Update! Roberto also does plumbing and is the best at it! I think what I appreciate the most is Roberto doesn't just show up sight unseen. He comes by in advance to asses the issue/situation so that he can probably plan and rate the work. Should you just to have the work done, the assessment is at no additional cost. We've been having issues with our plumbing since we bought the house but kept thinking it was my hair in the drain causing it. It wasn't until Roberto came by and looked at the plumbing that we realized some Mickey Mouse job had been done before we moved there and the pipes were in really bad shape. And no, he doesn't expect you to just take his word for it, he provides photos and video of your pipes. Legit quoting. In a matter of hours our pipes were clear with a new clean out system and working better than ever. Thanks for your honest and hard work guys!

Albert and came to move my gas line for a new gas range that we had purchased. He gave a fair estimate and options of how we wanted it installed. He and his partner Louis were prompt and professional on the day they did the work. They were able to move the line with no problems and were extremely professional the entire time. Never tried to up-sell us or get us to agree to other jobs as some others had done. We are grateful for their fast and skilled service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I received a very fast response to my request for installation of a microwave that I was told I needed to exchange and get a  smaller one by another company.  However, Pro Appliances confirmed the job could be done, came out the next day, installation was seemless and fast.  I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing appliances installed.  Arrived on time and did an excellent job.  I'm a very happy customer.

I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! Drain clogged in the morning. Sent request for quote to multiple plumbers. First Class was the only plumbing service to respond with a quote for basic drain snaking service. All the others practice the we'll-give-an-estimate-once-we're-there bait-n-hook scam. This is the reason I went with First Class. They came same day and charged far less than I was expecting. I gave Rick a healthy tip for a nice dinner and a beer. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs.

My family owns a commercial building from the late 1950s, and after enough leaks in the building, we knew we had to update our pipes. My mom had been sitting on this project for 2 years looking for just the right person to do the job.

From the time we first called and spoke to Bonnie, we knew there was something particular about these guys. Not only were they kind and attentive to our needs, they were extremely knowledgable, approachable, and showed the utmost respect for our property. Mike and his crew knocked it out of the park. They were professional, trustworthy and made this bear of a project worry free for us.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Andrew did a great job helping with our kitchen sink! He responded to my call within 10 min or less, came to hep quickly and told me exactly what part was broken causing our leak. Then allowed me to purchase the parts needed at Home Depot and picked them up to install the same day! What great service! Very reasonable pricing too. Also have a 1 year guarantee on the work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike and his team are the best! When we bought our older house a few months ago, we knew that we needed a gas pipe fixed and that we also wanted a tankless water heater and a water filtration system installed. After talking to three plumbers, we decided to go with Mike because not only were his prices fair, but he was also the most thorough in going over the different options for a new water filtration system.

Little did we know that our old house had a broken gas pipe buried under the ground, so in order to feed gas into our fireplace and new water heater (which we were moving to the opposite side of our property), we needed to somehow get gas to that side of the house/garage. Our attic is so tight that we didn't think it would be possible to run a new gas line up through there, but thanks to Mike's plumber, Ron, who spent a lot of time working up in our cramped attic, Mike and his team got the job done. Also, thank goodness Mike's plumber, Will, was the plumber who tested out a new shower valve (that was installed by our bathroom contractor's plumber) because it leaked, and Will was able to fixed it before much water leaked behind the wall.

After the above work was done, we decided to add a reverse osmosis drinking water system at our kitchen sink and also had it run to our refrigerator. We are so happy with the way our alkaline, fluoride-free drinking water tastes, and all of the work Mike and his team did is simply top notch.

But our story with Mike does not end there! Ever since we moved into this house, my wife has been complaining about the smell of attic air in our laundry room, but since we were so focused on plumbing and thought of Mike and his team as our plumbers, we didn't think to ask them about that smell. Well, we finally did, and after Mike's plumber, Ron, came out, Mike also spent an hour on the phone with her, answering her questions about how air ducts are sealed, alternative (non-attic air) intake for the furnace (which is in the laundry room), improved venting for the exhaust fan in the laundry room and nearby bathroom, and proper venting for our dryer. Thanks to Mike's exceptional knowledge, patience, and passion for giving his clients clean water and air, we have a plan to address the air quality issue on that side of the house and have every confidence that Mike and his team will do a great job with that work, too.

To recap, Mike is a person who has tremendous patience and experience, and he is excellent at communicating with his clients. We care a lot about reducing environmental toxins in our home, and we are so lucky that we found Mike because he has the knowledge and passion to not only take care of traditional plumbing and air problems (large and small), he is also up to speed with the latest measures that are available to provide his clients with the cleanest water and air possible, all for reasonable prices. Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Right off the back the man shows up and throws his cigarette out of his truck, while it was still lit. So disgusting. His name is James and he wasn't professional at all, his pants were barley on him, they were really baggy. He was fixing my shower head and was grunting and said some words. He then came back out and said he might have to charge me more because he couldn't get it off, when he already have me paper work to sign for the amount he was going to charge. He was wearing the Beats by Dre head phones the whole time so I couldn't ask questions and I'm just overall dissatisfied. I would not recommend his service to anyone.
