I can always rely on Better Sewer Maintenance's services to be top tier in every area. They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

My bathtub faucet was leaking so I called Christian. Although it wasn't a big job (I hoped it wouldn't be a can of worms), Christian came out promptly & advised me honestly what he could do to fix it, and took care of it. He's honest & his prices are reasonable. So happy he's my plumber who's got my back!

This is the best plumber I've ever dealt with. He's knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. What more can you ask for? I would definitely call him again!

I called about a leaky toilet and Art picked up right away. He arrived shortly after the call, left to purchase the parts and my issue was fixed within hours. Art and his team were extremely professional and kind. Excellent and prompt service! Highly recommended.

Julio from Latin plumbing came to fix a difficult leak by the water meter. He was very professional and did a great job. I would use them again and would ask for Julio. He also did a good clean up afterwards.

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

I hired Acute Plumbing again for a washer install project when I wasn't even personally at my home. Alan was punctual, communicative, honest, and professional. He collaborated with other haulers I hired separately (to take away the old washer and move up the new washer) and kept me updated about everything every step of the way. I am very happy with this company's services again.

We had an emergency kitchen sink leak. He got back to me quickly and was able to squeeze us in early the next morning. He was so kind and very thorough in his work. Luckily the leak wasn't too serious of a problem. It felt like he worked really quickly and got it done fast. I don't know how much plumbing problems usually cost but we felt like the quoted cost was fair and worth the value. We have saved his number for future work and emergencies. And again he was just a really nice guy which really helps in these situations and services. I cannot recommend him enough. Don't call those big companies, call Above All Plumbing and support local!

My experience with Raul was great! He was Fast, responsive, fair priced, and very knowledgeable and was able to locate my broken pipe within minutes and then took care of the problem from the main city line and sleeved it. He offered me the best suggestions for my problem. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

My call to So-Cal 1 Plumbing was because my water heater needed to be replaced. The technician who came to service my issue was very knowledgeable and was able to give us options in pricing. My husband chose this thankless water heater, and I have to admit the outcome turned out very nice. It's more appealing than a traditional one. The job was done in a timely manner and with no mess.
Thank you, So-Cal 1, for the awesome service!

Quite the outstanding company.
Lee and his crew are impressive.
I am an Apartment (Property) Manager and when we needed a sure fix to a significant plumbing problem Lee was recommended. The problem was addressed and solved with the utmost professionalism and skill.
I'd comfortably recommend Lee Thanh Construction to anyone who needs a job done right the first time. We will absolutely be hiring them again when necessary with confidence.

We have used this company to keep plumbing flowing for several properties. They are reliable and professional. I asked them if they could call me the following year to have preventative work done, before the holiday company arrives. Guess what! They called!

Worked with Tommy to obtain an estimate for epoxy service through ePIPE and he was great to work with - super professional, all questions answered, and he was up front and clear about pricing and terms and conditions.
Be aware that the length of time the job takes is contingent on how many water sources you have (total number of sinks, hose bibs, toilets, washer, ice maker to fridge, etc). If it is within a certain range they can finish the job in one day. The real benefit to me was how rapidly the job could be done and the fact that they made NO holes in the walls (on my particular job anyway).
The team of Antonio, Ralphie, and Lucio did a great job keeping the workspace clean. They put ample floor coverings down and cleaned up all debris at the close of the job. The guys were very personable, presented with nice clean uniforms and professional work truck, and Antonio kept me up to speed on their progress throughout the day. Unfortunately we did encounter a problem at the end of the day which required a second coat of epoxy to be put through one line. They were able to return a few days later and finish the job. Not what I had hoped for, but Antonio was honest about what was happening and able to describe in detail what steps that had taken and would take. What's most important is that the job was done right - which it was!

**CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! UNLICENSED CON ARTIST!!!!**
I usually only take my time to write positive reviews of people doing good work but in this case I'm doing quite the opposite because the service and communication were so agregious I had to share so hopefully I can save a few people from making the mistake I did by hiring this guy.
I found Joe's number on the Next Door app referred by someone who lived in my neighborhood so I texted him and arranged for him to come give me an estimate. He arrived early for the appointment, was very nice, and he smiled the whole time. I told him I had a contractor that didn't finish the final work I needed in my bathroom. He assured me that he'd been doing plumbing as well as several other contractor type things for years! All I needed was for him to install the faucet for my tub and figure out why a pipe in front of my house was leaking into my front yard whenever we washed clothes. He said that he could do both and quoted me $215 and I agreed.
When he arrived on a Wednesday afternoon he brought a second man who he didn't introduce and explained he'd be snaking the pipe so it wouldn't leak then attach my tub fixture. I work from home now because of the Covid-19 quarantine so I left them to do their thing while I worked. They were in the house maybe a half hour when he said he was finished. So I go to the washroom and he shows me the water running in the washroom sink and says you see it's going full blast and no leak outside. I said yeah it happens when I run the washer should I start the washer? He said no he did a thorough job and it'll be fine. He then shows me the tub spout and in my hurry to get back to work before my computer went to sleep I didn't think to try to turn it on. So he asks for his payment in cash and I pay him not thinking anything of it because we had been discussing other projects to finish my bathroom so I knew he be back in a few days.
After I'm off of work I go to try to turn the water on and the tub spout ROCKETS OFF I message Joe and he tells me he'll fix it when he returns. Then I notice the pipe in front still leaks and I message him about that because at this point I paid for absolutely NOTHING! After a cordial back and forth text convo and Joe failing to show up for our next scheduled appointment. Joe just stops responding completely but I can tell he's read the messages. So I ask him multiple times to please either do the work he promised or return my money so I can hire someone who would and it's radio silence. I even sent him request for my money through Venmo and Cash App - IGNORED!
At this point I'm feeling completely foolish and hella PLAYED! I told him how the last contractor burned me and instead of being a decent human being - he decided to screw me over as well. In a last ditch effort I Google the company name on the business cards he left and it pulled up his single review Yelp presence. I noticed that the card pictured had the number 714-719-4370 which is different from Joe's number 714-657-0496 so I call it thinking it must be the office number but nobody answered so I left a message regarding Joe. A little later the number calls back, the caller ID says Gabriel Ledesma. The man on the other end explains that he is Joe Ledesma Sr! So respectfully I lay the situation out for pops and he sweetly apologizes and says he'd come fix it himself if he weren't retired due to illness. He was confident however that he raised a good son that would do the right thing - but me and big Joe are terrible judges of character because we were both dead wing about the trash human known as Joe Ledsma Jr!
Which leads me here, my last resort exposing Joe on every review site I know! I am aware that I'll probably never see that money again, but I'll chalk it up as yet another epically expensive lesson to do my homework and not to rush into business with the first kind face that promises the moon or at least a properly installed faucet
