Needing a plumber in the middle of pandemic was nerve racking. We put it off until, well we couldn't. Thankfully everyone we interacted with at B&B handled everything with the utmost professionalism, care and efficiency - from the office staff to the technicians, all were courteous and always helpful. Our techs took care to wear shoe coverings and face masks during their visit(s). They were on-time with thoughtfully laid out options for us. We were also truly impressed how well they handled unexpected obstacles and found seamless, hassle-free solutions for us. We had a new toilet & bidet installed, as well as a new bathroom faucet (which our tech went out & purchased at Lowe's after the one we bought wasn't going to work - AMAZING!)  We were so grateful that they took old toilet and parts away, and clean-up was impeccable. Surely cannot recommend B&B Plumbing enough. Thank you for a fantastic experience despite the awful circumstances of it all :)

Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

Our AC went out.   Due to our dog's urinating on the condenser...didnt know it at the time but anyway..summer is here and we really needed to get our condenser fixed....i shopped around and unfortunately every one I called was charging a arm and a leg....i knew what exactly what needed to get fixed and more less what parts needed to be replaced....but seems like everyone I called wanted to get rich over night...i gave up since these other guys where trying to take advantage of me.....very sad during these times people are low on funds and out of work....i came across PE HVAC and spoke with Robert...he said he was local and would be more than happy to stop by and give a free quote....robert stopped by and looked at my system and was very honest and VERY professional ...robert gave me a price to correct my issue and advised me it will take 8 hours to complete...robert and his helper are the nices and hard working guys you will ever meet....he fixed my unit and replaced my condenser and went above and beyond his performance of work....i am very pleased with his work and integrity....i would highly recommend him to anyone who's needs HVAC SERVICE....

Last minute call over Memorial Day. Al was quick to call back and set up a same day appointment with me. He was very friendly and polite. Came to snake my kitchen line, they were fast and affordable and put everything back neatly! I am going to be calling him back for any future needs! I'm recommending him to my family and friends

Mark came out and expertly handled a backed up bathroom drain that needed to be both snaked and hydro jetted. I called Bonnie at Hanson Plumbing yesterday and asked for a plumber to clear my laundry drain. She responded quickly and was able to send someone this morning since it was not an emergency. Roman arrived on time (wearing a mask) and cleared my drain quickly. I asked him if he had time to also check my slow-draining bathroom sink drain. It turned out to be a little bigger job than we anticipated but he was able to fix it. He was polite, took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up after. I was charged $200 which I thought was fair. I just lost my previous plumber of many years, but luckily I found a new, and better, one! Hanson Plumbing is my new plumber and I highly recommend them !

I had Mike look at a few plumbing issues at a rental property I own in La Habra.  He connected the refrigerator water line, connected the return on the dishwasher, and reviewed the washer dryer connections.  Very honest, thorough and nice.  He also looked at my ac unit and showed me the filter.  And yes, showed me were the gas line was for the fireplace. Reasonable prices too.  Two thumbs up from me.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Steven, serviced our call.  He completed as thorough inspection and advised me on the repairs and costs. I scheduled for the service that we discussed. Steven was on time and put in a new fauucet in our kitchen and then repaired two p-traps in our two restrooms.  He completed all of the work in a very reasonable time and I was extremely happen with his work. I highly recommend Jetline Plumbing for a quick response and a completed job to my satisfaction. The staff interaction has been clear, concise and helpful.

Some tweeters stole our backflow coppers water line between the night. As soon as we were done troubleshooting the problem. I yelped a local plumbinh company and say them. He was very straight forwarded and accurate with his estimate when we would be open with some time to spare actually.

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I feel safe with making this plumbing service the only one that i use because i can always count on them to come through with quality service and quality plumbing work.

Extremely pleased with the work Christian and his crew did for me. I initially called Christian to have him jet blast my main sewer line. Using his camera, we quickly realized the main line needed to be replaced due to age/deterioration, numerous cracks/shifts, and root invasion. Christian offered a very reasonable rate for the job and said he could start immediately - and the job would be completed by the next day with a 25-year warranty! While he was there, we also discussed my need for additional lawn sprinklers. He offered to do that job at the same time and again, gave me a very reasonable rate. Both jobs were basically completed in a single day, thanks to Christian, Gabriel and Eddie. I did not hesitate to recommend Christian to my neighbors - who hired them to do the same job the very next day!

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Dustin quickly diagnosed the problem, but, unfortunately the solution required an expensive induction motor replacement.  Dustin located the correct part and promised to return that day.  True to his word, he returned that day and replaced the faulty part.  

This is the second time I've used Dial One. Previously, Shawn had performed the service.  In both cases the service guys were knowledgeable, polite to the point of solicitousness, and were genuinely interested in solving the problem and delivering top notch service.

We have been customers for 20+ years.  However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.

Our old water heater leaked  in Dec 2016.  It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it.  The guy that helped us was so snotty.  I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years.  So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater.  He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah.....  He installed it.  That costs us almost $4000.  I thought they high-priced us.  Really $4000?    Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.

Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week.  This is  April 2018, less than 2 YEARS!  So we called them again.  The same guy came and he was hard to deal with.  Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!).  We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater.  However, the labor to replace is is $2000.  If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one.  My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.

I do not trust this company anymore.  Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem.   They just lost 1 customer.
