We had a water heater problem with a water heater that was under warranty. This company respected those circumstances and didn't try to upsell us. They did great work and returned the water heater to service in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Teo was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I booked him to install a chandelier for us and a new junction box. After messaging over 10 companies on Yelp, Teo was the most prompt in his replies and the most reasonable in pricing. He also called and explained the process and sent an invoice with all the work that may need to be done in extenuating circumstances. Very professional and timely. We will invite him back to do other work in our home very soon.

Update! Roberto also does plumbing and is the best at it! I think what I appreciate the most is Roberto doesn't just show up sight unseen. He comes by in advance to asses the issue/situation so that he can probably plan and rate the work. Should you just to have the work done, the assessment is at no additional cost. We've been having issues with our plumbing since we bought the house but kept thinking it was my hair in the drain causing it. It wasn't until Roberto came by and looked at the plumbing that we realized some Mickey Mouse job had been done before we moved there and the pipes were in really bad shape. And no, he doesn't expect you to just take his word for it, he provides photos and video of your pipes. Legit quoting. In a matter of hours our pipes were clear with a new clean out system and working better than ever. Thanks for your honest and hard work guys!

Albert and His team are fantastic! He took care of us during an emergency plumbing situation and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome not only were they very informative but also his prices were fair given today's current climate. My husband and I never felt like just another job during this whole process Albert made sure to keep us in the loop throughout the repair. His team was phenomenal super diligent and keep there work space clean and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend him and his need if your looking to do any work with your plumbing issues don't be like us and wait for an emergency to give them a call.

I cannot say enough about Jeremiah and what he can do.  He is absolutely the best and I'm so happy I found him.  He just did a complete remodel on my kitchen, picture below, including all the plumbing, painting and woodwork and much more.  I have also used his services for plumbing throughout my home.  Whatever you do CALL JEREMIAH!  You will not be disappointed.

Plumbers are super busy and just to show they are in high demand. After a leak and after waiting for mold removal for week without water... I needed to repair a pinhole leak on a copper wire. FIRST CLASS came to our rescue and fixed our pipe the very next day we were able to get back in the house... Price was very competitive with others but being able to provide us hot water and was extremely fast and professional.

I gave 4 stars cause, We also had them change our ball valve but I wanted a gate valve change to the ball valve was probably a miscommunication on my part. Either way it was done good.

My family owns a commercial building from the late 1950s, and after enough leaks in the building, we knew we had to update our pipes. My mom had been sitting on this project for 2 years looking for just the right person to do the job.

From the time we first called and spoke to Bonnie, we knew there was something particular about these guys. Not only were they kind and attentive to our needs, they were extremely knowledgable, approachable, and showed the utmost respect for our property. Mike and his crew knocked it out of the park. They were professional, trustworthy and made this bear of a project worry free for us.

Andrew was easy to stay in contact with, was very polite, and was willing to compensate for a time arrival issue (being late due to rain) with a discount. He was quick, clean, and finished the job with no issues. We'll use him again in the future, but hopefully not near future (haha).

Hot day and of course AC stopped working! Between my wife and kids complaining,  I had to do something.  I call 4 different places and no luck. I called Complete plumbing and heating  and they saved me! Mike J ( owner) was out in 45 min, checked the AC unit and right away knew the problem.  In less than an hour my AC was working again and for a good price.  Thank you again Mike! I will keep your card handy and recommend you to anyone I know who needs your service.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

When my 15 year-old water heater dropped dead early this morning, I came to yelp and found Jetline Plumbing, a local company who was able to provide same-day service on what is technically a holiday. Steven came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a *great* deal on a new high-quality water heater. I am very grateful for Steven's hard work and professionalism in this unexpected situation, and cannot recommend him and his company highly enough.

After about a dozen attempts at trying to hear back from John (owner of the optimum plumbing) on getting a labor quote, I've decided to write this review.

I first reached out to John in around August of 2021 to get an quote for a water heater/ water softener/ expansion tank/ pressure regulator and some other small odds and ends. Initially, the experience was great. We agreed upon a time to meet and John provided me with a quote in a couple of days.

I was doing my own due diligence and gathering a few quotes from other reputable plumbers in addition to looking at about 30+ contractors for other repairs that the house needed (roof, termite, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, landscaping, deck etc...). I put the job on hold as I had to prioritize other services first.

It was in mid Oct that I contacted John again about changing my initial quote to labor only for the heater and softener. I would purchase those two units through my business so I could write it off. That's when the issues started occurring. Initially, John told me he was going to be out of town and coming back next week and that he would send me something by Monday. I followed up with him on Thursday and he apologized and said he would send me a quote.

Then, it was radio silence for a few more days. I followed up by sending another text on 11/9 and email on 11/10. Didn't hear anything call. I called him in the following days and got him on the line and he said that he would send me a another an updated quote. Crickets. I finally left him another VM on 11/22 asking for the quote and saying that if I don't hear back from him, I'll just assume he's too busy for this job. It is now 12/1 and I still haven't heard anything back.

It really is discouraging and frankly unprofessional in light of the dozen attempts or so that I've tried reaching out to John only to receive 0 communication back. I'm sure he's an excellent plumber, but, unfortunately I'll never be able to work with him on any projects.

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

Had a major catastrophe with broken and corroded pipe!  Christian was recommended and all I can say is that we were very pleased with his expertise and work ethic!  Not only that, he is a very nice guy! He knew exactly what to do to and he made it as painless as it could be under the circumstances.  His helpers were hard working and very courteous!  They always cleaned up after finishing the work. Really appreciated that. Just great, great service. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber for jobs big or small.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

I called Dial One for regular maintenance on my heating and AC system.  My system is getting older and im trying to prolong the life.  JR came over and was professional and courteous.  He explained to me my system, how my system could operate more efficiently, and how my system worked.  A lot of information, but i appreciated it and learned something new. We had a good conversation and he is very knowledgable.  He also went over my water heater and some concerns he had.  I appreciated that he wasnt forcing me to get additional work done, as ive experienced with other heating & AC companies in the past.  Overall, great experience with JR and Dial One!

This was the place that I called when my hot water heater went out the last time, so I figured I'd call them again. Well, that was 12 years ago and for the exact same job it was way more this time because come to find out the first guy didn't create a emergency drain through the wall properly which was illegal, so they created one this time. Woops.

And then come to find out the next time I wanted to use my garden hose in the backyard, they used it to drain my old water heater and then removed the gasket between the watering wand and the hose. When they screwed the wand back onto the end of the hose, it was so tight I couldn't remove it, the damn thing leaked and was spraying all over the place. I had to throw away the hose and the wand and buy new ones. I was so pissed off!

Payment is either by check or they will take your credit card, but only if you are available to sign the charge slip. They absolutely will not accept your credit card as payment over the phone like other places.
