We requested some assistance with our church sink leaking on the floor.

I called B & B, Casey, and they responded the same day and even repaired the drain piping the same day.  The techs were in and out very fast and were friendly and professional.  The charges were acceptable.  We very pleased to add B & B Plumbing to our VIP list for all our future plumbing needs. I am so happy I found Teo!  He responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Teo fixed my shower which was constantly leaking due to valve issues.  This was a very challenging repair due to the type of hardware and the layout of pipes behind the shower wall. Teo knew exactly what parts had to be ordered and he successfully completed the repair and now I have a shower that works!  He's smart, experienced and knowledgeable as well as  honest, kind and professional.  He was always on time and so very helpful.  I am grateful that I found Teo and will definitely use him for all of my future projects.  I told Teo you're my handyman for life! P.E. HVAC did a wonderful job replacing my old over-the-range microwave with a newly purchased one. Roberto was very polite in both text correspondence and in person.

Their quote wasn't the lowest, but I decided to go with P.E HVAC because unlike other companies, Roberto actually explained that he needed more details in order to make an informed eatimate. This was very important to me, as my building is not new and I don't have a an external duct for the microwave to vent externally.

Roberto patiently and professionally explained my options regarding the venting, and even sent pics of a recent installation that was similar. When we were confident enough to schedule, he was able to give me a very quick appointment (same day!). Even better, he removed an extra layer of tile from my backsplash to ensure the microwave was properly installed. This saved me some money, and as I was actually looking at contracting someone else to remove the whole backsplash beforehand to ensure that the installation job could be done properly.

This was money well spent and I am very satisfied with the results. We're actually now eyeing some dryer duct work that may need to be done, with P.E. HVAC in mind.

Albert and came to move my gas line for a new gas range that we had purchased. He gave a fair estimate and options of how we wanted it installed. He and his partner Louis were prompt and professional on the day they did the work. They were able to move the line with no problems and were extremely professional the entire time. Never tried to up-sell us or get us to agree to other jobs as some others had done. We are grateful for their fast and skilled service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They charged us exactly what the estimate was and it was very reasonable. Thank you so much Cal-Tech!

I cannot say enough about Jeremiah and what he can do.  He is absolutely the best and I'm so happy I found him.  He just did a complete remodel on my kitchen, picture below, including all the plumbing, painting and woodwork and much more.  I have also used his services for plumbing throughout my home.  Whatever you do CALL JEREMIAH!  You will not be disappointed.

This is my first time using DP Plumbing because my neighbor recommended them. I wish I've know about them long time ago bec they did a great job removing and putting in our water heater. And, most important they do not over charge!!!! Highyly recommend them.

I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I was way over quoted by other companies I had called. I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had First Class Plumbing work in our home. I can gladly say that they have relieved my stress and returned the peace in this old home!

Hanson responded very quickly to a growing tub leak. Andrew assessed and attempted the best and most cost effective fix. Quality replacement parts used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time using upon a friends recommendation and will call them for next plumbing situation. I opened a Yelp account to give the review.

Andrew was able to come out the next day to help with my sink. He was very informative and efficient!

Our 30 year old Trane A/C went out and our usual service company came out and confirmed that the compressor had died. They gave us an estimate which seemed fair for the work that needed to be done. We decided to get 2 more estimates and called 2 other companies, one of which never returned our call or e-mail request for service. The other was Complete Plumbing and Air in La Habra. The reason I called them was that we are having our master bath remodeled and they were the plumbers that our remodel contractor used 2 days prior for the rough plumbing. Mike, the owner, came out a couple of hours later inspected the unit and went over my options available to us. He was very detailed in his explanation of what work needed to be done as well as the tonnage needed to properly A/C my 2 story house and the different Seer ratings for the equipment to be installed. He did not try to up sell me or try to convince me to change out the FAU although it is 30 years old as well. He checked the FAU and told me that it would be compatible with the new A/C with a simple changing of a valve to accommodate the newer type of refrigerant. I agreed on the price and scope of work to be done. (new Amana 5 ton 16 seer A/C, FAU valve change and new installed Honeywell thermostat).

A couple of days later, the HVAC tech, Ron came out earlier than the time promised (a good thing!) and completed the installation. Ron was on task the entire day and even drove out to L.A. and back from Walnut to pick up the proper valve needed for the change over. He was also very professional and took the time to clean up afterwards and explain the basic functions of the new thermostat.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Late at night I found out my shower drain was clogged, so I sent out a bunch of quotes on Yelp to find the right team. JetLine responded within an hour and also setup an appointment for next day in the morning. Showed up and told me the technique he was going to use and he snaked the drain. Everything was cleaned up and I couldn't be happier with the work done. Price was very reasonable. Steven was excellent in and out very quickly.

I hired Optimum Plumbing Services to move a drip line.  John came out and gave me a price and his team performed work later the same day.  About 2 weeks later, I noticed that the drip line was sticking 8 above the ground―not flush with the ground as requested.  I texted John (with a photo of issue) to have the drip lowered because it is an easy target for breakage since it is in the same area as a hose we use often.  I didn't hear back, so I texted him again.  After no response, I reached out to him a third time via phone (voicemail) in case the texts were overlooked.  It's been 4 weeks since my initial request to fix and he has neither repaired the problem or responded to my inquiries.

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.

Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point!

I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!

This is the best plumber I've ever dealt with. He's knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. What more can you ask for? I would definitely call him again!

Had problems with my Takagi tankless water heater not providing hot Water. Called Dial One and requested an estimate on checking it out. Johnny B. and his coworker Jesse came over.
Johnny checked my entire system and discovered the tank had a slow leak. Amazing guy he was explaining the whole proscess to me.As a new home owner he requested the receipt to see if it was under warranty unable to find it he took photos to document the problem and requested I get a certificate of occupancy to show when the unit was installed. He took upon himself to contact Takagi and got me a new tankless water heater. His professional and knowledge in doing his job was incredible when you get service like this why would you want to call any other plumber. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives when they need a plumber.

We have been customers for 20+ years.  However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.

Our old water heater leaked  in Dec 2016.  It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it.  The guy that helped us was so snotty.  I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years.  So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater.  He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah.....  He installed it.  That costs us almost $4000.  I thought they high-priced us.  Really $4000?    Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.

Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week.  This is  April 2018, less than 2 YEARS!  So we called them again.  The same guy came and he was hard to deal with.  Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!).  We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater.  However, the labor to replace is is $2000.  If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one.  My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.

I do not trust this company anymore.  Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem.   They just lost 1 customer.
