Best Water Heater Repair in Santa Ana CA

Last October, our whirlpool water heater went out.   B&B came out and charged us $120. The part was under warranty,  but they had to order it they came back and charged us another $120 to install it.  

Yesterday,  the water heater went out again with the same symptoms.  On B&Bs receipt,  they guaranteed their work for one year. However,  I was told I would need to pay $165,for them to come out.  

Nice guarantee. Will never use these guys again,  although their service people were nice

Teo fixed drywall, installed a light fixture, reconnected our washer and dryer, and replaced a bathroom sink faucet set.  Excellent work.

Called this place sent them my info never heard back. Called back Robert answered he said he was in a very important meeting and would call me when he got out? A couple of days went by I tried calling no answer. I called about three times after that no answer. Last call I made was from a different number nothing. I guess I didn't get the hint.

I had issues with my toilets and kitchen sink i was referred to Cal-Tech by a friend so I thought I'd give them a try. They were on time and fixed my drain issues by snaking out the main drain and also they recommended a camera of my pipes which I did and to my surprise they found roots! None of the other plumbers offered to check my pipes and we are happy with the service. Conclusion They dug out the pipes and replaced a section and installed a bigger access in case the line needs to be snaked out again in the future. Very professional service and friendly technicians.

Called Jeremiah on a holiday weekend and got a respond and got the job done in 2 hours timeframe. Very honest and straightforward and no hidden or surprise charges when got quoted for the work that needs to be done. Kudos for the quality of service performed. I highly recommend and will definitely get his service again in the future.

First class is first class - from appointment setting to interaction, to the clarity of work that needed to be done. Chip went above and beyond today and we couldn't be more happy. I did my leg work on the re-pipe of my house and the remodel for my bathroom.  I met with 5 different plumbing companies.  Mike and Bonnie gave us the best price and the team did great work.  They went above and beyond, not only re-piping my 1927 house, replacing my 30 year old water heater,  and doing the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, but also referring us to a great father/son team who gutted and did all the remodeling for my bathroom.  Additionally, I had a minor plumbing issue today,  that had nothing to do with the work they did, and Bonnie, via text, walked me through doing my own repair.  You really can't find that kind of service elsewhere!

Andrew was able to come out the next day to help with my sink. He was very informative and efficient!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

Called Christian for backed up toilets and tub. He was very professional and showed me what was wrong. Options were offered to guide my decision. No pressure. I ended having to redo my sewage drain due to extensive rooting. The price was fair and the job done cleanly. I would recommend him to friends if asked.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Great service from start to finish.  Our water heater died and they came out the next day and had it replaced super quick and very well priced.  Our technician Nick was super helpful and even fixed an additional plumbing issue while he was out here.  Now all our heating/AC/water heater stuff is all done through County Wide and I couldn't be happier
