Called this morning with no hot water. Got a live person, a call back within an hour providing a scheduled time this afternoon with a two hour window, a call when technician was on his way, 15 minutes later he arrived and solved the problem. Professional, responsive, courteous.

Our AC went out.   Due to our dog's urinating on the condenser...didnt know it at the time but anyway..summer is here and we really needed to get our condenser fixed....i shopped around and unfortunately every one I called was charging a arm and a leg....i knew what exactly what needed to get fixed and more less what parts needed to be replaced....but seems like everyone I called wanted to get rich over night...i gave up since these other guys where trying to take advantage of me.....very sad during these times people are low on funds and out of work....i came across PE HVAC and spoke with Robert...he said he was local and would be more than happy to stop by and give a free quote....robert stopped by and looked at my system and was very honest and VERY professional ...robert gave me a price to correct my issue and advised me it will take 8 hours to complete...robert and his helper are the nices and hard working guys you will ever meet....he fixed my unit and replaced my condenser and went above and beyond his performance of work....i am very pleased with his work and integrity....i would highly recommend him to anyone who's needs HVAC SERVICE....

Jeremiah was professional and they did a great job repairing my tub drain. Very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. I would definitely call him for any other home repairs. I was satisfied with the work they did.

First Class Plumbing are my go to plumbers from now on. Tito is awesome!  I discovered a shower valve leak in my second floor bathroom at 5pm on a Monday, they arrived by 6:30pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even came out a few days later to troubleshoot another issue at no additional cost. I've used many other plumbing companies in the past, and these guys are the best by far. Extremely reliable, honest and focused on keeping their customers happy.

Andrew has done a couple jobs for us.  He is available to come out within 24 hours of the problem arising and is fair with his pricing.  If the issue is under warranty, he doesn't try and collect more money and addresses the problem.  So glad we found his services!

Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. I used Optimum Plumbing Service on my rental property in San Ana on June 12th.  My tenant called the night before and reported water leaking in the kitchen and bathroom.  Next morning I call several plumbing companies in Orange County that I found on YELP.  Tracie and then John called back and said they can come out in the late afternoon same day.  The problems were fixed and price was reasonable.  Tenant was happy.  I am happy.  I used to do plumbing works  on my properties to save money when I was younger.  Now I am retired and plan do a lot of travel so I need to find a reliable plumbing company to take care of plumbing problems when I am away on travel.  This is the company I would have my tenants call when there is plumbing problems.  Great work John and thank you.

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

I was having trouble with a toilet backing up. Called ASAP Rooter & Plumbing because they were local. Within 20 minutes Christian arrived, scoped the sewer line and cleared the blockage. He also provided some suggestions going forward to mitigate future problem's. It was great response time and excellent craftsmanship at good value. I appreciate your work Christian!

I found Art and his team on Yelp for a quick plumbing job I needed done to move forward with a kitchen renovation. They were super quick to respond and his guy Luis was out there in a matter of hours. They were easy to work with, communicated issues and resolutions well to myself and our contractor, and were affordable. Very thankful for their service and speediness, I had a great experience with these guys.

Our gardener accidentally ran over the main sprinkler valve so after the water department shut the water off I called Stevens. Rico came out the next morning and was beyond helpful. He could have taken one look at the old pipes and recommended replacing the entire main line however spent the extra time carefully working with the rusted out pipes and found a solutionist that saved us a few thousand dollars. He could have gouged us but instead put in the extra effort to do the right thing. Need more people like that especially for first time home owners! 10/10 recommend

Needed a new gas line installed for a dryer and they were very responsive. Pleasant to deal with and highly recommend. Even came all the way out to Gardena for it. Will be keeping them in mind for future needs!

I called Dial One for regular maintenance on my heating and AC system.  My system is getting older and im trying to prolong the life.  JR came over and was professional and courteous.  He explained to me my system, how my system could operate more efficiently, and how my system worked.  A lot of information, but i appreciated it and learned something new. We had a good conversation and he is very knowledgable.  He also went over my water heater and some concerns he had.  I appreciated that he wasnt forcing me to get additional work done, as ive experienced with other heating & AC companies in the past.  Overall, great experience with JR and Dial One!

This is my second yelp for County Wide Plumbing and Heating. They say things happen in threes and I really hope there isn't a third. I had a very leaky ,actually flowing water problem with again, an  ancient tub faucet. I called Rick again and he was able to schedule me the next day for repair. I met Eli, a very personable guy who went right to work. The valve was stubborn and Eli had to muscle it without breaking it. He worked quickly and very neatly and replaced the part  in no time The knob glides smoothly and water pressure has inproved. Again, County Wide to my rescue.
I would also like to say Rick takes great pride of ownership and he will work with you to make sure you  understand  everything from billing to repair. He is truely one of the few who puts his customers first and makes sure they are one hundred percent satisfied. Thank you all at County Wide for another great experience.

I hired epipe on our plumber's recommendation.  It has been a nightmare ever since the job was completed, or shall I say, not complete?? The procedure was completed Friday February 27th. Two hours after they left, and one hour before I was hosting a party at my home, water is pouring through my foyer ceiling.  Explanation didn't make me very happy. 10 days later I am waiting for them to come and fix all the dry wall holes, I have to call 3 times to get this to happen.
Since the job was completed, I have two dripping showers, a running toilet, and a leaking kitchen faucet that can't get to seem either cold or hot water that I didn't have prior to the procedure. I call over and over and have been continually blown off. It's been 33 days since I wrote a check for almost $20,000 and am still trying to get them to fix the problems they caused.
Never ever use this company unless you like to spend time calling people and leaving voice mails and getting no response.
