Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Santa Ana CA

Yesterday, $145.00 for 30 minute service call to determine what was wrong with water heater. Service technician did NOT even attempt to start burner. Just removed part. Burner Assembly failed . Today advised replacement part cost exceeds $300.00, only one year warranty; on-line pricing for similar Burner Assembly is under $50.00. In addition, another $145.00 labor charge to install. B&B expectations are that the plumber should be paid $550.00 for one hour of work! Plumbing services are not worth anywhere near this outrageous expectation. Brand new water heater costs $1000! Comes with 6 year warranty. Simple math, 1 + 1 = 2, not 600. Larceny comes in all shapes and sizes...

OK first of all I don't know why there aren't like 100 amazing reviews on here?
I first spoke with Robert in early April when I realized that my investment property was in shambles. My former partner Joe Liebowitz who had remodeled my kitchen through his uncles company Abc convinced me he kbew construction. WRONG!
He basically walked off the job only doing cosmetics and left the house in shambles with electric half done done poorly plumbing screwed up no AC heat everything was messed up. Gills Did the first half of the electric I'm literally the worst job multiple people have seen including LADBS! It did not pass inspection.

They had wires everywhere, nothing was strapped, there were fire hazards n it was incomplete. No panel or subpanel.
there was no venting for air-conditioning or heat so carbon monoxide could've come back in the house from the attic and poisoned the new owners if Robert Hadn't vented!!
the plumbing was not connected properly essentially nothing was done the way it was supposed to be. It was an absolute nightmare.
In addition the wiring was done shoddy so the fire detectors were too close together and not to code!
The air-conditioning company had a legally trespassed out of the property and dropped a condenser that needed repair completely on hooked up absolute joke. Another thing I needed Robert to fix so I could pass inspection.
I really wanted to build a quality house that was solid and I was determined to get that done.

I have worked with Multiple electricians and plumbers since this first happened, and Robert has been the most thorough with videos before and after pictures, very clear estimates. No games a straight shooter and HONEST.

He speaks to you in a way that's very clear, and makes sure you understand what is happening and what needs to be done. He Gave me options and choices.

He is a true professional.
It's has been so long since I've spoken spoken to someone who is ethical and intelligent, and knows their trade, and Robert knows his trade. I'm so grateful for connecting with PE HVAC and Robert.

My Gf clogged the shower drain from all her hair so I had to call a Plumber ASAP because I couldn't take a shower.. I called several places and Cal-Tech Plumbing were the only ones who would come the same day and within a couple hours. Albert showed up and was very professional. Great customer service and pricing was better than other quotes I received over the phone.  Then I referred my buddy this company and he was also pleased with the service and price. I definitely Recommend this company!

Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I notice that many others gave Optimum Plumbing a 5-star rating!  They are about as creditable a company as you can expect.  We have used Optimum many times on commercial jobs and we have been nothing but completely satisfied!  It is nice to have a vendor that you can trust and in which you can have complete confidence.  They handle a job as though they care and I sincerely appreciate that!

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

I called Christian on December 11, 2019 for plumbing works (Installing the faucet, fixing the leaking on the bathroom sink and replacing the leaking pipe on the front yard.  Christian is very nice guy and very professional.  The price is reasonable and he did a good job.  I recommend his work to people who need a plumber.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

I found Art and his team on Yelp for a quick plumbing job I needed done to move forward with a kitchen renovation. They were super quick to respond and his guy Luis was out there in a matter of hours. They were easy to work with, communicated issues and resolutions well to myself and our contractor, and were affordable. Very thankful for their service and speediness, I had a great experience with these guys.

We are very satisfied with their service. Erick is very easy to deal with. He constantly update us regarding his arrival time. We had a floor leak to which he is supposed to detect the slab leak. At the moment he arrived at our place, my husband already found the leak so we don't need his services. We are willing to pay Erick a dispatch fee but he said don't worry about it. He also gave us some advises about how to deal with our leaks. He is very professional. Will definitely use Dail One Soneshine again.

My experience with County Wide was great from start to finish. Rick was very helpful over the phone, very informative and was able to send someone out right away. Nick came out to look at my broken A/C unit, gave me a more thorough quote than the other 2 bids I received and was then able to replace my A/C the very next day.
