Great experience with a water heater replacement - showed up exactly when he said he would, confirmed issues with old water heater in minutes, clearly communicated replacement options, and had a new one installed same day.

My toilet fill valve was not working. Since my toilet was not easy to unscrew the valve, I do not have good tools and strength to replace the fill valve myself. I am happy to called up Handy Rooter & Plumbing again. This time, they sent Vu to help me fix it.  Vu is very helpful and quick at the work. I can see it is very difficult to change the fill valve since my bathroom is tiny space for him and there is not much room for him to see the screw. Vu is very technical and good to manage the difficult job and replaced the fill valve for me. Now my toilet is working good and back to normal!

Service so great I finally had to sign up for Yelp to leave this review. My main sewer line has been having issues with root intrusion and a different company I had out in the past ended up giving up on attempting to clear the line, instead they started quoting prices for tearing up the driveway. Once it finally backed up entirely I gave Anthony a call and within that same morning he arrived, sent the camera down, and then fully ground out the offending root intrusion that was causing the problems. He then sent the camera back down again to show me that it was 100% clear all the way to the main. Great work, fast work, nice guy. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I won't hesitate to call him first.

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

This team turned around a new water heater for us in less than 24 hours.  One team member gave us a quote the same day we called and the next day we had a new water heater installed in less than two hours!  They were great and very easy to work with.  I would definitely call them again!

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Good guy...prices seem reasonable (as compared to others in the expensive world of plumbing)...quality work done efficiently. He was able to come the next day and he showed up on time. What more can you ask for??

Mike is just amazing! I had called other plumber yesterday who couldn't fix my Kitchen sink drain problem. He wasted 2 hours of my time and  my money and told me I had something major wrong in here that needs complete overhaul of my plumbing system.
I called A&A plumbing. He was able to accommodate us in his very busy schedule and fixed the drain problem in less than an hr! We have used A&A plumbing in the past too and they are just awesome...can do jobs that other plumbers make a big deal about.

I've had Rene work on a few things around our house and have been so pleased with the service. Super friendly, on time, progressional and fairly priced. I will definitely keep using them and will recommend them to our friends.

We called Vince based on a NextDoor post and also his Yelp rating. Plus he is local and we wanted to support local businesses. He came promptly to diagnose the issue with our water heater which had just stopped working. Given the age of the heater (8yrs old) he said it wasn't worth repairing and best to replace. We got the same advice from 2 other companies as well so agreed to replace it with a new Bradford White heater. His preference was actually for American Standard but he was flexible with our preference. He came out on Monday afternoon to do the job and replaced the heater efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. Only a small note    - I had to push him to position the hose to drain the old heater in my backyard instead of the front - why waste the water?! He did it in the end so that was fine. Also he had originally said he could show me the part that was damaged after replacing the heater but when I asked he didn't want to waste time. I let that one go but it would have been nice for him to follow through but not a big deal.
All in all a good experience. We are considering using his services again to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system next.

Eric shows up with his coworker on time with the reschedule, throughly explained all details and answered all the questions I have.

Overall, other than initial hiccup, it was still a great experience.

Will continue to have them service my water heater flushing maintenance.

Was told that they preferred morning and had scheduled a morning 9am softener service but they never showed up.

I have attempted to reach out via phone and email, there were no reply. Since I started to look up other business to perform the service.

The business eventually responded and communicated a schedule mixup, and has since rescheduled. Will update the review once the aerobics has been performed.

Majid is very responsive and knows his stuff well, I needed him twice urgently and both times he came true and took care of things for me.  I will definitely call him for the next water heater or plumbing related needs.

They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Trieu came over on time, quickly assessed my needs and told me how much it would cost.  I am impressed with his communication skills and felt comfortable trusting him with the water heater repair and replacement of the house shut off valve, pressure regulator and outdoor faucet.  He cut, soldered, glued and wrenched for over two hours.  He is organized, efficient and cleaned up when done.  His work is warrantied for one year.

We recently hired Polis Plumbing to add a gas line for our new cooktop. This wasn't an easy job due to the layout under our home. Emil and his helper worked non-stop for over 9 hours until they were complete. The next day our water heater pilot light decided to go out and Emil came out and restarted it less than 30 minutes after I called him.
