Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

Called B&B for a possible slab leak at my rental. B&B was able to get out there sooner than my regular plumber. They detected the leak and we decided to go with replumbing the entire house so as to avoid future leaks. Trying to work with the tenant, she asked for a Wednesday start day as her 3 kids went to the other parents house Wed-Friday . I spoke with Brian and I asked if it comes to Friday and the job isn't done, will the tenant have to wait until Monday for you to return ?  I have to incur extra expenses to put the tenants in a hotel or compensate them if they are out of the home. He replied I guarantee we will finish on Friday- I'll bring guys from other jobs if I have to. Well Friday at 2 I get a call, my tenant is pissed- workers just said sorry. We have to finish next week. I tried calling Brian, but he's not taking calls- he went on Vacation.  It just went worse from there- so long story short DON'T USE B&B. Use  any other plumber!

I can't express how grateful I am for this company. Robert was able to help me get my old and extinct floor heater converted into a working wall heater during the cold season spell we had. He was so professional and even explained how to work the new controls he installed. I couldn't be any more pleased with his work. His quotes were very good and affordable and he worked with our schedule.

Albert and came to move my gas line for a new gas range that we had purchased. He gave a fair estimate and options of how we wanted it installed. He and his partner Louis were prompt and professional on the day they did the work. They were able to move the line with no problems and were extremely professional the entire time. Never tried to up-sell us or get us to agree to other jobs as some others had done. We are grateful for their fast and skilled service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I had purchased a over the range microwave through HD and of course the delivery company refused to install because of granite backsplash.  I called HD and they arranged for an installer like  three weeks out.  I looked up Pro Installers and called... they returned my call within 1 hour and scheduled an installer for the next day.  Installer arrived on time and didn't need to make any granite cuts, they installed in about 30minutes.  Thank you for the great service!  Vince (installer) was great.

I hired Jeremiah to replace a lock in a rental property, but when he arrived he determined that the lock didn't need to be replaced and he was able to fix the issue. I was very happy with his service and prompt response.

I had major issues with my plumbing in both bathrooms...I called David and he was very friendly and informative with my issue and all my questions plus he gave me a great quote.  He and his coworker came out and fixed the problems I had in minimal timing.  I was extremely happy and grateful for there professional service and would highly recommend.

I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! I will be using them in the near future as we are aware of some work we want and need done. I highly recommend contacting Rudy's Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs!

Midnight Plumbing went above and beyond with my plumbing project. They responded real fast and offered a competitive quote. They were in the area to do the work the same day and arrived in the time they said they would. They did a fantastic job installing the toilet, new shut off valve and supply line. They even finished it off with white caulking at the base of the toilet which shows they really care about their workmanship. I highly recommend this crew for any of your plumbing needs.

The positives: the gas valve on my water heater went out. Called First Class and they were able to send someone out to give me a free estimate within a couple of hours. The person they sent out was very personable and knowledgeable.

The negatives: way too overpriced. The quote I got to replace the gas valve was about $1250 and to replace my entire water heater was quoted at about $2400. I declined and got quotes from 3 other plumbers and the only one that came near First Class was at $2100 to replace the whole water heater. Ended up finding someone who did it for $1500, they came out same day and did a great job. Cannot believe replacing just the gas valve was quoted at almost as much as what I ended up paying for a brand new installed unit.

I would give them 6 stars if I could.

My family owns a commercial building from the late 1950s, and after enough leaks in the building, we knew we had to update our pipes. My mom had been sitting on this project for 2 years looking for just the right person to do the job.

From the time we first called and spoke to Bonnie, we knew there was something particular about these guys. Not only were they kind and attentive to our needs, they were extremely knowledgable, approachable, and showed the utmost respect for our property. Mike and his crew knocked it out of the park. They were professional, trustworthy and made this bear of a project worry free for us.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Andrew did an excellent job clearing a drain for a tenant. He showed up on time, did what he said, and charged what he quoted. I am very pleased with his work, his service and his professional demeanor. I will use Andrew again and highly recommend him.

I manage multiple rental properties - commercial and residential - and I have had hellish ordeals with plumbers (see my review of Crandall Plumbing). Orange County Plumbing Inc is on time and charges reasonable rates. The lady who works in the office is delightful on the phone. Now I have them take care of the plumbing issues at all my properties.

We had two faucets installed and two other plumbing issues repaired.  They did an awesome job.  We have an insurance agency and have recommended them many times to clients with great results.....We will use them in the future and highly recommend them....

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

Hooking up an ice maker seems like an easy enough job, right? After two hours, a second trip to home depot and a puddle of water on the floor I called Brandon at Jacot. He came over and took care of it in about 30 minutes, and that included fixing the leaky connections that I hooked up. I was trying to save a few bucks and ended up wasting a ton of time. I think I'll stick to happy hour and leave the plumbing to the pros.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

The gas company shut down our entire block and when they went around to turn everything back on, they said would not turn on our water heater due to a smother burner. I expected the worse but needed hot water so started calling plumbers Sunday afternoon. This was our third call - and we definitely saved the best for last. The dispatcher Dave was incredibly nice and helpful and was able to send a driver within 60 mins. Dave even called us back to let us know when he was 15mins out. Shawn was also really nice and knowledgeable and all it took  was a good cleaning and a replacement of one wire and we were back up and running. For a Sunday afternoon call, price was extremely competitive and we are able to take a hot shower tonight. Thank you Shawn!

A C and Furnace Repair
During the massive heat wave on Thursday around noon we turned our a c unit on and realized it wasn't working so we contacted 7 companies and finally called our neighbor friends who recommended this company. We left a voicemail and the owner immediately returned our call. Said he had his best technician working in our area and he would be in touch once he finished the job. At 3 pm a phenomenal young man, Brandon Nelson came looked at our units and advised us both needed replacing we had them 23 yrs. He talked about furnaces being available but a c unit not so easy,  due to supply chain issues. He was thorough, a true professional and was here Saturday at 9 am sharp. He did an amazing job with our 47 yr old home and replaced the floor, insulated the closet and we have a two story and completed all the work superbly. He then proceeded to the side yard to begin the A C repair.which he finished to perfection.
The bundle package was simply a great deal and the workmanship amazing! I highly recommend this company, the professionalism, and the laying down of tarps to protect our entryway and home! Thank you Brandon for your outstanding service!
