They came the next day at the time they said they would. They completed the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were courteous and respected COVID protocols while in our house.

United Plumbing was amazing. Alexandr was efficient, professional, and punctual. After leaving, my faucet was forming drips. I texted the company with my concern, and Alexandr came right back. He waited patiently for the slow-forming drips and determined it's due to the high arc design of the faucet. Their service and responsiveness was impressive. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend highly.

I am very happy with my choice of Always Rescue Plumbing.  We had a leak in our walls which caused water & mold damage to the bathrooms on each side of the walls.  Daniel & his crew repiped, and updated the 2 bathrooms.

* Providing documents needed for my homeowner insurance in the format required.  Daniel expressed he was new to this, but still did this extra step preparing the claim letter.
* Understanding my budget - I was able to keep reusable items like the vanity base & toilet.  If any request was out of the scope of work, I was aware there would be an additional cost before any work was done.

Tip from experience: On big projects use a lic. contractor & established company who will be there to stand behind their work years later.

I can't thank Freddy and Crown Plumbing enough.  Late Friday afternoon I broke my water main while excavating for a landscape project.  Crown took my call and immediately scheduled service.  Freddy arrive in 1hr.!  He assessed the situation, went back to Crown's shop to get the special parts and equipment needed.  He returned shortly thereafter and quickly fixed the broken pipe.  He used a unique pipe joining system that did not require soldering.  Water was back on less than 3-hours after the pipe was broken.  I'm so impressed and thankful.

Very upfront in terms of price and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to the multiple plumbing issues we had. He was really funny too. Overall, very good service and I'll definitely be calling them again in the future for any other fixes.

Our bathroom faucet was broken, we could hardly turn it on or off, so I called around for a same day plumber.  Thank god Vic came to the rescue
And was able to come within a few hours.  We did have a different plumber in the past. He was good, but hardy ever available.

Once Vic arrived, he was very professional and friendly, went straight to work. I really liked how efficient and smart he was.  He had asked me to text him pic of my bathtub faucet prior to coming so that he could pick up the correct part before coming.  That's awesome service!

Our garbage disposal is broken. He comes to the property and finds out the issue quickly. There is a plastic stuck inside. After removing it it works fine. We don't need to replace it

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

We are very pleased with Paul's work in re-caulking our bathroom sink and installing new faucets and drain plumbing. The old caulking was disgusting looking and the new caulking bead is perfect. He did a neat and professional job, arrived as scheduled, and charged a reasonable price.

Garage found flooded on Sunday morning, gross leak from the water heater.  Plumbing Point gave estimate to water heater replacement within 30min of me reaching out to many...one of the fastest to respond.  Their estimate was most affordable and availability was immediate.  Came out first thing Monday morning, 15mins earlier than expected.  First heater they brought had an issue, had someone else bring a new replacement within minutes.  Finished all work within 3 hours and left the worksite clean.  I definitely recommended and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.  Nice work Nathanael, Armondo and team.

This is the third time that I got help from Trevin. He is recommended by my next door neighbors. He is very good at responding to my text or calls, and always find a reasonable time to fix issues for our house. He explained situations and gave precise cost estimation every time. He even called to check service quality when someone else in his team provided service to us. He's reliable and professional in plumbing services. I highly recommend him!

They were not only very professional they went far beyond what they had to do. The line had sludge in it and closed after the rooter came out. They brought out a large machine towed by the truck to use high pressure to blow out the sludge after dark. They were more than reasonable about the cost. We were saved from a bad situation.

Highly recommend this service to anyone need plumbing service. Very appreciate Khan's  prompt response to my last minute emergency call. My heater broke & leaked over the night on Saturday. I found E-Z. A man came & claimed that he had shut down the water valve & left. Water continued to leak for 8 hrs until Khan responded to my call. He & Leo replaced the heater in two hours. A very neat & clean job. Thank you for saving our day.

Had our toilet installed by Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, it was great.
The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

Our water heater was leaking and the guys from Expert Plumbing were able to come out the next day to look. They were able to replace it and install a new one in the tight space that we have.

Only qualm was that we didn't get a detailed invoice. Meaning, we got our invoice, but it wasn't itemized. I would have liked to have known how much was labor, parts, tax, etc. but what we paid was within the ballpark of what we expected, so I didn't sweat it.
