initially thought, was even worse, so he took  parts of my unit home to fix and clean. He bought new parts, and worked on the unit for a few days. Robert could have charged me so much more for all the time, parts, and labor he spent to fix the unit I almost killed, but no, he said Don't worry the price is the same. He finally got the unit to work and my home has never felt so good. Just by neglecting to change my filter, I caused a lot of damge to my unit. Lesson learned. Robert taught me how to check and change my filter. He went above and beyond is job when I heard the drill. Robert was fixing my door knob because he wanted to help. Robert has a heart of gold. He is definietly someone I would recommend. Honest, friendly, and dependable. Thank you Robert and P.E.HVAC you guys are the BEST!!!

What this company did for my business is solid honest and good work. Albert has been so informative and took his time to make sure I understand everything regarding our huge plumbing issue - and he did it at every step of the way. They initially came to consult me in the bad work that the previous plumbers did and Cal-Tech verified issues and or fixes. Unfortunately the issue was not resolved with the previous plumbers. But Cal tech fixed the issue and helped me see exactly what went wrong. I can't thank Albert and his team enough. They were all nice, respectful and honest.

I needed someone to replace a leaky faucet, and Jeremiah responded to my inquiry very quickly. I was pleased with his professionalism and knowledge about the various types of faucets and what would be the best quality. The job was done well and quickly! I had a leaky main valve and went on Yelp to find quotes.  FIRST CLASS responded right away, sent a technician within the hour to give me an accurate quote. They gave the best quote of them all (sent pics to others) not including a military discount that I got. My leaky valve was fixed brand new that night. It was absolute first class service. I plan to go back to them again for my plumbing troubles.

Hanson Plumbing just completed a repipe of our house and overall our experience with them was quite good. Although we had some communication issues at the beginning of the process (confusion over how to type our email address) which resulted in a delay in getting the quote, once we got it, it was very reasonable.  Mike brought a big crew (5 I think) and the work was done in less than a day and a half (we have 2500 sq feet on one level including three bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater).  They were clean and courteous.  The day after the job was completed I noticed a hissing sound coming from one of the toliets, and although it wasn't necessarily related to the re-pipe, they replaced the problem part at no charge (and came out quickly after I contacted them about it).  

Also, Mike recommended we use PEX instead of copper.  We were a little skeptical at first, but after my husband did some research and talked to a home inspector used by our realtor, we ultimately decided that going with the PEX was the best idea.

Amazing response time and amazing service.  I had a different plumber in last week for an issue and he wanted additional work done for $750.  Andrew's came out and validated there was no issue.  They also helped me in another area of the house.  Very honest, very easy to understand.   I will use them again without question.

I had a laundry room and kitchen back up and called Complete Plumbing to see when they could respond. They were able to come the following day at 8:00 am and showed up promptly that morning.  Couldn't be happier with their service and the cleaned my laundry and kitchen line completely, and they run like they are brand new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Had a slow leak in the ceiling of my laundry room. Reached out to Stephen at JetLine and he immediately responded! He walked me through helping me diagnosis the issue (even saved me money!), and even though i had not committed to doing business with him yet, he offered to be fully accessible over the phone with any questions regarding my situation. I ended up going with his company and Jacob came out promptly the next day. He explained everything he was going to do and was extremely professional. After he was done, he actually disinfected anything and everything he touched which was awesome given our current environment. I definitely am going to go with JetLine for any of my future plumbing needs as they are trustworthy and deliver excellent work!!

I notice that many others gave Optimum Plumbing a 5-star rating!  They are about as creditable a company as you can expect.  We have used Optimum many times on commercial jobs and we have been nothing but completely satisfied!  It is nice to have a vendor that you can trust and in which you can have complete confidence.  They handle a job as though they care and I sincerely appreciate that!

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

Had an emergency when our water wouldn't turn off from the tub, but they were able to dispatch Sean in a timely manor. Sean was great & helped us to get our 'emergency' taken care of right away. Very friendly & professional. Highly recommend & also recommended that people ask for Sean by request. Will definitely use their services again.

I have had this company out to our house twice now and both times they have send a man out that was inexperienced. He quoted us a very high price and could not find the problem last time I had a water heater go out and he quoted $2200 for replacement. Got a second opinion from the gas company in all it was was an $18 part which they replaced and only charge me $125.
I don't suggest for anyone to use this company as they are very untruthful about their diagnosis of your problems. They charge high prices and require a deposit. They charged me $25 for the incorrect diagnosis of my water heater problem. I will never call them again
